When I call August 30,2020 got young lady on the phone she had no clue of the item I was explaining to her and proceed to hang up on me. I then return the call this company who did apologize for her but kind gave the excuse she was new to me unacceptable u work for a company have some knowledge of what you are dealing with!

Just read the reviews. They tell the whole story. Just a nother fly by night group of scam artist. So tell everyone you know and these Jerks will be out of business for good. Get names of owners so we can keep track of him so he can't pop up under a new name. There is power in numbers. This has to stop. So put the word out every where.?

Worst experience I've ever had with an online business. I ordered a 7 and foot fiber optic Christmas tree based on the picture be displayed on their website. What they sent me looked nothing like what they advertised it looked more like a palm tree than a Christmas tree. It was a piece of junk very cheaply made and in no way was worth the $300 I paid for it. I honestly wouldn't even pay $50 for this Tree it is that poor quality. I called customer service and the man literally laughed at me and said all sales are final. I was so disappointed it ruined my family's Christmas. I never write reviews and very rarely complain but this was the worst experience I've had with online shopping. I would not recommend anybody do business with this company

The title clerk is very professional and will serve well and keep you advised. I love my monkey bike and its nice to know people still care about customers thank you all

Bad return policy. 20% restocking fee get real guys. Not to mention you don't even have the same products that we ordered in the correct size. Never again will i shop here and everybody I know and ride with will know about your sleezy fees.

The worst customer service I have every dealt with,

They will say anything to get a sale, and once the sale is finalized you can forget about everything they said. There excuse for everything is "we are dealing with over 100 suppliers so there is bound to be mistakes" well I ordered with you not 100 suppliers.

I received my order a month later than the date promised. When I did receive it more than half was missing. Ardy in warranty and parts is by far the worst rep to deal with. Would not even let me talk to his manager.

Bottom line, pay a little extra and find a better supplier, I promise you the only service you will enjoy is the salesmen even there they will try to rip you off by saying "oh shipping is so much more than expected please meet us half way."

So much BS you cant imagine. I hope this company goes under soon for the horrible service they have.

I would give negative stars but didn't see the option.

Although you have a negative view of our customer service, I can assure you that every customer is treated with the exact amount of respect they have for us. When a customer calls in completely irrational and upset, as you did then the respect is reciprocated. We do in fact have many different suppliers and we do not physically handle some of the merchandise listed on our website, but we have the ability to get you any replacement parts needed. As far as our conversation back then a year ago, I was in fact the Manager of the Parts and Warranty department and I did not have a supervisor. The only person you could have spoken to was me and I was the only person who could have resolved your issues. The more I told you there was no one else the more angry you became. We are not a retail establishment nor are we a corporation. We are a small business with only about 50 employees and there is not really a Supervisor for every single person. I was the supervisor of the entire Warranty department and there was no one above me at the time. Now I am the General Manager and Administrative Claims Executive. I wish you would have had a different experience, but can assure you this was not a one sided ordeal. We attempted to help you to our best ability and you were completely resistant to accept any help other than speaking with whoever was higher up in the company than the previous. That is not how is works. You spoke with me and I offered you assistance. You refused my assistance and there was no one else that needed to speak with you.

Over a year ago I bought a 4000$ treadmill from these con artists... The item was never received they never never sent me a refund check! They told me I had to send them a pre paid fedex envelope which I did and atill no check! It's scum bags from safer wholesale that are posting the good reviews! I have contacted the attorney general in my area to close these clowns down! I also have contacted the fbi because this is complete fraud! They have nothing forsale but bull$#*!! If I was a con artist I could sit home and make up reviews all day for fake crap! Beware

I've called twice and sent an offer twice. You called back 1 hour later once when I wasn't here and now with this e-mail. I'm not a desk worker and don't spend my day in front of a computer, so I can't wait for an extended time for an answer. Your deals seem fair and I'd like to purchase some items, but I fear the internet purchase of such big items without place I can't communicate with. You have lots of pop ups for talking but as of now it hasn't worked for me. Maybe I call at bad times.

I have had my moped since April and have no problems. I do like the company as you will get someone right away when you call. I did have a hand guard brake and I called and he said they would sent one out. I did receive it so I am happy with the company. I know they have a lot bad reviews on line but I don't know why because they were good to me. So don't believe every thing you read.

I wrote about Saferwholesale about a year ago. I bought a three wheel trike, I had 10 miles on it when it just fall apart. I paid $4,500 for the trike, It sold after 5 months for $1,500. And I was glad to get that. I must have shown the bike to over 100 people. They were alot smarter than me. If your thinking of buying anything from Safer wholesale, think again.

I have an outstanding experience with them. This place was great. Got good service friendly workers and cheap prices. Well, As for as I'm concerned, these ppl are legit. I'm so excited bout my 2016 trike... fast delivery. I'm really thankful I took a chance on trusting these ppl.At first when I was calling to check the status on my order, I was really confused when I didn't get my calls retuned... I started looking back at the bad reviews and I've learned a lesson from that lol REVIEWS ARE OVERRATED! I'm not saying that they dont have customers that feel like there experience with saferwholesale has been horrible... I'm not sure what is the case on all the bad reviews... I think dealing with this company has been a great experience. I give highly recommend them. Thanks

I made an offer, a while back. You send email for "other discounts thru feedback" i go to chat with "arthur" asking him viable questions as, was offer accepted? What is shipping discount.? If i bought the scooter on the 3rd and did not receive the 'Offer" price could i still get it at a sale price? Well, all he said to me was yes you ship to hawaii, but one scooter will be 600 - 700. For shipping. Then he never came back on.

After reading the poor reviews I still went into the showroom. Waited several minutes until the salesman. I think he is a salesman or just gets paid to talk on his phone. When he finally acknowledged me. His answer was " This is what we have " and then made a personal call.
Another customer had to chase him down since he did a houdini a disappeared.
I just decided my two possible purchases wouldn't be here.

I've been using my old detox foot bath for a couple of years now. After I was diagnosed with a blood ailment I knew I needed it. I felt better every time I used it. Within two days I had my detox machine. I filled it up, turned it on, and viola, after one day I'm feeling so much better.

I bought a 50 cc scooter from them. Only gave 30 day warranty can see why. Had to assemble none of the parts fit properly the electric starter Went out in the first month and the scooter doesn't work it stalls out in traffic takes 10 minutes to start if it starts at all. This thing is a hunk of junk. Don't buy from them, they are ripoffs

This company will lie to you and not deliver what you purchased. They gave us the run around week after week. We didnt do our homework to check them out... they have been sued several times by attorney general for fraud. Now we are fighting to get refund.

Received my scooter Nov 1st. Had to get it towed, wouldn't start cheap everything already had to spend over 200.00 to fix it. Very rude employees and after over 10 weeks I just got my title. I'll never refer anyone to this place. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I got hung up on because I was upset about my title being extremely late.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you really pay attention to everything. Or try to find someone local who won't try to do you wrong

Bought a side car, was supposed to be 30 days, 7 months of excuses I finally received it. Was supposed to be made to fit my specific bike, cost me close to $1000 to have frame fabricated to fit safely. Very poor quality and craftsmanship, every weld had to be ground off and rewarded. They're very helpful, courteous and professional til they receive your payment, then it all goes out the window. Salesman wouldn't take my calls, had to have other people call for me then I'd get on the line...

I purchased a scooter very reasonable price was very excited about the purchase, received the Scooter back sissy bar holes did not match up to the frame holes and the trunk did not come with keys and the right front tire was missing the chrome. I spoke to them and they directed me on the proper way to resolve the problem, followed the process sill waiting for reply from manufactory. Joe in sales was very helpful, but another guy who answers the phone in sales very rude. I contacted company about an hour ago and the customer service was very rude, all I needed was my sales number so I can register my scooter told me what to do and said thank you but he hung up. I was excited to find these scooters at a very reasonable price and was considering ordering another 3 for my business but I think I will move on. Thank you Joe you were awesome.

I am very impressed with the sales team of this website. They are incredibly professional about their work. I was not getting any idea about what to buy for my parents 50th anniversary, but the support staff helped me lot for picking a unique gift.
I got the packet yesterday. The packing was surprisingly very nice. It was really a good deal. It took only two weeks before the sauna that I ordered was delivered and installed. Saferwholesale was very good at communicating with its customers while making sure that we are fully aware of the pricing that we needed to pay and the delivery date that we should expect. Everyone was friendly and awesome. Thumbs up for that.

The sauna was working so well. We've been using it since it was delivered.

If I had done my usual review search on saferwholesale.com, I would never have dealt with them. I bought a bike. The bike is great. The price is great. I would have gladly paid more money to a company who gives support than these incompetent, uncaring boobs at saferwholesale.com. Their salesmen sweet talk you adn yes you and as soon as you give them that credit card number, that's over. Almost non-existant support. They leave you on hold hoping you will hang up, which I did a few times. They claim 24/7 support. Yeah right, they didn't say it was imaginary support. If you have ever dealt with buying a new car, this is the same or maybe worse. Don't buy a thing from these crooks.
