I got my new 150cc scooter that I bought from saferwholesale.com a couple of weeks ago, and have been on it every day since. I could have bought an almost exact scooter in my town at the dealer, and it would have cost me almost double. I'm not sure how these guys get the deals they do, but I'm hooked on their site. This is a cheater, trash company. I spent a lot of time on calling them and deal with my issue. They never solved any problem. I brought a chopper 125 in 2013. When I got this motorcycle, just realized it is a garbage and unable to start the engine. The headlight is broken. I follow their instruction for parts. Just kidding. Do not believe what they said, they all lie to you.

I will never purchase anything else from this site again. Throttle stuck my grandson ran into a brick wall. I called in December to let them know throttle is no good it was a Christmas gift. They said they would send a new part out, I had to call a 2nd time the guy was rude and it took 3 months to get the part before my grandson could enjoy his Christmas gift. I put the word out from a bad experience with this company. Not professional at all. Bad business
These guys sent me a broken scooter... many parts broken including front brakes... forgot to mention delivery was a joke not even close to time advertised... then a fight with management over them replacing the parts... no solution until I threaten the better business bureau... then the jerk doesnt tell me its 15-30 for the parts... this is a crappy company no one should order from here
Their site is easy to shop from the only issue is the charge for the title processing on top of paying for shipping it's like there has to be some type of give here on that fact but besides that easy shopping

Our two older boys recently offered to sleep in a room in the basement so their sisters could each have their own bedroom. The only problem is that no realized how cold it got down there in the middle of the night. After putting in a couple of space heaters, and it still being to cold, we had some decisions to make. Putting in new duct work just wasn't going to work, so we decided on an electric fireplace. The best deal we could find anywhere, and we scoured not only town, but craigslist, was at saferwholesale.com. There we found many fireplaces to choose from, and all at prices that were about half of what we were finding anywhere else. I was a little concerned about the price being so low, but what was delivered was a quality product looking no different than those we say at Lowes. Overall a great experience.
I purchased the e-trike. Beautiful well made bike BUT even my professional bike assembly tech had some issue with on line assembly video. Trike comes in A LOT of parts. It would be so helpful to have written step by step diagrams & assembly instructions on line + video option for more skilled bicyclists. NO paperwork in box. Shaky amateur assembly video online, whips too fast from one step to another & seems to miss some steps. Need diagrams of parts, wiring & placement of controls by handlebars.- probably OK for a skilled bike tech but in my opinion,, too vague &* quick for average buyer.

request WRITTEN & simplified assembly diagrams, parts lists & step by step instructions in addition to the existing on line video assembly instructions which even confused a professional bike tech I hired to assembly the e-trike. Kudos to the parts department who did immediately send the missing battery for the trike.

My experience has been totally terrible! You charged my credit card $3634 on Nov 26,2014, for a exercise bike. I had to call finally on Dec 22,2014 only to be told that you were not going to deliver the bike. I was told you knew this on Dec 19, but did not notify me. I was also told that a refund had been submitted to my credit card on Dec 19. No such credit was received in my account. I talked to various sales people 5 more times and received nothing but clearly fraudulent information. As of Jan 14,2015 no return of my money has been made. The last person I talked to was very insulting, and would not give me the name of any Manager to get any action. You are NOT SAFER! I give you a 0! And will pursue this with authorities, the credit card company and the internet servers.

Called on phone to order a Trace 3024e inverter. Craig/salesperson said no problem and took the order. Within 2 hours I visit the web page and determine they do not, sell Trace products. Twice I am on hold for over 10 minutes each time and I give up and email my cancellation of the order. I get a call the next day from "sales manager" who is rude and very aggressive. I explain the problem and he tells me I will have to pay 30%. I explain his company did not sale what I ordered and I would not pay and had called visa and backed up the charges. He kept asking if I had visited the web site and I explained the order was by phone 4 times. Finally he agreed to refund 100%. As I think back over this there must be some hook that if you visit the web site they get 30%.
Why would any business treat a customer this way. They will be in chapter 7 soon.

I do apologize, but due to the fact that we ship products directly from the manufacturer's distribution facility, once an order is placed they charge us a restocking fee. Due to the fact we have such small profit margins this restocking fee is reflected on our cancellation policy. If we can get the manufacturer to waive the restocking fee for us we will reciprocate this and waive the fee for you. I am happy you were able to get a 100% refund.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a go kart and they sent wrong one and a lot of missing parts, broken parts. Called and they were the most rude people I have ever dealt with. Do not and I repeat do not do business with them. They will take your money and then treat you like a pos. I was going to buy another go kart from them but after this they can go f$&k themselves.
If I could give less stars I would! Luckily I did not buy anything from this company! I called inquiring about a 4 wheeler for my 4 yr. Old. This simple inquiry turned into basically the extremely condescending salesperson calling me a liar when I said I could get a better price elsewhere. Even though I was not asking him to sell it to me at that price. I seriously cannot fathom them selling anything with this type of service! I called back (because I was livid and he challenged me to find a better price saying he would match it). I explained to him that even if I had to pay double I would NEVER purchase from this company!
Your companies website is very user friendly. I especially liked the embedded youtube video on the product wonadaygo I was considering buying.

I had a really great experience buying a golf cart from them, they were courteous and helpful when answering my questions and the cart itself is in perfect condition and is just what I needed. After using it for a while, I can definitely say every component is in great shape and I would buy other things from them in a heartbeat. Definitely one of the best out there. Highly recommended.
We bought our sons first motorcycle on saferwholesale.com a couple of months ago. We're planning a cross country ride when he turns 18, and we needed something small to get him used to riding on his own. We bought him the 250cc chopper clone and he loves it. Everything rides great, the brakes a calibrated perfectly, and the shifting is flawless. We're very happy with our purchase and would buy from them again.
I purchased a shower spa and had it installed. On the first night of use, my son closed the door and it shattered completely cutting his foot. I attempted to call and was told to fill out a form and wait three business days. Five days later still have not heard from them. I dont trust this item, it's flimsy and I DO NOT HAVE A SHOWER. The Rep I spoke with said the parts Department is busy, which tells me they sell a lot of faulty items.
Just got my 250. Atv on feb 22 and just started it up today 26 feb put the wheels on put gas in and go put about 5. Hrs on no problem will change oil on 27. Feb thanks to all who work there have own a lot of jap bikes over the years they were cheep too in the 60/70s now china got it well if u ever see china they all ride some kind of motor bike just like japs in the 60/70s lol thanks to all over. 50. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! They sell nothing but junk. I purchased a go kart 11/26/22 and it did not even last until the end of December. Spent alot of money on this and it won't start at all. Tried calling and was told had to submit a ticket and that I have to find my own mechanic to figure out what was wrong because they would not help me. Very poor customer service. Also said it takes at least 3 days to get a response because they have a high volume of people complaining about there products. Junk and more Junk. Poor customer service that do not stand by there products. Will not help you in determining what is wrong but will sell you more parts. Highly recommend to not buy from here. I give 0 stars but had to select 1 in order to post.

We purchased a golf cart on July 17,2014. We were told delivery would take about two weeks. It took 42 days and we had to make many calls on our own, despite multiple promises of specific days it would be delivered but wasn't. Due to the poor service they offered to extend our warranty from 12 to 18 months. After just two and a half weeks, the batteries would not keep a charge. They told us to to charge each one individually, which we did (twice). That worked for one day. They next had us take them out and have the volts tested at an auto supply store. We took them to the auto supply store and they said all 6 of the batteries needed to be replaced. The company then offered us a measly $35 per battery. We asked to speak to people higher up the line but they would not do so. Their warranty is worthless. Stay away from this company.

F. contacted our parts department on 9/23/14 and provided us with the voltage levels of each of his 6 batteries in the refurbished Fleet car he purchased from our website and was able to prove that he did indeed need replacement batteries. In our Warranty policy listed on our website it clearly indicates that Batteries are never covered under warranty, as you can see in the attached warranty policy. We get replacement batteries in bulk and our price on batteries is $35.00 per battery. Although we can purchase them at our warehouse we are not able to ship batteries in the mail Via federal shipping laws. Therefore, if the customer needs replacement batteries, eventhough they are not covered under warranty, we are offering them compensation for our cost on the batteries. This means we are 100% willing to compensate this customer $210.00 total. The customer was demanding $57.00 per battery and would not accept our offer. We were not willing to negotiate this price with the customer and the customer became very irate. The customer was acting as if this was some sort of Car Sales negotiation, but we simply informed him that in the past we have refunded customer's $35.00 per battery and that is our final offer. If the customer is willing to accept our offer for compensation we will cut a personal check for $210.00 and mail it to the customer immediately. We are willing to work with this customer, but are unwilling to negotiate compensation price as we have already set a precedent with previous customer's.

Your unit is over a year old and it does not appear that there are any notes on you account indicating that you have ever contacted us regarding an issue with your unit. We do have a parts department here to help you troubleshoot your issues and get any replacement parts you need. Honestly to make sure that you have a proper diagnosis at this time I would take the unit to a bike shop and have it checked out. If you can determine what parts need to be replaced my parts guys will be able to get them ordered up for you.
