Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
I bought a Lightening extended UTV for 4450. 00 It was suppose to be for adults and street legal. The machine i received was completely different. It is a cazador and for kids. It is not street legal as well. When i called the company to tell them they sent me the wrong machine i was told to send pics and email them which i did. They responded that it is the extended version and if i felt it was the wrong unit i should have left it in the crate. Well how am i suppose to know it is not the right version or even model if i don't take it out of the crate and put it together. There are no headlights or taillights turn signals side steps etc. There are stickers though of turn signals. I was told by Patrick the owners of the company said if i have any further issues to have a lawyer contact them. Which I am pursuing. The unit i was sent is only worth about half of what i paid. Then the windshield is completely wrong as well. It does not even fit the UTV. This company is a complete scam they should all be in jail for fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If anyone would like to see all the email correspondence or the phone calls from the rude staff just let me know. I would love to forward it to you. I still have not received the title for this machine as well. Update Artie said he would get me the parts to make the vehicle street legal like it was suppose to be and the missing/broken parts as well as discuss the price of what i received versus what i paid. To this day i have never heard from him again.
I would give this company minus stars, as they are a complete rip off order a 250cc Scooter back in July 8,2013. It arrived 3 months later, never told it was a Chinese made scooter, that had multiple problems, first off paid for a certificate of origin, which after a year, July 2,2014, still have not received. The bike is a piece of crap, the original battery was bad, ordered a new one from Great Sports, Inc.aka saferwholesale.com it was useless. The starter was bad, wiring was bad, had to have it towed to a local bike shop to repair it. Without the certificate of origin I can not get it register in Pa., I can not get plates to drive it on the road or sell it. I also made a very bad mistake of ordering a sidecar, it took 6 months to get it, it came from Indonesia, it is a piece of crap, the kit, had no directions, poorly made, the sidedoor does not close, the top pieces do not fit and it does not fit the scooter. With all the charges to get inside the country it was about $1000 dollars all together this whole transaction for a Chinese bike and unknown made sidecar is well over $5000. This is not including the costs associated with repairs and towing costs. The company including Artie the supervisor just give you the run around. I am filing a compliant with the Attorney General's office.
It seems to me that you have not had the scooter correctly assembled and that is why you are experiencing so many issues. The Scooters come in a Metal Crate not fully assembled for packaging reasons. You need to assemble just a few small parts including the Handle Bars, Front Tire and Battery installation. Outside of that the unit must be PDI (Post Delivery Inspected) the same way a unit is gone over at the dealership selling the unit. If this process is not done correctly you may harm the unit by using it while not correctly PDI'd. As for your registration, that is something you must request. You need to email your VIN # to titles@saferwholesale.com and you MSO paperwork will be mailed directly to you. If you never email us your VIN we cannot process your MSO and have it notarized. All of your issues can be easily resolved and we are willing to work with you to come to an amicable resolution.
I can not comment on the quality of the products. However, after my chat with one of the sales representatives this morning the other negative reviews do not surprise me. The sales representative was very rude. I just wanted to get an estimate on their shipping charges and he refused to give me any prices unless I was planning on purchasing from them that day and told me to contact them when I was ready to purchase. I told him that if we felt the prices were right we were ready to purchase. He still would not tell me what their shipping rates were and wanted to know how much I was willing to pay. I gave him the price that another website was selling the exact same product for less and asked if he could beat that price. He said he could only beat it by a few bucks but could not give me the other items the other website was offering. I asked what he meant, just the free items or the warranty and what price he could give me. Instead of responding to my question, he disconnected the chat. It is obvious this company only cares about making money and not the customer. From what they advertise on their website their prices are extremely high and if you are looking for ATVs I recommend you check out http://www.superiorpowersports.com or http://www.powersportsmax.com instead.
I do apologize about your experience with trying to purchase a product. We do specialize our shippping quotes based on the item purchased and the distance it is going to travel. Many other websites you have mentioned do not specialize their quotes and instead charge a standard shipping cost. We try to price match any website that sells the same product. If we could not meet your specific pricing desires I do apologize, but our prices are set at our red sales price being the lowest we can sell them at. Many of these products also have strict MAP pricing set by our distributor and unless we are selling them locally we cannot go under the MAP pricing.
I do not recommend this company at all. I have had problems from after I paid all the way to the end of received MSO information.
First 2 weeks into the order they say they don't have the one I paid for and they are shipping a different one. The I get a call from UPS saying they can't deliver because they can off-load. So I call the PM says he will work it out after 36 hours no return call. So I'm stuck going to get UTV 50 miles from my house. FYI this was supposed to expedited shipping to my door and off-loaded. When I see the box at ups low and behold the unit is not assembled. I had no idea I had to assemble. So then I get it assembled and learn I don't have paperwork to license it. Call them again with this issue and they say they took care of it and I should be receiving it. Well It's been 2 weeks from day they said they mailed it and still haven't received it. Called again and said they would have to call manufacturer and have another sent to them and then they send to me.
So long story short - I don't recommend this company. Very unpleasant to work with. I spent $7775 on my purchase you'd think they would at least do what they say. After the fact I started doing research and found they have law suits and major complaints all over the country.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them!

On rare occasions the supplier runs out of stock on those units and we have to offer the customer an upgrade for a similar/better model.

These units are dropped shipped from the supplier's warehouse to you. For the most part we have diagrams and videos on how to assemble these units. I can provide those to you per your request.
As far as your title we request the paperwork from the supplier and you should have received it by now. If not then you should be getting it no later than this week.
If you have any problems with the machine please do not hesitate to call in and talk to our parts/warranty dept. they can answer and questions or concerns you might have with the vehicle.
We ordered A 50CC and 2 110CC quads. These things were TINY. Seriously the size of one of the small power wheel quads from Walmart. The stator went out on the 50CC the day after we got it and both starters on the 110CC's were out in less then a week. I made call after call and email after email to get things figured out. They kept passing me from one person to the next and never actually helped us. I wanted to send the piece of $#*!s back but wasn't allowed since we didn't have the original packaging it came in. I was told they couldn't help until I paid a licensed dealer to diagnose the issue, then they would send us parts to fix the bikes. After months of back and forth with the service department and me specifically telling them the stator failed on one bike and the starters on the others, they sent me 1 carburettor for the 110CC? What a joke! They made it so hard to resolve and wasted so much of my time that we gave up. I'm out a couple thousand dollars and have 3 none working bikes. I will NEVER buy from this company and highly suggest staying away!

Regarding your advertising, my only complaint would be the anoying boxes floating continuously across the screen blocking the view and you just can't delete them fast enough, it becomes more of a pack man game. I own 2 scooters now, one runs great, the othere never has run right, but when there is more time I'll look at it. Right now I'm tied up mostly in a hospital, still recovering from injuries from 9/11 I was a law officer, badly injured, I have found my oxegen machine can fit in the trunk, and I can go from my wheel chair to my scooter and really have fun. I pass this on to other handicapped officers at our meetings. I think the trikes are a real possibility fore fore personal freedom for those of us normally stuck in a chair or a bed, once again the world is open. Thanks for making it affordable.

I purchased a BMS scooter through safer wholesalers. The scooter was damaged when I received it, although becuase it was shrink wrapped I couldn''t know this until the delivery man was long gone. I contacted safer wholesalers and told them about the damage. They were unable to help me but gave me the phone number of someone in China I believe to assist me. Some random parts were sent to me that we're not even the correct parts for that scooter and work no help to the damage that was done. I called again and explained that the wrong parts have been sent to me. They claimed that they were not the wrong partsdespite the fact that the color didn't match the color my scooter nor did the emblems. Anyway they told me that I should take it to a scooter repair shop and have them find a way to make the parts they sent me work which was not going to happen. Needless to say I still have a damaged broken scooter that now not only has body damage but doesn't even run. I have only had the scooter 1 year and because I live in Illinois I'm only able to actually drive it during the summer months so is hardly any use the scooter is completely useless now. Unfortunately that has been my experience with safer wholesalers and the products they distribute.

We also have a physical warehouse in Joliet, IL and you can bring the scooter here to have a mechanic do the work for you. Either way you do have options available to resolve your issues. Numerous Issues
Assembled July 28th:
· LED Light Bar NEVER worked from the very start and still doesn't work due to no power at the LED Light Bar Plug.
· Dash Lights Never worked from the very start and still don't. No power going to the dash accent lights.
July 29th Presented to my daughter as a birthday gift at a ATV / UTV Socially distanced birthday party with 8 other kids.
· Speedometer worked for about an ½ hr of use and still doesn't work at all.
August 8th
· Battery that was provided with the UTV is completely dead and won't take a charge.
· I purchased a new battery and UTV starts and runs.
August 18th
· UTV starts and runs for about 12minutes…. Dies.
· Won't restart
· Fault Code on the dash is indicating Oil Pump Issues
I am not happy! The UTV has less than 5hours on it! Nearly $4,000 and my kid gets a piece of $#*!! What is the solution?
Order a child's atv. Shipping was fast and the product is great! My little boy loves it and we have no problems!
So far I've been treated great. I'm not yet a customer, but in the process of buying and the stock is wonderful.
I am a 73 old lady who bought a Golf Cart from this company. I bought it with the understanding that it would have new batteries and new tires. When it arrived, it lurched while driving and eventually stopped. I had to have it picked up by a service company who called and said that the motor was burnt out from too much wear over the years. They said it was probably a fleet car at a golf course and was ridden rough by overzealous golfers. The charger receptical had been by passed, the batteries were 6 years old, there were only new tires on the front, and it had a rotted out handle and a slit in the vinyl seat.
I called and tried to talk to a manager or an owner. No one would give me the name of the owner, in fact, no one I dealt with would give me a last name. They go under the name of Safer Wholesale and Great Sports, Inc. Their fax does not work and the BBB in Illinois has never heard of them.
As i said, I am a 73 year old retired woman on a fixed income who has been duped. I am going to have to hire an attorney or get a consumers avocate on them just to get the owners name.
Dont buy anything from these companies. They are some kind of web marketers and sell all sorts of things for which they will not be responsible nor do they have any expertise in the products.

I would like the street legal package for this and the brake unit and the correct nets as well as the correct windshield. I would also like the step side bars that i was told came with the unit. The dash is different as well. You should not post pics of something and say that is what you are getting and it not be what you are getting. Please send me the equipment needed to have brakes, windshield, safety nets, and turn signals, switches and whatever i need to turn the turn signals from left to right etc. Also look at the pictures i sent via email of the unit. I will post them if needed.

I assure you the unit that you received is exactly the same as the Lightning Extended model. The names listed on our website are generic names not associated with any specific manufacturer's distribution facility. This is because we get the same product from a few different suppliers and each one has their own specific name for the unit. Such as this vendor calling is the "Cazador". The lightning is actually a very small unit no matter what vendor fulfills the order. The extended version is maybe large enough for a 6ft male tops. Any larger and you would need a larger unit. You received exactly the size of unit you purchased and I think possibly you simply had a different expectation of the size. We fulfilled your order for a Lightning Extended unit, you received the product, assembled it and it runs fine. We are here for your support should you need it, but can assure you nothing dubious was done in this order and you received exactly what was purchase, but with a different trim package than the one displayed on the website.

We did have time constraints but we were very honest with that upfront. If they could not get us the lightening extended we should have been told that. There are no side steps on this unit, no turn signals, no brake lights and it clearly says cazador on the unit. It is a much smaller unit then the lightening extended version that the pictures show. Very low to the ground not like the lightening extended. I specifically asked about the side steps and if they were made of metal when i talked with i believe Alex and he assured me they were and there are none on there. I will be more then happy to send you the pictures of the unit i was shipped. We would have taken the unit apart and shipped it back in the crate just like it was sent to us but we were told we could not do that. This unit is priced much differently then the lightening extended unit. I understand things happen but i specifically asked the questions to make sure i was gettingthe correct unit. The brakes have never worked on this machine as well. We asked for a new brake system but all they sent was the brake resivoir. The netting does not fit as well as the windshield. If you would like to make this right you can email me to discuss. I think you should do right by your ads and be honest trustworthy company so the consumers are happy to do business with you. We are very mechanically inclined and do know how to fix this thing but we have not received the correct unit to begin with. I have spoken with Patrick just now and he informed me of the situation you had with your unit. When you made the purchase you had very specific time constraints on when you needed the item and we purchased the unit from our only vendor that had the unit in stock. We made sure to send you the extended version of the lightning and that is what was shipped to you. The only difference between the photos on our website and the unit that was available for immediate shipment was the front end / headlights. If there is any parts missing needed to make it street legal we can get you the needed parts. We have street legal light kits available to send you and would like to help resolve any issues you are experiencing. Please let us know what you need and we can accommodate you. As for returning the unit, it is true that the unit must be unassembled and in the original crate in order to ship back to the distribution facility. As of our 1st communication with you the product was fully assembled and therefore we could not take the unit back.
