Well experience eyy heres my experience i had purchased a atv id say about 6 months ago the kandi grim reaper which was not the 4 wheeler i had purchased but i didnt want to make a big deal out of it i had ordered the xa300 quad was suppose to be refunded never happened think it was something like 400 or 500$ so i contacted customer service and being put on hold for 45-50 mins my phone dies and i forget it and call back agian in 2 days to bed talked to by a rude salesperson and claimed that i was but now the plot starts to thicken. I received my atv about 3 weeks later and heres the good part there were parts missing like nuts and bolts to the front a arms/wheels one rear wheel would not hold air and constintly goes flat in which iv went and got new tires and rims for it along with the nuts and bolts i had to scavage off of a old quad i had the fuel filter had a hole the gas tank petcock leaked daily and i loose more gas the fuel filter i replaced and now i only put enough gas in it for 1 or 2 rides in which

I'M NOT PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I ORDERED THE 500 WATT BATTERY SCOOTER IN 3-28-17 IT TOOK ABOUT A MONTH TO GET, AND IT CAME UPS, AFTER 8PM. IT WAS SO DARK I COULDN'T SEE TO INSPECT IT, AND THE UPS MAN HAD TO GO, But I DID NOTICE THE TRUNK WASN'T WITH IT. I CALLED SAFER AND RANDALL SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. WELL THAT WAS LIE. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY TITLE AND IT'S NOW AUGUST 21-2017. I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES ABOUT TITLE. OH IT'S IN THE MAIL AND YOU SHOULD BE GETTING SOON. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS RUDE RIPOFF COMPANY. AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY TO HELL WITH THE CUSTOMER. MATHEW ALSO SLIPS A EXTRA YR WARRANTY CHARGING ME $195.25 PLUS TITLE PROCESSING FEE $24.95. MAKING MY TOTAL $820.15. PRICE WAS $599.95. I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THE MISLEADING INFORMATION ABOUT RIDING THIS SCOOTER! I LIVE IN FLORIDA AND THIS COMPANY SAYS NO LICENSE, NO REGISTRATION AND MY BROTHER HAS ALREADY GOTTEN A $130.00 DOLLAR TICKET AND IT ALSO HAS TO HAVE A TAG THAT COST $140.00 NOW HE CAN'T RIDE IT BECAUSE SAFER HASN'T SENT THE TITLE! IT'S JUST ANOTHER WAITING GAME THIS COMPANY PLAYING. BUT THEY GOT THEIR MONEY! THEY COULD HAVE SENT TITLE WITH SCOOTER WHEN SHIPPING. PLUS LET ME SAY IT'S VERY CHEAPLY BUILT! I bought a casador dune buggie, that was advertised as a 200cc engine which was a lie, it was actually 160cc, they'll tell you all you need to do is connect the battery and put on the tires. False! Your going to need at least three people to assemble, and a full tool set. Mine was sent without control arms, scratches all over the paint, and the battery was also missing. I'm now stuck paying $570.00 in shipping costs to send it back, because I attempted to contact them for a week attempting to have them order my new parts. They're extremely rude and very disrespectful. RYAN the manager is a crook and a liar. As soon as he closed me, he promised me, that anytime I had a question all I would have to do is ask for him. That was also a lie, the other employees would go out of their way to prevent me from talking to him, but as soon as I disputed the charge with the finance company, he called me an hour later, ranting and yelling, asking me why I had filed a dispute. It's the only way to protect yourself from these $#*!s, hit their pocket book, and they call you back immediately. MATTHEW is a pushy salesman that only worries about closing the sale, and will say just about anything, in order to close you. He's the one that lied by saying it came built 80%. Save your money and save yourself the anguish of dealing with a small time crooked company, that promotes hundreds of sales on line, but only have about two employees answering the phones per shift. That should of been a red flag, every time I would call back the same person would answer. Read the fine print and remember that once these thief's have your money, your out of luck with follow ups or any type of customer service. RYAN, MATTHEW I would love to really tell you what I think about you, but your not even worth the time, much less lowering myself to your level and letting the reader think this is actually personal, because it really isn't. I could blow my nose with the shipping costs, keep the change. What kills me, is the people that can't afford it, and you people don't think twice about ripping them off. Lesson learned, don't do business with a company that's willing to tell you all you want to hear, prior to closing the sale.

This order was financed, by customer, once financing had been complete, order was processed and shipped and delivered within 4 business days. As for the specs of the product, it clearly states within the description that the motor is in fact a 169cc - Features & Specifications: Engine type: 4-stroke, Single-Cylinder, automatic Displacement: 169CC Horse Power: 6.0kw(7500r/min) 8.2HP - The specs are per the manufacturer and the 200cc is a round up figure like most motorsport manufacturers regarding engine size, however the actual motor size is clearly stated within the specs. We had went well up and beyond for this customer and only turns out that he did not want the vehicle after we had expedited the shipping to them. All go karts take many hours for assembly and this was stated once the order had been placed. The order was placed online via financing, so all customers agree to all financing terms once placing order. We typically charge a re-stocking fee if a customer would like to return a product, however we waived any and all fees to return the product minus the shipping costs. If there are any other concerns at all whatsoever, we would gladly address. If this scenario occurred at any big box store, they would require the customer pay shipping costs back as well. We are a small business and we do care about every last customer, and we do want to address every last concern. Kindly let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Here's a timeline of the events that took place...

Dec. 20th - Ordered product through Scott (Manager) double checked with him the product I ordered was available for purchase - He confirmed it was... took my credit card # and proceeded to charge the full amount before it was shipped... Order went into processing...

Dec 23rd - Emailed - *******@saferwholesale.com to check on the status of my order...

Dec 26th - Phone to check on order with Scott - he wasn't available left msg with receptionist. Received email back from Gerardo at *******@saferwholesale.com stating total ship time from date of order is between 10 – 15 business days. I will see a tracking # between the 9th and 11th business day...

Jan 02 - Phoned and talked to Micky no tracking # yet he's going to print off receipt and leave it on Tim's Murphy's (Product Manager) desk and he'll get back to me within 24hrs...

Jan. 03 - Phoned to follow up since it's been more than 24hrs - talked to Micky - says I'm scheduled for a call back from Tim - end of conversation

Jan. 06 - No call back from Tim - phoned to follow up again - talked to Micky - notes on account - item not available anymore has been discontinued - issue refund - will receive in 7-10 business days...

Summary: received full refund back on card... Never spoke to Tim once... It would have been nice to get a phone call back explaining the situation instead of getting the run around...

I would not recomend buying anything from retailer i had problems from the start. I ordered a atv, after i placed the order a customer rep called me and told me they no longer had that model and then upsold me another model. The order came a week later, i thought to my self"wow that was fast" and it was because they sent me a scooter instead of a atv. When i finally recieved the atv it was busted up. They sent me new parts wich i had to replace myself "if i was not a mechanic this would costed me a bit of money in labor". I bought this for my 3yearold for xmas and was ridden one time for about 5 minutes due to how cold the wheather is. Now the bike will not start due to a bad battery and bad starter which also ate up the inside of the starter housing. They were only willing to send me replacement parts if i would pay for them even know the atv is brand new and was only ridden for 5 minutes. BEAWARE OF THIS RETAILER... DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered an electric ATV for my child. The price was the lowest on the internet at the time. The sales dept. was pushy but not rude. I did get the "its not free shipping to a residence" after I ordered. I wanted to cancel after I started to get that "uh-oh" feeling and still got sucked in. I assumed the ATV would be shipped from within the USA as they have an actual facility in Joliet, IL. Because I try to avoid drop shipments direct from China. I was wrong however. The ATV was dropped shipped directly from China and entered customs through Los Angelas, CA. Most of there orders do. That's why the prices are low but that's that's also why they have so many issues. Little or no quality control here. Anyways, that's a long way for an ATV to travel. After much worrying, the ATV did arrive, not on-time but close. The ATV was secured to a steel frame/crate on a pallet with a box cover. It was next to impossible to inspect before signing for delivery. I had 30 days before my parts warranty expired so I kept that in mind. Upon opening I discovered that the ATV was in many parts and un-assembled and without instructions. This is not a toy. I am not a mechanic. Luckily I knew of someone who was into go-carts and he assembled it for me in his shop for $100.00. He informed that some parts were missing and damaged during shipping. I e-mailed Safewholesale and they put me in contact with the ATV manufacturer with a rep. In California. They were attentive and shipped me the parts that I needed after I sent them pictures, free of charge. The ATV is great! My child loves it. Not your typical buying experience here but I couldn't find anywhere else to buy an electric ATV in the USA that was worthy based on its power vs. price. I feel like a lucky person after reading all the complaints.
