Got off the phone with these jerks today, I placed an online order which was flagged by my card company as possible fraud, within seconds the rep from saferwholesale called and told me my card problem and that there is a delivery charge of about $250.00, I told him that I had free delivery because it was being shipped to a business. He said that delivery was free but shipping was extra, told him that I did not do business that way and to cancel the order. He started arguing and I asked him what was he trying to accomplish, having me call him names? I guess so cause he ran his mouth and I called him some names that were appropriate by most peoples standards.

I had a very good experience with saferwholesale.com on some recent purchases I made with them. I have a new office and needed a lot of supplies; desks, chairs, tables, file cabinets, etc. I dealt with this company once before, so they're the first website I went to. The order process went smoothly, and my items arrived as ordered. The only problem was, I just didn't like my chair. It wasn't defective, or different from what I ordered, I just didn't like it when I sat in it. I contacted their customer support and explained the problem. They simply allowed me to return the chair, and order a new one. Even though their prices are great, I'll always return because they're extremely easy to deal with.

The WORST! I ordered 2 party tents from this company. Both boxes were delivered in terrible condition. Both had half of the hardware with no instructions. I have called numerous times asking for a refund since June. To no avail. Sent countless email and that continue to give me the run arounds. Stating they have not received my emails and putting me on hold for over an hour. I wish I could give NO STARS!

I don't think that anything would have been resolved now if had not been for Jerry in parts. I give him a top rating 4 to 5 stars because of what he did and how he conducted himself.

I can not and will not say that about the rest of that group.

I bought a 1000 watt Dewey beach cruiser and it literally fell apart, the company doesn't care, don't buy from them. They admitted on the phone parts were missing and the battery rack doesn't hold the battery. I was in desperate need of some new karaoke equipment. I run two karaoke nights in town, and my machine suddenly died. I absolutely needed a new one in three days. I ordered a sidecar from this company and according to their site, it was supposed to fit my bike. All brackets were way to big for my bike, I had to do an almost entire creative modification to the sidecar frame (which took me so much extra time) and I also had to spend quite a bit of money on much better and proper size brackets, bolts and metal. I contacted them and asked for some compensation like some money back for the extra that I had to buy but they did not respond at all. Their site shows a grown man in the sidecar but I believe that man is small in statue because this sidecar is pretty small for an average size person.

I have been looking for a good price on a small pontoon 14' I was real glad to find this web site. The prices on several small pontoons are great a lot better then I expected for a brand new pontoon boats. Wow now I'm looking forward to getting to the bottom line on the final cost including shipping motor, trailer ect. Prices are a lot lower on everything very happy I found this site!

This site advertises credit approval down to 596 credit rating. What is not told is that is only for amount between $3000 and $4000. This should be made visible on the web site. Now I will have a hit on my credit report, not happy with this at all. As I found a unit that lists at $7600 delivered

I believe this company has a good inventory with very nice models. The prices are very affordable for the quality available. I've checked out other sites and the models were less appealing, however I keep coming back to this site.

Thank you for the quick delivery of my 500 watt wizzer electric scooter. After placing my order on Tuesday I was told to expect shipment 4 days later between Friday or possibly Monday. My order arrived that Friday! It was a blast to speed up and down the trails near my home on my easily assembled kart. Faster and more rugged than anticipated. Was very eager to receive it and ride it. Money well spent.

These are actually nearly impossible to find near me, yet they had them. I'm forever thankful for them, and hope to shop at their store when I visit Illinois next month!

Shipping was a disaster. They said shipping to nearest terminal. The nearest UPS terminal is less than an hr. Away, they shipped to one over three hrs away. Very inconvenient and cost me nearly $400 to retrieve the machinery. When I explained the problem to Safer they were simply not interested. I will note that I was more than polite to them in my inquiry.
