I love shopping on SammyDress, I have mostly used it for jewelry and clothes. Only ever got one item that was a poor fit but SammyDressclothing.com did refund me for it, not a full refund but a partial refund which is better then nothing. I love the jewelry on this site there's always really cool and funky stuff on it and the prices are reasonable.
I only took off 1 star as I do find the shipping to be quite slow compared to other sites, sometimes I've even forgotten about my order until it shows up at the door lol.

Have bought a few things from them - kindof a hit or miss. A lot of what I bought ended up being donated to used clothing bins. They did sell me a couple of my favorite shirts tho so i have to give them that. Website is easy to use - customer service gets back to you within a reasonable amount of time - The one issue I had with them they solved extremely quickly (a shirt I bought arrived in awful condition - I was refunded and they suggested I donate the shirt if I didnt want it)

I've bought some nice things I'm the past from sammydress and was one of the lucky ones to actually get what they paied for. It wasn't until my recent swimsuit purchase that I noticed they never post the reviews that people put up with one or two stars, they may rarely put the three star ones up. So you're getting inaccurate reviews of what may happen to your experience.

They lie through their teeth about their Get It Free offer. I referred a friend to register with them and had her to buy $50 worth of clothes to see if they send me the free item I had shared with my friend or not. I didn't get the free item and when I contacted them via a ticket, they said you are not 2 people; you are the same person who is trying to scam us to get a free item! I said check our Paypal accounts that are linked to your websites via previous purchases; we are 2 different people, me and my girlfriend, and we have 2 total different names and IP addresses. They are liars. Stay away!

I have some things from SammyDress and really like it! I ordered some things for home, jewelry, clothes and nail accessories. My favourite is mini skirt, just perfect. Customer service is really helpful, payment easy. I always choose the cheapest shipping method and I've never had problems with that, always on time. All things are good quality and really inexpensive. If You don't know that shop, You should check it, they have a lot of styles.

I have bought several products (dress, jackets, blouse & shoes). Some clothes are smaller in size but I always try to buy one size bigger than my size. I find the price reasonable. As the saying goes 'you get what you paid for' but generally most of the wares I bought is stylish and good quality.
The support customer service is excellent. I have recently purchased a beautiful jacket. When it arrived, I was disappointed coz I felt the size was wrong. It did look like a 'girl size. I sent them an email and explained that the size of the jacket is for 'girl section' and it is not 'women' size. They have replied my email and offered a refund on what I have paid. To follow up, I rang the customer support service and assured me that the money will be deposited back to my account in 7-working days. So far, my experiences with Sammdress has been positive and fair. I will continue buying their products. I will advise to any unhappy customers to reach out with their support service if they have any problems.
