I was delivered damaged product cannot get parts sent to me to replace. Also after sending in payment in full for utv was told no longer had the color I asked had to get comoflouage utv.The utv makes loud noise when turning have not gotten awnser for fixing this also, I would not recommend anyone buying from this company they sell after that no service department and can care less about you.

I bought a brand new quad and the frame broke after 3 months of riding there products are junk and I would not recommend any one buy anything from these ppl there customer support is a joke and will never deal with them again. Piece of $#*! quad and piece of $#*! company
Ordered a Golf Kart at the end of March was told 4-6 weeks max. Called at Six weeks and Kart was not done was first excuse. Called at 8 weeks was told cant find people to deliver to South Dakota. At 10 weeks Kart to be delivered shows up with broken mount to Kart top. Had delivery fellow take pictures and notes and i sent the same back to company with no response as of today 45 days later. In addition there is a PYLE stereo system in the Kart and it has not worked from Day One. Again Pyle wanted me to pay for shipping a new product back to the company for a product new that didn't work, of course O response from Safer. Have all the paper work to verify.

I got tired of the bed of my pick-up being filled with snow every morning so I decided to purchase a bed cover. I looked all over the web and found one priced really well at saferwholesale.com. I talked to their customer service and told them what kind of truck I had. They suggested the Tonneau roll-up truck bed cover. Their price was right, the customer service helpful, the shipping fast, and the item was exactly what I ordered. Very please with the transaction.
I bought a steam shower unit paid 4,000 and received side walls in two crates no tub one of the crates was to go to another state the other one was the same size and was not what I ordered I ordered a much smaller unit because the large one will not fit in my bathroom. They even was on the phone when I measured to make sure the one I ordered fit. Now they are denying this and refuse to send me what I ordered without more money. What came in the crates is junk. They get the units from greater baths in Arizona so be careful spend the extra money for quality and stay away from this company they also go by greater sports. Atterney general in Illinois has 350,000 dollars claims against them so your research as I failed to do.
You refuse to release a shipment that does not belong to you. We have offered to exchange the unit and you refuse to do that aswell. You can not keep a unit that does not belong to you. That is called stealing.
Had to order 2 golf carts for our RV Park and was having a tough time finding anything local. Came across SaferWholesale online and found exactly what I wanted, except they only had one.NO PROBLEM. They found another one, settled on a great price and had them delivered from Illinois to New Mexico in a week. I will definitely do business with this company again.
Website header ad price not matching webpage price. When clicking on promotion price, the page opens and shows a completely different price. Happened each time I clicked the ad. There were no discount codes showing either.
How can company sell something they cannot get anymore. I am afraid I will never see my money. I talked to a supervisor Saturday. He said he Will fix it Monday. That will mean I will have to wait months for my moped. They are still advertising mopeds they cannot get.
BUYER BEWARE... My scooter showed up late and was broken in 3 different places on the body, a cracked light and missing hardware so it was completely unusable. The fix is sending new parts and you have to deal with it yourself. It also didn't have any instructions or a manual. I bought a NEW scooter and received a wrecked one and SaferWholesale won't even replace it... I have to sit here and fix a broken scooter that has never been used and wait another week for the missing bolts and who know's how long before I receive the other broken replacement parts. Places an order for a generator. Called the company before, during and after the order was place. Wanted a confirmation that this is a stock item. Called after a week today and was told that the Safer... can not get this product and someone should have let me know. The things is that the Generator is still listed on the website for sale and Safer will fool other people to place orders on it hoping to be contacted. Don't sell if you you don't have it. Or at least let us know on this side that you F up so we can make other plans.

Wish I could leave a Zero, Tried to call them about a sale they had that was a 9 hour sale for today only and the person was rude obnoxious and just plain unprofessional in every aspect. I tried to call back to speak to a supervisor and was told they do not take complaints and would have to send via email. False advertising was posted today stating they had a 9 hour sale and the person said he can not control the internet posting and it is not his concern since it is not available and has not been. I am going to report it as false advertising as well to the bbb.
I bought the falcon 150cc go-kart they told me all I would have to do is put on tires and steering wheel! I am a full time mechanic! It took 3 hours to build and had to go buy 4 bolts for it but other then that it is great kart I have put it though the test and it held up!

I ordered a three wheel motorscooter in July. I called several other online companies advertising the same scooter, but they were all back ordered. Chris, the salesman, told me more than once that they had this scooter IN STOCK. I paid the full amount by eCheck. Chris told me the delivery date was two weeks. Then three weeks, and then two months, because it had to come from China. I asked for a full refund, but Tim, the supervisor, refused. Today, they told me it will be another month, and it was my fault because they told me that a few days ago. Do not buy anything from this company unless you are prepared to lose your money.

The lead times on that 300cc Trike kit is about 16 weeks and orders occasionally take that long to import if they are not available in the United States. You obviously placed an order at a time when there was not a single supplier that had them available. All of these units come from the same Distribution Facility "Icebear" in Southern California. We happen to be one of their largest sellers of their products and therefore get access to their stock much earlier than our competitors. This business is awful. I ordered infrared light heaters. They said they would expedite shipping. I waited for a week and had to call them to see where the lights were. They said they were still processing the order. I waited another 2 weeks and had to call again and they told me they were out of stock. No one even bothered to call me and let me know. They said they would refund me a check. They never put on their website that the item was out of stock... even after they told me it was out of stock. I ordered the lights in October and did not get my refund till the end of December!
