Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
Bought a ATV sniper 250. Got it and it wouldn't start. It has been in the shop for a week now with mechanics trying to figure out what is wrong with. I did notice that the clutch cable was cut off on it when it arrived.
I should have checked the company out. They have a BBB rating of "F"

This place is a joke. Quoted me a price and then refused to honor it. Refused to let me speak with a superior and refused to give me the name of the person in charge of the building.

I not only wrote several emails, I have called to request a price on some parts I needed for my Side by Side 150cc Lightning UTV. I need to front bumper and the hood because they cracked. I have not heard from them. I even email pics. They have a parts department on the website, you can't even look for any parts. What a joke.

I have seen so many bad reviews about this company, but I have to strongly disagree. They have tried very hard to make sure I am happy. The person named Jerry was a very helpful guy. He knew the answer to every question I had. He always had a positive attiude even when I was pestering him.
Winter is finally over and I'm not sure I could have made it without the auto starter I bought at saferwholesale.com. I live in the city, and have no garage, so getting in my car in the mornings sucked. I had this thing installed (which didn't cost much at all), and it worked the first time I tried it. Now I just start my car from my apartment 15 minutes before I leave for work, and my car is nice and toasty for me when I get it. Great product.
Bought 50cc, shipping took full month... understandable even tho I had to pick up item at shipping lot myself. After receiving item, you must send request for title, they don't ship together. Another month waiting and I'm still waiting. The bike needed maintenance before it ever started. And still I can't register it till title arrives. Bought bike 5/6/2019 and on 7/1/2019 I'm still waiting.
I bought from a side car from Great Sports Inc, 2108 McDonough St, Joliet, IL for my 77 Harley Low Rider. They sent me parts of a side car, 8+ weeks after i purchased it, with out an axle, with out a headlight (which i paid for), with out a wheel, without a tire, without a fender, without all attachment rods. After numerous phone calls and emails they sent some of the items from another sidecar, and then sent me a light bulb and a rubber gasket, and told me to cut a hole and mount it... but nothing to mount it into or to plug it into... this crowd SaferWholesale has been a night mare. I'll never trade with them again

I do apologize that you feel you did not receive the expected customer service when resolving the issues you had with your Side Car. The notes on your account show that on 8/26/14 you spoke with our General Manager and had gone over the issues you were experiencing. He had confirmed that you needed a replacement Tire and Headlight Kit. These parts were shipped to you via ups.com # 1ZWE00100394602379. I do not see any further communication between you and our company after that. As far as the mounting of these units, they all come with a universal mounting kit and sometimes need to be modified by your installer to fit your specific set up. These kits are listed as DIY (Do It Yourself) kits. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences you have experience, we are here to assist you with any issues you may be experiencing.

I had a very frustrating experience with SaferWholesale.com. I purchased a green 10x10 Gazebo Party Tent Canopy on 11/20/14 and spoke to Craig. This was done after Craig assured me that I would receive it before my daughter's wedding date of 12/6/14; as long as I let him know when my personal check cleared. The check cleared on 11/22/14 and I spoke to Craig the same day and let him know. Again, he assured me that I would received before 12/6/14. Finally, I received the Canopy on 12/10/14 when I didn't have any use for it. I called immediately and spoke to supervisor Conar and explained the situation. He promised a $125.00 credit but has giving me the runaround ever since. I called Conar 3 times but he never calls me back. This is not the way to do business!

Never pay by personal check when buying on line; use your credit card because you can always dispute the charges.

As we spoke on the phone about a week back or so, there are no notes in your account stating you were granted any type of credit for the order. You have received the product you agreed to purchase from our website and we delivered the product as contracted. We cannot simply send you a product worth $125.00 and once you have received the product grant you an additional $125.00 credit. This would make the sale a negative of $250.00 for our company because we would be out the product and an additional $125.00. This simply does not sound feasible. We are here to help you with any issues you may encounter, but cannot simply offer you a credit for the full purchase price after the product has been delivered as contracted. Furthermore, there is no guaranteed delivery date on your sales receipt and you did not pay for express shipping, so the product was just standard 10-15 day shipping. I do apologize for any miscommunication you have experienced with our company.

Unfortunately certain products are not stocked in our local warehouse and we are at the mercy of our suppliers to fulfill the order. I believe the product you purchased was an Ice Rink and that distributor was actually closed down for 2 weeks due to the holiday season. This delayed many of our orders as you can expect and they began to ship our orders just after the 1st of the year. I purchased heaters from these guys safer wholesale saferwholesale.com Saferwholesale and they have treated me very well! I got my item quick and they took care of me when I called and asked to speak to their different departments. I called them on a Sunday night at 11pm and they were open! I couldn’t believe it. Try to purchase from them and you probably wont be let down.
The wrangler we got for grandkids at Christmas was ridden 2 times and it's of course broken. Starter attached with cheap wiring and nylon zip tie. Had to go through tons of red tape to order a part and the part ended up being the wrong one even after giving them the order number. Now have to take picture of the wrong part and resend to get a new one. I need a starter now. What else can go wrong with it. My grandkids are very disappointed and so are we. It's very cheaply made. Looks good but isn't. I tried to cancel and restock charge is astronomical. So far I'm not happy with my purchase.
Please call us or send us an email with the request of the part. We can have it replaced.

Last summer I tried myself in a new activity - dirt rides. I rented a bdirt bike and drove down the dirt path for couple of hours. It was so amazing that I also wanted to acquire a dirt bike in order to ride by my own the next summer. However, it's considered to be a pretty exclusive activity and there is a little amount of companies where you can buy dirt bike. I have read plenty of information and watched lots of videos about dirt bikes and finally I found this company. I ordered here a bke and it came to me just in couple of weeks. I'm so delighted that I made a right choice and I'm eager to try it.
I made a best offer but they do not reply with a rejection or a counteroffer. After a couple days, I get a form email telling me to call them. It would be better to give buyers direct feedback. If you gave me an immediate counteroffer I might be interested in accepting. When it takes a couple days and you tell me to call, it suggests that my call won't be worth the time.
I paid over $1,100 for a advertised assembled bicycle with a motor on it paid extra money for it to come assembled as shown in a box I followed their step by step video on assembly and never fired up and never started the motor was locked up I took it to for mechanics none can fix it the company refuses to do anything about it so I'm just at $1,100 for a $300 bicycle and $100 motor

Bought brand new 50cc atv for my son. Got it together easy enough despite horrible instructions. Son was so broken hearted when the quad wouldn't go. It hold just rev up and sit there. Saferwholesale said I could return it but they wouldn't reimburse my $200 expedited shipping, I would have to pay to ship it back, plus a 20% restocking fee. All for a $600 atv. They are rip offs and should be investigated by the BBB which have already been made aware of Saferwholesale's shady business practices.
I'm an Edmonton, Alberta customer and I just bought one of the easy set up party tent for $462.50. I knew from experience that the cheap tents are pretty much disposable. I took a gamble on this (sorry) hoakie website in hopes that it would actually deliver on service and product. To my surprise it did. The tent and frame are exactly as pictured and expected and it arrived UPS at our door within 2 business days of receiving the tracking number. Total days from order to delivery 4. I bought a Pink Electric go kart for my daughter for Christmas and wasted $600... the instructions where incomplete and in broken English and the SaferWholesale guys were NO HELP what so ever. Once i finally figured out how to wire everything together, it Didn't work. This is on Christmas Eve, so I had to run out and get my daughter another go kart so at least she would have something to open... I now have two, and i still cant get the pink one to work... to be honest, I dont know if i would let her ride it if i do get it running, it's completely unsafe. DO NOT BUY from these guys.
