I ordered the solid cream color moped from them in October, they shipped a different color, yellow/white color trim combo, called them to complain and they confirmed that the yellow/ white combo is called "cream." They lied! Even though I have proof of color choices photos from their website! Also, my moped was installed with 1 very used, old, looking headlight. I called and emailed them a million times about the issue but they kelp ignoring me. I gave up trying for the warranty claim. A couple of months later, my husband lost one of the moped body parts from trying to fix the moped on his own, we tried to order the parts from them another million times, 5 months later, we are still ignored. We've had a lot of compliments on our moped from friends and they wanted our referal to purchase the same moped but we are we are too afraid to refer our friends to experience this no customer service experience as we did. They could've made more business from our referals. 7 months later, we are still driving this moped around town with missing body parts. :(

I apologize that you feel you could not get the parts you desired, but from the notes in your account I do not see that you ever contacted us about any parts other than a Right Turn Light, which you stated looked "Old". We shipped that out to you right away Via: UPS.COM # 1ZWE00100392122927. You contacted us back twice more over the following 7 months and we offered you technical support on both occasions. Never once were any other parts ordered nor were we made aware of your desire to get replacement parts. We do have parts available for your unit with our supplier and if you do desire to get replacement parts please feel free to email parts@saferwholesale.com and they will help get you any parts you need. Below is a record of our correspondences and what was done each time you contacted us:

10/29/12 Customer originally had 12 month warranty on the order. Does no longer want that warranty, Standard 30 Day Parts warranty.
$149.95 to be refunded

11/12/12 - MSO received from manufacturer, processed, and mailed to customer.

11/15/12--AH-- Customer contacted parts. Customer stated that the Unit came with a damaged Front Turn Light. Customer submitted photos to GSI for replacement parts to be sent. GSI to submit warranty claim to Manufacturer.

5/7/13--AH-- Suddenly yesterday the Needle for the Speedometer began to start spinning and spinning instead of displaying the correct speed. Customer needs replacement parts to fix issue.

They just do that to me too! They sold me a motor scooter that thy cannot get a hold of... They took my money for an item that they told me 10 days later, wasn't available... starting to bite my nails over this one. I hear good and bad, I also hear that the " boom Vader 125" that I ordered I out of stock, they called me to up sell me on another unit after I w8ed 9 days for my shipping info... today is day 3 other new order, I'll give them the10 - 15 business days they ask for but NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS.

I bought a Znen scooter from them a month and a half ago.
The guy I spoke to on the phone who made the sale told me the scooter would arrive 100% assembled, with gas and oil so I would be able to ride it as soon as I got it. Also, he made sure to tell us it would come with temporary registration so I can use it until the real registration comes two weeks later.

This is what actually happened:
The scooter arrived on a welded cage, mostly in parts, no gas and no oil of course, with breaks that almost doesn't work, and the delivery guy left it 4 blocks away (down a hill) from my house as he couldn't go by an arch we told the sales person was there and he said "No problem".
The "temporary registration" never existed and a month and a half after receiving the scooter I still haven't got it. I called 7 times and no one cared, no one even tried to solve the problem and each time I got a different -and contradictory- lie about the registration being sent.

Other than the scooter being cute, I can only say I never in my life had a worst shopping experience: A month and a half after I bought it, the scooter is sitting in my driveway and I cannot even drive it to a mechanic to have it's brakes fixed.
Rudest company, big time liares and absolutely incompetent.

I purchased this Slingshot Scooter on May 24,2018 DID NOT GET IT UNTIL JUNE 13th 2018 Manufactured 2017 NOT EVEN A 2018 UNIT. I Could not start the Scooter, so after playing with it for days, finally sprayed it with starter fluid and got it running. After a short while of running the gas started to leak out, and I had to stop the scooter, the gas stopped running out of the overflow hose. I filled out a ticket for a CARBURETOR AND GAS FILTER a week after I got the scooter and also a ticket for the TITLE. I JUST RECEIVED THE TITLE JULY 10,2018 AND STILL WAITING FOR THE CARBURETOR AND GAS FILTER UNDER THE WARRANTY. IT CAN NOT BE RUN WITHOUT GAS LEAKING OUT. I called and emailed, but it seems they never respond back to me. They make it sound good when you are buying from them, but after words forget it. THERE SERVICE STINKS, WHY THEY CAN NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS I DO NOT UNDERSTAND, IT ONLY TAKES A MINUTE, IT WOULD MAKE MORE SENSE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THAN TO IGNORE THE CUSTOMER.

Tip for consumers:
DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY ALL YOU GET IS A RUN AROUND, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH AND STILL NO PARTS SEND UNDER WARRANTY. (CARBURETOR AND GAS FILTER, LEAKS GAS WHEN RUNNING) CAN NOT RUN UNTIL REPAIRED. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THERE SERVICE.

Don't get it, Im telling you,... don't get it, piece of crap, got it, set up, did everything like they told me, and it wont start. Now taking it to a mechanic so he see what the $#*&% wrong with a BRAND NEW TRAILMASTER CHALLENGER EXCHANGE, buy used or a name brand, CHINESE CRAP, and don't pay they electronic check, cause then your really stuck, this is to the Chinese company and us distributers eat it

I purchased golf cart august 15,2014, they sent me a cart which has a lot of issues.
A seller said 2011, club car, with a great condition I spent $3000 for it, but
They sent me 2008, and batteries are all dead, and the charger is out of order, the body condition is bad, and having issues below( from a repair shop):

1. Steering and alignment
The front steering issue is caused by a combination of the spindle bushings and kingpins being worn out, and a significant binding in the rack and pinion steering gear. It will need new spindles on each side, new kingpins, and a new rack & pinion steering assembly.
2. Hesitation on acceleration
The MCOR unit is causing the jerky startup.
3. Squealing noise
The brake shoes are completely worn out. You need new shoes and a complete brake service.
4. The battery light on the dash is not working.
The battery light needs to operate for us to run diagnostics and to communicate charging issues to the operator.

I sent this email to saferwholesale and called a lot of times, they keep saying " wait, or this in not my department, my manager is not here yet, and so on..."
I am still waiting their answer, the same time the cart is a repair shop for waiting for their answer...
I so regret I purchased it from them..

Seung L. Contacted us first on 09/15/14 to inform us that his Battery Charger was not working and he needed a replacement sent to him. We agreed to send him a replacement Battery Charger and even supplied the customer with a return shipping slip for the defective charger. Indicated on the attached sales receipt is the respective tracking numbers for the returned battery charger and also the replacement sent to the customer. You will see on the sales receipt that a label was provided to the customer to ship his defective battery charger back to us on 09/15/14 and on 09/24/14 we sent a replacement battery charger back to the customer.

This customer agreed to purchase a “Precedent” model club car, which stands for a previously owned fleet car that has been refurbished. The customer was completely aware that he was going to be receiving a used Golf Cart. Upon receiving the cart the customer took it to a local Club Cart service center near him, without our authorization to have the cart completely refurbished with “New” parts. He then forwarded a bill to us for the servicing and expected us to refund him for the cost of the service. We informed him that the parts that he had serviced are not something we cover and we could not reimburse him for the services he had done on his own accord. We informed the customer that we were willing to offer him $100.00 In-Store credit towards a future purchase with our company for customer satisfaction. The customer was unwilling to accept our offer, but the offer still remains on the table for the customer should he agree to accept our compensation. The customer agreed to purchase a “Used” product and had it repaired as a “New” unit. Had the customer purchased a “New” cart from us he would have received exactly that, but since he purchased a “Used” cart we do not accept liability for the repairs done to this unit to make “New”. Attached to this letter is our correspondences with the customer agreeing to a small bit of compensation for any discrepancies they were having.

Seung L. Agreed to purchase a “Club Car Precedent Electric 48v Golf Cart - Green” by referencing our website saferwholesale.com. The customer initially contacted our parts department to diagnose why he was not getting power to the Golf Cart. We were able to diagnose the Charger was defective. We sent the customer a replacement Charger via ups.com # 1ZWE0010P290679308 and it was delivered 9/26/14@1:22pm. Included with this response is the shipment tracking and delivery receipt for the replacement charge that was sent to the customer. The customer also took his Golf Cart to a local dealership to have it looked over thoroughly. He then provided us with an inflated receipt for the labor he had performed and asked for monetary compensation. We informed him that all of the services he had performed were not things we would cover, nor were they part of the refurbishing process. The customer was then offered a $100.00 compensation for any discrepancies he may have had with his order due to customer satisfaction. The customer blatantly refused the compensation offered to him. We informed the customer that we had not authorized the work to be done nor had we approved any compensation for the work he had done. Our warranty policies cover replacement parts, but never does it include labor fees. We have tried to work with this customer and satisfy him, but he has refused everything we have offered.

I bought a scooter from this place on feb. 24 and still haven't received it. Upon calling the place back I got no answer from the hours of 8pm till 11 am but they say there open 24\7. When I did get ahold of them 2 times I was lied to yelled at and told I was stupid and didn't understand how it worked. They also would not give me my money back or a bill of sale or a tracking # unless I gave them my email address and I told them I did not want to give them that. I was yelled at again and told they would not help me without giving it to them. The man said that they are a online company and had to have it even though I called them on the phone to do my business. Still to this day I have NOT got anything, no bill of sales no tracking #. Also I found out that the pictures of the scooters are fake! They show disc brakes on the front tire and the description clearly say no disc brakes.
The man said sorry for that but the picture is still there on the site today. So I believe that's false advertising too. Channel 8 news and the bbb are investigating the place now. I maybe a stupid cookie but Im still a cookie in the box and didn't care to be talked to like that. I bought from this site because of the reviews being so good, but guess you only get good service if your not stupid like me or the reviews are not real. Beware of this place! Wish a true review was shown then I would NOT of bought from here. Oh and btw truck drivers do work weekends.

Bought a 125cc super wrangler jeep go kart from Bob came on time and every thing they said was true. Took about 3 hrs to assemble start first time ran great make shure to check all bolts & change oil in machine after you get it started & after its been ran for a day or two recheck & tighten bolts a tube of lock tight is a must this will stop things from getting loose. The troddle limeter is very sesitive so it takes a little time to adajust. Weve had the cart for about 3 weeks now will let yall know later how it holding up. Thanks to Bob for a great experince.

Saferwholesale/Great sports, Will rip you off like they have done me. I buy a Tiger trike 300cc. I pay for full assembly and residential delivery. They email me asking if I know someone that has a forklift. The closest they could get it is Tifton Georgia. I live in Waycross Georgia 70 miles away. I needed an ignition Switch because some kid broke into my home and took my keys. I pay $60.00. I am getting the run around from them. Their giving me wrong tracking numbers then the one part that did come was a Horn Because the Bike didn't come with it. That's like a basic standard piece of equipment and I have warranty but I need to pay for the Horn. I have requested out of the $65.00 I want $60.00 Back Their giving me the run around. I have emails to support anything I say. I ask all that see this please call *******991 Their will be a message Hit Number 4 then another set of messages Hit number 4 again. The Receptionist will come on. Ask for Jon in Parts and time how long it takes to reach him. To be Clear the company known as Saferwholesale.com aka Great Sports in Frankfort IL. They are Crooks You should not trust them. I have followed all protocols requesting my refund for a Part I paid for and didn't get. They have stolen my money.

Oh geez, where to begin...

I ordered a 350cc Scooter from SaferWholesale. It arrived May 17th. Today is August 8th and I still do not have a title for it. Yes, you read that right. You receive the item, but not a title. You then file paperwork, send them more money, and then wait for the title to arrive. I've lost 3 months of riding (so far) because I have not received the title.

Bike arrived without the gas line hooked up (which my Airline Mechanic brother determined was the issue). Reverse doesn't work either. Tried to return it when it arrived, within the 5 days that they state you can return items, but it would have cost $2,300 to ship it back to California (I live in Illinois). I have filed several "tickets" inquiring about 1) title, 2) doesn't start 3) no reverse. I received one reply back saying "is this your first time notifying us of this." I wrote back, "no, but it's the first time I've received a reply back." That was 3 weeks ago and no reply since.

The whole outfit is just a racket. Kudo's to the web designer though. It looks like a reputable place to do business with. Trust me on this one, it's not.

I order a sidecare back in July and was promise a delivery by August, well here we are Oct 10,2019 and no delivery. I have had to make several calls to the company and was given different reason for the delay. I never got a call from Saferwhole explaining why the delay, never did i get an e-mail or mail explaining to why the delay. I regret doing business with them and will NEVER do business with them again. SAFERWHOLESALE HAS NO SENSE OF COMMUNICATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY KEPT IN THE DARK DURING THE MONTHS OF DELAY OF MY DELIVERY.

These people are con artist. I order a 150cc scooter from them. Told me my item would be delivered in 3 weeks and i woukd get a tracking and ship date the 9th business day from the time i placed the order. I never received either. I called, was put on hold. They never came back on the line. I called a few more times same thing. I ended up cancelling my order and got my money back through my bank. I filed a fraud case against them. Listen to everyones comments and advice on this DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. AND U WILL GET $#*!TY CHEAP PRODUCTS!

After contacting the BBB I was refunded $350.00 for the wrong paint, missing cover, and missing spare tire. I was never sent instructions and bought a set of install instructions for 14.00 from a sidecar parts dealer in Florida.

I have a 2017 Harley Davidson Softail Slim S FLSS. Only two attachment points from the sidecar worked with the bike. I had to have parts fabricated/welded to ensure proper fitment and drill out new attachment points on the sidecar frame. To be fair it does say on their website that some fabrication may be required.

The fender came with a pre-wired tail light. I had to drill a hole through the fender, add a rubber grommet and pull the wire through. It was not pre-drilled. Now I need to figure out how to wire it to the bike.

The bearings in the tire were no good and I had to have new bearings pressed in. Other than that the tire appears to be of good quality. The trunk sat loosely so I added rubber weather stripping to seal the gap or it would have been banging around on the road.

Hoping to wrap this sidecar project up in the upcoming week. It's been nothing but a headache so far. I will post another review when I hit the road.

I purchased a Beemer sidecar in June 2018 from Saferwholesale. I was told the item was on backorder until August. The sidecar came in the in beginning of October from India.

These are my complaints:

1-Sidecar came in black, not OD green, which I paid extra for

2-Sidecar came with no extra tire, which I paid extra for

3-Sidecar came with no installation instructions

4-Missing sidecar cover

5-Came with slight paint damage

22 days later I have received no refund for the paint job, no instructions, no extra tire, and no sidecar cover.

1st of all my experience has been the worst ever. My wife had breast cancer 5 years ago and it drained all our money. I finally saved up enough to get a 150cc slingshot scooter. Your salesman jeremy said i could get cherry red that its in stock, no problem. A month later i finally received a yellow one. My son and i started putting mirrows on and no wiring diagrams for lights, so i called and they said tech support was only available mon-friday from 10 central to 4 central. So 2 days later finally got lights hooked up. No help from tech support cause i live ond work on east coast so there hours dont work for me. 2nd of all got it started and gas pouring out from somewhere. Called and tried to get thru to tech support and u have an hour and a half wait. Who has time to stay on phone for that long. So here i am stuck with a brand new scooter i cant do a $#*!ing thing with cause it leaks gas like a sive and u cant get hold of anyone. $#*!ing bull$#*!. I want my money back and you can come get ur $#*!ing scooter. If not im taking you to court.

I purchased a Custom Plus Mini Jeep for my husband as a Christmas gift and paid for it to be fully assembled. It arrived UNASSEMBLED! My husband is a disabled combat Vietnam Veteran who saw a picture of the jeep and wanted it so that he could ride it in Veterans Day Parades... SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! I thought okay I have a neighbor who is a trained and certified Artic Cat mechanic... if this company would just refund the assembly charge... he will put it together for me. Long story short, he found 6 faulty parts and advised that he can't put it together and it be safe to ride... broken fuel shut off, parking brake will not engage, front wheel stud has no threads, just to name a few. I bought a 12 month warranty... doesn't matter. Three business days since delivery, I have called them 6 times, 3 of which I was transferred and placed on hold until my cell phone battery died and emailed 3 times with attached photos of faulty parts. This was a Christmas gift for my husband... Christmas is a week away from today, BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY! And I have scrap metal.

A real scam. If I was not a deligent persistant person I would never have recieved what I ordered. They sold me a sauna that was on price including shipping and tax. Then after charging my account they called and said they could not ship it tp me because they would lose money? Not kidding. I said refund my money and they told me I would have to go to customer service. Then they called me and tried to negociate a delivery charge. I called the department of State got the Illinois Consumer affarirs made a formal complaint and called back with my complaint number and they lowered the delivery fee if I would recind my complaint?
They are complete ripp-offs and are in Joliet Ill. I can only hope that the department of consumer affairs follow up.

None of our prices listed in Red as the current sales price include shipping. We do custom rate quotes based on the size of the product and the distance the freight must travel. We pay all of our freight carriers and that cost is reflected on the purchase price of the transaction. Sometimes very large shipments require additional fees. Our salesman would not know exactly what the cost of freight is and that is why someone else called you to inform you the actual cost of shipping. I am glad you were able to negotiate a cheaper price, but I assure you the sales price never includes the cost of shipping.

Although I couldn't get my order, a 2000w electric scooter because I live In California... The representative was very helpful with my order! Hope they change the rules here in CA!

I ordered a inflatable hot tub and was told they had it in stock. Well this was ordered OCT 6th, 2014 my check cleared my bank the 7th and then I was told allow 10-15 days for tracking, This is still going on and its November 3rd, Great Sports is another name in which shows up as a receipt and it actually says STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS TYPICALLY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED- I have called numerous times and told different things, just Friday Oct 31st I was told it just got picked up from the warehouse and they didn't have a tracking number as of yet... I have never bought anything from this company and not sure I ever will again, Seems when I call no one wants to tell me because its still not here and they cant tell me when because they really don't know. I am a business owner myself and I would make this right for my customer, this is bad business and I am hoping for a good outcome. I spent over $550.00 and it seems like I am just a number not a customer.

Tip for consumers:
You might try to find a place that can tell you where your product is and when it will arrive, I have never waited this long for something to arrive so when I actually placed the order one of the customer service reps actually ensured me this was in stock and would be quick delivery :( So far NOTHING!!!

BEWARE! This is the worst online order experience I have ever had! I ordered patio furniture on May 14th and still have not seen anything! They told me originally that my order would be shipped in 10-15 days. When i called them after a couple weeks they told me the sales person was wrong and that it would take 4-6 weeks. After the 6 weeks I called and they said the order was lost at the manufacture and they would replace it with a nicer set. When I looked at the options I realized the sets are not Half as nice as my original order. I requested a refund if the new set couldn't ship within 10 days. They said the order was placed and an express ship was put on it. That was on June 9th and I still don't have any furniture. I've requested a copy of the invoice for proof that an order was placed 3 different times but still haven't seen anything. I have found other complaints very similar to this one and wish I would have seen them before I ordered with them. They won't even give me the name off the manufacture. I think this is a big scam! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
