Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
Bought 2 scooters, took 4 weeks to arrive damaged, company is useless! When i contacted their customer service department, they told me to file a claim with their carrier!
I sent in a "Best Offer" request and not only did they accept it, but they came back with an even lower delivered price yet! I was amazed by the extra savings they granted me!

Purchased a scooter on 6/30/2018. Radio silence on their tracking website for nearly two weeks about when my scooter will be shipped. I decided to give them a call today wondering when they will ship it out. The girl on the phone told me "Oh, we sent you an email on July 3rd with your refund, you should have got that." I NEVER GOT THE EMAIL. I even had her verify the correct address... I guess they didn't bother to send it out? And on top of that, no apology that the scooter was out of stock, she did nothing to accommodate. Literally 30 seconds after the call, I received the email with the cancellation. Since its been quite a while since the 3rd, I going straight to my bank to dispute my $1,000 they took from me. DO NOT BUY FROM SAFERWHOLESALE. Their bodunk website with annoying pop-ups and horrid customer service should've been the first clue they're just a bunch of frauds.
What the salesperson said on the phone and what you actually get are two different things. A piece of garbage. Will not ever buy from this company again.

Very bad got go cart way to small for my son he can't sit in it at all. I asked the sells man r u sure this is big enough for my son he assured me he would have plenty of room! He lied to sell me a little go cart that they won't take back! Also goin to crank up motor it wouldn't crank cause the intake was cracked and broke... Sucky men that work sellin small go carts. I would ofpaid a couple hundred more to get my son what he wanted. 1st time buyin online and I got screwed
This whole company is totally out of line. They told me I'd have my bike a a couple weeks. Ordered it on May 27,2018 and received it on July 5,2018. Does that look like a couple weeks. On top of that in shipping the bike was apparently scraped on the front fender and I know no one to contact about that. Then I had to fill out another form to get the title which I still have not received as of August 4,2018. They said it would be 3 to 4 weeks after I submitted their stupid form and well, what can I say? STAY AWAY FROM THESE SELF SERVING DISCOURTEOUS GOONS!
I bought a snow plow for my truck received plow did not receive light system or receiver hitch I also ordered it has now been 4 weeks and still waiting and not getting any help from customer service
I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. I love the UTV golf cart; HOWEVER, the battery is worthless considering the amount of money I spent on the purchase. CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible. I have spoken to 3 different people in Parts and Warranty about a faulty battery. They were rude and demeaning. Said things like, " I can't help you, after all the battery is from China";" any knowledgeable person would know to charge the battery", "I don't know where the VIN# is, and we do not give you an owner's manual to help you. Keep searching!" AND too bad you didn't read the 10 pages of TERMS and CONDITIONS(meanwhile, the battery lasted less that 3 small trips, would not charge after 6 uses, found a manual under the front seat.)

Ordered a high end excercise bike and gave the salesman an e check BAD IDEA the equipment was never delivered and four weeks later I was informed it would not be and I could expect my funds to be held for another 30 days. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered an ATV on June 15th. On June 19th, I received an email with an arrival date of June 26. On June 30, I called the shipping company to find out where my order was. They told me they never received my order from Saferwholesale, so I called them and they said it had been shipped. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, and being transferred to several different people I finally spoke with the shipping manager. He said my order got lost. It would have been nice to get an update, but nothing. He said he would call back in a few days. Never heard from them so I called again and got the runaround. I finally spoke with the shipping manager again and he said he didn't know where my order was. I told them I would give them a few more days and If I didn't receive it, I'll cancel my order. Well, I finally got a call from the shipping company and they said they will deliver on July 7th. Hopefully, I get the right ATV.
I live in California and I'm interested in purchasing a golf cart. They are probably about $2000 cheaper than anything out here. I have called on two different occasions to ask questions regards to the golf courts that they have for sale. Both phone callers both sales people that I spoke to within two weeks apart had terrible customer service. With both persons I would ask a question about the golf cart is ready to purchase. I would hear them breathe out as if I was wasting their time and the question I was asking was ridiculous. Of course I'm gonna send $8,000. To them I wanna make sure I'm getting the correct product. Their new rules are they will only take checks as payment. After reading these reviews I realize now with a check is much harder to get your money back as if you purchased with a credit card. I guess their poor customer service is catching up with them. I will never buy from this company ever. My cousin and I ordered a bike after negotiating the price of the shipping for a while. After he paid giving his routing number and account number, they emailed us the receipt and told us to wait for shipping details. After almost 2 weeks with no word, they email us telling us the item is out of stock and they will issue him a refund by check after 7-30 business days. We were so upset we called to tell them not to mail a check but to refund the money to his account. They refused saying they could only do it by check. This guy Bob was a real jerk. Called me an "$#*! from new york." What kind of person does business like that, even if we were upset on the phone that this company was about to take our money hostage for over a month, why would you go and called the customer an $#*!? We never got an apology from them for charging us for something they didn't have. Now we're waiting for a check to buy a scooter we needed this month, when we thought we had already bought one. The most ridiculous part is, this guy Bob who we got upset at said, "You expect me to do my job now?" Like he's threatening not to send our check because we were upset. What kind of business is this?
I bought a Puma scooter from SaferWholesale for my son for Christmass. The 25th we went out in the garage to gas it up and let him ride it. The battery was so discharged I had to charge it before going any further. As it turns out a new battery wouldn't have helped anyway, I never got the engine to start. I checked for spark which it did have, I removed the fuel filter I found that it pumped no fuel.
I contacted the TECH Dept. at SaferWholesale who proceeded to tell me I was SOL. They said that the fuel pump was probably bad and that it was a warranty issue, they said if I sent a picture of the fuel pump they would either order and send me one or maybe they had one in their parts boneyard and maybe they would send me that one.
Plan to deeply discount and sell.
Costly lesson learned!

I gone and bought a used Honda Elite from a dealer that bent over backwards to make sure everything was right before I picked it up.
I bought one of the Coco coops And it has not worked since they dropped it off here. The battery's sparked When I turned it on and all the power was drained from it I have not been able to use the car since I bought it 2 months ago I tried to have it exchanged and they said they didn't do that even if I paid the difference between this car and a different car They said that they had to check it out make sure that it was actually the batteries but they have done absolutely nothing so the car has been sitting in my yard for 2 months
Consumers here's an update... I bought scooter in May received it in July. I've requested new muffler ever since July it's September still no new muffler bc it originally arrived dented. I waited three months for title and guess what... I got the title and the vin# was wrong. I had to go back request another. Consumers please be aware your not going to be able to verbally speak to anyone besides sales person and they cannot help you with any issues besides selling you a product. You have to fill out a form and wait for maybe months for a response... if you try to return the product you cannot get your money back for at least a year or more. Please read fine print bc your in for a ride and I would advise you to find another business that allows you to speak with a person besides sales. Consumers please find a business that actually assist you with problems with the product after purchase. I'm warning you if you buy this product your in for a bumpy rollercoaster waste of money jacked up ride with this company... I've never seen anything like this! I'm not exaggerating I'm warning consumers please use your money else where. When you get your product after that you will get an answering machine basically. Basically store is closed once their paid!
I purchased a scooter for over f1800. 00 The scooter arrived in box dented ripped up torn. The UPS guy even said not a good sign. I opened the box pulled the plastic off the muffler it was totally destroyed the bracket covers the muffler was dented badly. The scooter had scratches on as if it was thrown around on the ground and then packed. #2: I called the company chat with company on live chat no one can tell you anything besides call our 1-800#: I called the 1-800 and guess what they said we can tell you except fill out a complaint form and someone will call you when they get to your ticket. The guy said in some cases it might take up to two or three weeks so you may be better off having someone you know fix the problem. OK my list of problems with the product wheel is off when delivered, muffler dented, bracket dented, scratches on the bike, the white emblem on body looks dirty and used. Wires hanging out of the motorcycle. Nothing was hooked up. I have photos of each complaint. If I can help the next consumer save their hard earned money I will do that. I have a $1864. 00 dollar motorcycle sitting in my garage with no wheel on the front end. I have no way to haul it. It's a total nightmare!

I bought 2000 dollars of product from your company, after almost 1 mo. I received the trike kit. Your salemen Jerome sold to me, Jerome is a very good sales person, I thought very organized and the kit I believe as fast as he could. Now! This is where the problem started falling down, who ever put this kit together they sent me a kit with 4 lugs on side of the trike frame and 5 in the other, now the man from Inda in your parts or shipping what ever I had to tell him 4 times I had know way taking pictures and sending it to him until I get aholld of my mecanic to use his phone he kept telling me to send him pictures like I was lieing to him. We bought 2 of the 110cc they came as promised quick easily deliver but 2 month of use before winter and they where in my heated garage took the out this spring did the oil changes bought 2 new batteries a few weeks later they stoped running I called everywhere back yard mechanics no one wanted to work on them I found some one to work on them and one had a carburetor problem and all brakes stop working after 2 days trying to fix the brakes so my 10 year old was safe still can not get them fixed the second one the head is blown so 2200 dollers for the both of them owned the for 6 months total of 25 hours I went out and bought 2 polaris 200 never again.
In my opinion you're running a business that you have no business to run you selling people products without a title we have been waiting for over two months now for the title for the scooter and Everytime we call we get the same thing over and over and over again I hope that no one ever buys anything from you guys ever again because you are completely ridiculous when it comes to this you should run your business is a lot better than what you're doing right now I am very frustrated and pissed off customer I bought a scooter paid for it received the scooter and I'm having difficulty in receiving that title I hope someone reads this review and understands that if they're going to buy a scooter or anything of value that needs a title they'll never get the damn thing pissed off customer
