Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

I purchased a motorized hitch in the end of August. It arrived in October. Didn't work. Called saferwholesale and they said they want me to replace the parts myself. I said I wasn't a mechanic, they insisted. So after I replaced the battery that was bad, the module and the motor and a switch, it still didn't work. I called numerous times, with no results.
Filled out a claim app. They emailed me saying it was missing a vin number, I asked them where it was, because I couldn't find it. No response. I send them their receipt, nothing.
Stay away from this shoddy operation.
They should be closed down.

If you had a minus 10 start I would have rated these bums. From my first purchase I have been lied to first I was told my purchase would ship in 5 days from my purchase. When it did not arrive I called as was directed to the fine print portion of the terms of agreement. I was told that day and 2 more time that a tracking number would be sent to me in 7 to 9 business days. Guess what today is day 9 and the story has changed now a tracking number will be sent in 7 to 11 days which I'm sure is another lie. Safer wholesale is the biggest bunch of scamers and liars I have ever dealt with. I have filed a complaint with the Post Office and I encourage anyone else who has problems with this company to do so also. Even if the Post Office does not find in my favor the investigation for Safer Wholesale will be costly and the more complaints filed the more likely the Post Office will shut them down.

Ordering the 4-wheeler was made painless because of Dan, the salesman. We just got the 4-wheeler and one of the brake lights is broke - the little plactic part where it is screwed to the "bumper" is broke so it won't hold the screws! I guess we'll have to use some super glue. Not too happy about using super glue on a brand new 4-wheeler!

To answer 90% of all the complaints that I've read, READ ALL THE PRINT. I read all the purchasing statements and the shipping directions and the title directions at least 3or4 times to make sure I understood everything and I didn have one problem with my purchase. I've spoken with Alex & Bob a few time and they were extremely helpful. I financed my scooter through a company that safer wholesalers does business with, followed some simple directions & finance was complete. My scooter was delivered on time after talking to the trucking company to set up a time & date, no problems at all.The came 90% put together as per instructions, I had a friend of mine do the rest of the assembly because he's more mechanically inclined than I am as the statement on the web site says you should do. Started right up & has been running great ever since. I would not hesitate to buy anything from safer wholesalers no matter how big or small. Thanks for all the help mark

I was taken by this company and i would like to go after them for what they did i have been in contact with an attorney and want to start an class action law suite iam sure there are many of you out there who were taken by this company send me an email if you were taken the more people we get together the better our chances are in recovering our money send me an email *******@msn.com

4/13/15 I purchased super wrangler go cart for my grandsons birthday 5/23/15. Recieved it end of April, 5/9/15 he was riding it and the wheel rim failed. He weighs 90lbs, 10 years old, on flat ground. Called in and reported it was told call on Monday and they would get 1 sent out to us. 5/11/15 said send pictures, sent pictures. 5/23/15 open email and find message saying they decided not to warranty it! It was damaged during usage! What? Were we only supposed to look at it? Said it looked very used! We haven't had it 2 weeks! Please hold up to what I thought you were when we bought from you! This is insane! His birthday gift was an email saying you were not honoring your warranty! I am very upset about this, I shopped around and saved a few dollars for this? A useless go cart sitting in the building?

This company takes advantage of people. Purched the wheelchair that says up to 450 lbs. I'm not 5hat big it did not fit me. I filled out ticket never got back to us. Called said they don't do returns and was told I should of read seat size. Iv never bought a chair like this before. I read 450 lbs on there advertisement and thought it would work for me. Buyers beware this business scams people. This hurts me badly I'm on a fixed income and stuck with a chair I can't use. Please read reviews so you don't get scammed by this awful company

I ordered a motorcycle helmet in October. I never received it. The customer service reps claim that they sent it and because no one answered the door the helmet was returned. I got no notices on my door from FEDEX or UPS and there is ALWAYS someone home. I requested a refund. I was emailed that I would receive a refund check which I have never received. When I call, I'm instructed to email the manager. The manager does not reply to my emails. Stay AWAY!

I was looking into our records and you are Correct the unit was returned to our Vendor as undeliverable. This means for some reason they could not deliver it to you and had to ship it back to where it originated. We were brought aware of this issue at the time you had posted this review, due to the fact we were not the shipper and did not receive notification ourself of the missed delivery. The minute you made us aware of this issue we Cut you a Refund Check (Check # 1069) and mailed it to you Via USPS mail. Your order was cancelled and refunded to you as of 2/18/14.

After reading these reviews, now just a bit concerned about my purchase being damaged or the wrong order. So far I have had a good expience. Talk with Matt and threw in a free trunk for my scooter for the inconvenience of the shipping cost. Had no problem paying a lttle more. I have faith that everything will be just fine and my order of my moped will be as expected.
I will return with my review once I get my moped. I am giving it one star for now.

I am glad I called and ordered Karman KN-800T for my father. My old man is the sort who wants to hang around his way. Buying a wheelchair didn’t seem possible considering my income until I saw the sale offer here. Brake system, armrests, adjustable footrests, and manual control…all in merely $150! I guess it’s more like a perfect package for my father.

I have read several reviews from many different website so ofcourse i was skeptical about purchasing. However, my experience has been great from the very first call. True the motorcycle that I purchased was on back order, however, i was upgraded to a better bike at no additional costs and i was always recieving updates on shipping. When I did recieve my bike, it was in top condition and new as stated with only 6 miles on it. I would definately purchase from this site again.

I ordered a sauna from Great Sports and after ordering I checked out the company on Better Business Bureau In Joilet Il. They gave you and F. I would like to give you my rating. I would give you an A+ in all aspects of the purchase. The sauna was great, delivered on time and in great condition. The sauna was even better than I expected and was easy to put together. I also liked the fact that I saved over $1,000. Great experience all the way around. Next purchase I will not check with Better Businesss Bureau. I love doing business with a company such as yours. Please do not do business with this this company. They are in the business of stealing your money. I'm the person who purchased the Treadmil. After 30 days they realized they did not have the parts to ship out my order. I cancell my order as they requested. I waited 30 days for my check to be released. Guess what. 5 months later they still refuse to give me my $4000 refund. They responded to my last review, stating they are working to resolve this issue. There is nothing to resolve. I order a product... you relieved $4000 from my checking account... the merchandise I ordered was not available... so by law you are required to return my money. Simple as that. Not negotiate to send me $1000...$3000 short of what you owe me

Please do not use this company. They will steal your money. Please do research on this company. Their is a class action suit pending now against this company

I thought we needed an additional electric forklift and since I have known Saferwholesale for more than a year now, I went to their website and check if they have an electric forklift available and they have! I went ahead to buy one and they were more than happy to serve me. Their customer service was amazing. I would love to recommend them if you needed any forklifts.

Purchased what I thought was a new Golf Cart in June 2017 and when I finally got the Cart after almost three months it was obviously not new with an old engine. I was never advised that I was going to get a used Golf Cart. No one should do business with this company!

Paid 1,500.00 for a scooter. Never got it. A very expensive lesson learned. Should have checked this web site befor buying. Found the web site on ebay, thought it would be safe, wrong. I intend to pay them a visit personaly very soon. They should call themselves UnsafeWholesale. Com.

I purchased a 10'x30' Large Decorative Party Canopy / Wedding Tent in May. When I went to use it, I found that two of the parts were broken. Unfortunately, I discovered this on the day of the party. I sent an email and have called twice about having the two parts replaced. I can't use the tent until the parts are replaced. I was told that they would email as soon as the parts came in and that would be within a week. That was a month ago. I am a patient person, but this is not acceptable. I would like to keep the tent, but without replacement pieces I am sitting on a useless, expensive tent.
I would not purchase from this site again.

Thank you for the speedy delivery of my ScooterX 196cc Go Kart. After placing my order on Tuesday I was told to expect shipment 4 days later between Friday or possibly Monday. My order arrived that Friday! It was a blasty blast to speed up and down the trails near my home on my easily assembled kart. Faster and more rugged than anticipated. Was very eager to receive it and ride it. Money well spent.

Saferwholesale is an untrustworthy company. I ordered a 150cc scooter with all the bells and whistles and they shipped me a striped down version of the same scooter. Then they try to tell me that that is the scooter I ordered. I would not recommend a company that practices "bait & switch"

The products we sell are all clearly listed on our website. They all come exactly as they are displayed in the Specifications section of the product page. Often times we sell different versions of the same scooter with different options. The pictures displayed may show all the options available, but you must confirm based on the price listed and the written product description listed on that page. If the product listing does not include those specific options you may have to upgrade to a more expensive version. Often times a customer see options in one specific photo on the listing and the specifications are not included in that price model, but in the more expensive one and they expect to get the one with all of the additional features. Please always make sure to read the listing thoroughly to confirm exactly what comes on the product you are purchasing.

I ordered a moped in dec. Of 2021 got it 2nd week of January 2022. Front end damage while still in crate. Took pictures and filed a claim. 1st they said it was deleted from their computer.So I sent another set of pictures and filed a 2nd claim. This time I called the company in texas that sold safer the moped. They couldn't help me. I even drove 70miles to safer's warehouse on 3/14/2022 to raise he'll. Don't buy a thing from them let alone a moped
