I have been talking with Jerry by phone since I bought an Elite Pacifica Scooter on the internet. I've had a few problems with the scooter. The 1st is resolved with the helmet trunk local It did work a couple of times - but completely failed to lock thereafter. I was told the warranty lapsed after 30 days? That seems rather quick for a new product! We settled for me paying the postage & he paying for a new lock.
Item 2 - The headlights never worked?
After removing the front panel to get at the lights, I found that no V. was getting to them. So I wired a hot wire to them.
Item 3 - The fuel tank is lester at 2.38 gal. - I frilled it at 1.2 gal.
Item 4 - The front wheel is supposed to lock with the key, but it doesn't?
Item 5 - I can't get the scooter inspection OKed (NYS) because the high beam swt. Doesn't work. "Although I'm still using the bike!
My 11 year old son waited and saved for this Jeep for a year. We ordered it. Took 6 hours to assemble. We've had it two weeks and now it won't stay started. Took it to a mechanic and it needs a carburetor already! My son was devastated. So sad.

I bought a golf cart and when I finally took it to go golfing it only lasted 9 holes 2x. Had to replace all because all had a dead cell in each one and also had been frozen at least once. They were all swollen. Replacement codt me $134 each x 6. Now they only offer me $150 for all my troubles? VERY BAD BUSINESS!

saferwholesale.com is giving me the runaround on a 47 Chevy Pickup Golf cart I purchased for my dad so we could drive him around town. I made the purchase 7-30-14 and it was to be 4-6 weeks "typically" is is now 13 weeks and I have been told the last 6 weeks next week-next week -next week and was told last week the 7th for sure. Yesterday I was told it would be Monday for sure and I would have a picture of it by the end of the day. I did not hold my breath. I call again today and now it is Monday for sure.

As you can see the chat person left childish remarks and this is NOT how a company should communicate with potential buyers under no circumstances. I am a contractor and this is how you lose customers on the daily, karma has its way of screwing the owners out of what we are all wanting to create, business referrals and money.

We bought a 150cc ATV for our son this month. While researching we found exactly what we were looking for at saferwholesale.com, at a fraction of the price anywhere else. We put our phone number in the customer support app, and they called us almost immediately. They answerd all of our questions, and had our order in in under 10 minutes. When the ATV arrived there was almost nothing for us to do but add gas and go. The ATV started right up, and has been running great for the past couple of weeks. Couldn't be happier.
I ordered a motorbike from their website and used their finance service Bread. After ordering someone from safer wholesale called and told me that the shipping was not included and I had to pay separate for this. I did and then waited for a shipping update in the coming days. I saw no response to this order and I called in. They told me that the item was out of stock. I asked them when would I get my refund and was told that they issued the process. I have yet recieved my refund and have filed disputes and have not heard back after emails and calls. Shady company

I have asked for a status on a 26" tricycle Ii purchased on Decemberr 2. I was told by customer service (automated respones) to contact titles for a tracking number. I have not received one yet and am getting ver nervous. I paid up front for the tricycle and am beginning to fear that I will never see this item. Craig told me at the time of purchase to call re any concerns. I have sent emails and messages. Just one automated respones. I feel I have been had.

We are looking for a golf cart to use when we travel with our camper. We are looking for a four seater. I was excited to see what I was looking for. The pictures were in detail and was exactly what I was wanting in a golf cart. The description was very thorough. I have been on the website for over an hour. It definitely is an attention getter. Glad I Googled and found this website.
Online purchase of inflatable spa. At checkout, offered a $50.00 discount if paid by online check. I swittched from CC to online check. When receipt delivered by e-mail no discount was applied. I called customer service and was informed that discount only applied to orders of $1,000.00 or more. Tried to cancel order (same night) was informed no cancellations or returns. Tried to stop payment of check but company submited check under another name, not the check number.
I ordered and received an LG Super AB Toner chair with bicycle attachemnt. The chair is ok but the bicycle attachment was broken. I immediately called saferwholesale and they said they would send a new attachment out. I never received it and calle again and spoke with Kyle. He said he would send one out to me.
I waitted another two weeks and called again and spoke with Matt explaining that I had not received the bicycle attachment. He asked if I had sent a picture of the damaged product. I explained that Kyle did not request a picture.
Matt put me on hold about seven minutes. When he returned he said he tried calling the manufacturer but the guy he needed to talk to was out to lunch. He said the guy would call him back and then he would call me back. This really sounds similar to all the other reviews I have read. I'll wait another 2 weeks and see what happens. I consider myself lucky as this was only a $10.00 attachment.
I placed an order for a Hawk 250 Enduro before I read the reviews written on this site. I decided to check the reviews out a few minutes after I had placed the order. I was shocked by the bad feedback. Anyway, I was worried while I waited to see if my order would arrive. They told me I would get the bike after about 10 business days. I received the bike on the 9th business day. It was the 1st color choice (you have to provide 2 choices). I did't have any issues with the order. I have spoken with them on the phone 3 times and each time they were courteous and answered my questions thoroughly. I am waiting for a part for the bike that was broken when the bike arrived. I'll leave a review on how long that took to arrive once I get it. So far I have been very pleased with SaferWholesale.

Hello, Im sorry for the inconvenience. Please know that these golfcarts have refurbished batteries. You state that you had the unit running which means your batteries are not dead but most likely are not all putting out the same voltage. It is hard to believe that all 6 of those batteries would have a dead cell if you could go 9 holes. We have offered you a $35.00 credit for each one to have them swapped out locally for a fresh set of refurbished batteries. We never approved for you to purchased 6 new batteries at $135.00 each.
