SammyDress was by far the best online shopping experience I have had. Their website was very user-friendly and easy to navigate, and I had no difficulty in browsing and placing orders on the things I wanted to buy. They have the cutest assortment of stuff, different styles to make everyone happy. They have so many unique items that I haven't ever seen anywhere else. And of course, SO AFFORDABLE. I can't get over how inexpensive it was to shop with SammyDress. I was able to get almost 20 items for myself, they were all so inexpensive that I couldn't stop picking stuff. I probably spent two hours on the site just looking at all the cute stuff, having a hard time because I wanted all of it! Anyways, I finally placed my order and received all of my stuff within a couple of weeks. I was so amazed at how everything I got was good quality and looked just like the pictures on the site (To be honest, I was a little bit suspicious that this website might have been too good to be true, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I got my package). I am happy with every single item I got, and cannot wait to wear them. I wrote to customer support and their Facebook page to let them know how pleased I was, and they responded very fast and were super nice. I know who I will be shopping with in the future! I love SammyDress!

I wish someone would have warned me that they are the $#*!tiest company I have EVER dealt with. Not only do they falsely advertise their propducts, but their customer service reps are some of the biggest morons I have EVER dealt with. They expect me personally to pay almost $100.00 to return my items to them to refund me only $27.00. They are complete rip offs and scam artists. Not to mention, I had a week long email thread with their customer service rep trying to 'make a deal' with my by only giving me a percentage back for their faulty/broken items they had sent me.

I ordered cloths in sammydress.com thats was my first and the last order. That site is a horror... I make an ordered 20 pcs of dresses an they send me ony 18 pcs and after i ask to send my 2 items missing they telling me to place and order again and they will give me a discount coupon... Hello they are really crazy people ther. They are a PROFISSIONAL SCAMMER its there fault and they want me to pay my orders again HELLO. Plus the communication is REALLY POOR u need to wait one day before they reply with you... I have a lots of experience ordering cloths in CHINA. But this is the only site that i encountered really BAD ONE... So pls people dont ORDER in this SITE SAMMYDRESS.COM they are really not nice... And if you have bad comments they will till its from the compitators but its not... Only people who give nice comments from sammydress are those people who work with THEM... SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! (I am NOT giving it 3 Stars, but this website wont allow me to edit the stars portion)
I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise from sammydress.com and when it didn't arrive for almost a month (despite paying extra for the 3-7 day rush delivery), I called and spoke to someone who barely understood English. I was told there were a few items out of stock but since I had specifically ordered them for a few upcoming events, she agreed via phone and email to refund my entire order. It's been two months AND STILL NO REFUND! I'm sick to my stomach over this and, obviously, beyond irate. I've now attempted to reach someone again via phone and only get a message that it's been disconnected. A complaint via email support only gets me a stock "We are processing your refund." message, which is the same infuriating crap message I'll receive to this complaint, if any at all. If everyone else who is in the same boat and is interested in taking further action, please respond to this message and let's see what our next steps are in this process. I refuse to let them take my money and screw thousands of others over as well.
I placed my order ( M**************) January 12th 2014, on January 15th it was shipped, today FEBRUARY 7TH 2014 I am yet to receive it, I have called multiple times with no response, there 24hr live chat is NEVER online, I submitted multiple tickets and is yet to receive a response. There is a line in the movie "Zoolander" that asks, "what is this - a center for ants?" That's what I thought when I received my order of a jacket from SammyDress. I am tall and above average size, so I ordered a XXL jacket at a very reasonable price. When it arrived, I wondered how SammyDress measured the XXL. This may have been XXL for ants, but certainly not for a grown man. I seriously wondered if they quite possibly put a XXL label on a XS jacket. I doubt anyone of adult size could fit into this thing. But, mistakes happen, so I gave the benefit of the doubt to SammyDress, and contacted them to obtain a refund. I received from SammyDress an email with a laundry list of items I would have to provide to get my money back, including details of my order, photos of the jacket next to measuring devices, and a description of how it was unsatisfactory. I do not have time for this kind of crap, so I decided that this jacket would be good to donate to the local Lollipop Guild, and I would learn a lesson that cost me only the sale price of the jacket. My advice, avoid SammyDress unless you are of Tinkerbell size.
UPDATE: SammyDress.com has made contact with me and refunded my purchase price in full.

I ordered a long sleeve collared shirt for my son, when my package arrived it was a short sleeved shir, I contacted them and I was advised to send a photo which I had in my original email but they said they couldn't see it, so this goes on for approx 6 times in the end they asked me to take a photo of the sku# on the wrong item so I took photo s of the front and back of the tag and guess what no sku # so now they are saying that they can't prove that it's the wrong item even though I provided them with the sku# of the item I originally ordered, so in a nut she'll they are telling me that I am lying and only offered to lay back $5 instead of the $12 I paid. I urge people NOT to deal with this company as you won't get what you ordered and they lay the blame on you

If I could rate this horrible website a 0, I would. I bought a dress from this website as a present for Christmas this year, I even ordered it ahead of time to ensure that it would get sent out before all of the Christmas mail clutter being shipped everywhere. I thought everything was going great, I received my email giving me my tracking number. So, I searched my tracking number, and this stupid company sent the goods to the COMPLETELY WRONG COUNTRY! I ordered them to be sent to the U.S., and they sent the goods to CANADA! Why bother asking for my state (California, abbreviated as CA, probably where they messed up!) if you're going to take that as the country of origin! Especially when it asks for the country I live in! I will never order another thing from this company ever again! I tried contacting customer service about this asking for a new dress to be shipped to the CORRECT address, and they told me that they would only do it if I sent them the dress back (which I cannot do, as it's in CANADA!) So then I asked for a refund, to which they flat out told me no. So now, I'm going to my bank to file a fraud charge and getting my money back.
