I like shopping from SammyDress website because the clothes are so original and cool (different from the usual ones in store) and very well priced I must say. Postage is also reasonable and fast despatch

Well I ordered from Sammydress.com and I will not do it again. I know other friends have ordered with no problems but it seems in the last few months they can not keep up with their orders. I got 2 shirts I ordered and heard nothing about the other 2 for over a month. I wrote to them to ask and got no reply so I opened a dispute with Paypal. 2 days later I get a reply from them saying the company they get their supply from is back ordered. Today I got my money back. -$3 I should of gotten but at least I got some of my shipping cost back. Buyer beware of this company and use PayPal!

Also the 2 shirts I did get were crap. My daughters birthday was present was the ugliest shirt she has ever seen.

I placed an order 2/22/16 with wit expedited shipping and I am still waiting. It didn't get shipped until 3/3/16. Here it is 3/11/16 and I have no tracking number and I paid for a tracking number. My email states 3-10 days before arrival. But I paid for expedited shipping. Which I should have received it in 2 days after being shipped. Didn't know it would take this long. This site is a waste of time. No one to contact. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. So sad. That's my money wasted.

I ordered some watches on the 11th. The money was immediately taken from my account upon purchase. I chose to pay extra for 3 to 7 day shipping. I received a confirmation email of my purchase, but never received one for shipping details. 8 days went by. Nothing. Went to the website and my profile showed no orders. I opened an email ticket in which they day they reply in 24 hours. NO REPLY. I call. I get voicemail. No return call. 13 days later and nothing. I had to file a claim with my bank. Immediately refunded. DON'T USE THIS SITE

I was hoping i would be the one who got to write a great review but here i am. It seems this is the only way to get a reply from someone at sammydress. I tried 3 times to contact someone about my order and nothing, still waiting. I was overcharged in the beginning, there was an unexpected duty charger and then 2 of my items did not make it!

I am somewhat pleased with the items that came but all the hassel is really not worth it and makes me wonder weather i should have just listen to the reviews.
I just want a refund for the items they did not ship and for them to correct the amount they charged my account. That's all!
Sammydress needs to reconsider who they have working in their customer service departement cause they don't understand the saying "Within 24 hours".
Sad cause i LOVE the clothes! :(

Never again! I received the jacket I ordered and it was ripped / stitching unfinished. I sent a message and their customer service told me they could offer me 3.00 compensation for the inconvenience! Inconveniece, i can't wear the jacket and i'm not sewing it myself! No return help, they told me it would be a hassle for me. I am going to report this website if I don't receive a FULL refund. I might add that there is a reason why they give an option on their site to upload photos... so many complaints. Honestly, it's a terrible site. Very disappointed!

After about 4 weeks, I got 1 of 4 items ordered. It's now been six weeks since I ordered the 4 items and the 3 missing ones are nowhere in sight. Of course, my credit card got charged for the full amount the day after I ordered the items. Can't get through to SammyDress by phone. E-mails have gone unanswered. The 1 item I received is pretty but it's not worth the full amount of the order! I will not ever order from this company again.

I bought a skirt and a dress from SammyDress at the beginning of May and I received it near the end of May, I just have been to busy to review until now. The shipping does take kind of long, but I think it was well worth the wait! The shipping didn't bother me because it was coming from China to California, of course it would take a while. Despite being a long wait they arrived in perfect condition no rips or anything. And they were both super cute and fit me perfectly! Everyone asks me where I got them. I recommend SammyDress to everyone looking for clothes that are cute and good priced!

While I, as I am sure most of the women who purchase product from sammysdresses, was excited by the low, low
Low prices being charged. Bottom line everything is made and distributed in China. My suggestion is to be very careful about the materials used and the sizing. I ordered a few things in M, and a few in L. I tell you that this is a true story. My 8 year old niece was unable to fit into a crocheted top (L). If you like an item with long sleeves, first check the material it was made with. Anything even close to cotton is a winner. But forget about the polyester if it's not mixed with rayon or spandex. These clothes that are made in China are for teeny tiny women, not even for a 0-2 made in the USA.

On the other hand items like a shirt for $3.00 or around that amount, are too inexpensive to really be wearable. The products that are cotton, rayon, spandex, etc are great, and the price is still very low and is a good deal. Just remember to check it ALL out.

I am extremely disappointed with the Company. They are very irresponsive, they don't reply at all. They are just not ready or prepared to deal with ppl from another country. After the payment they said I will get my order at the end of the mth though I told them that my order was a birthday present. They are horrible ppl. I have bought online and I got my order within 3 days. I was expecting this from them and I was so wrong. I'm regretting for choosing this damn Company. I want my money back! I don't trust these Morons anymore! It's been four days already..

I am sorry to report that Sammydress took my money from PayPal and then informed me after several calls that the item was no longer available. They informed me that they would return the monies forthwith. They have not. Complied. This all took place just before Christmas. 2015. I have called often only to leave messages. That were unanswered. In other. Words, I have been robbed! Do not, do not let them rob you. DO NOT SHOP AT SAMMYDRESS.COM.

I ordered twice from this site on 02/28 and on 04/28 and both orders failed to ship me all of my items. I spent $150.00 and failed to receive 3 items. My first order with the company they did communicate that 1 dress I ordered was delayed and they would ship the other two items. After I received those two items, I was promised the 3rd item would be shipped when ready. I never heard anything after that and my emails/tickets were ignored. Stupidly, I gave them another chance and placed a second order on 04/28 ordering another 9 items and this time did not get any emails saying any items would be delayed or had issues, and once I received my order 2 items were just missing. I emailed them asking what was happening with my first order missing item and now with my second order the other 2 missing items. No responses to my emails. Now I am just annoyed and thankful that I never spent more money at this store and will never order from them again as I have zero trust in them.

I am a real person writing a real review for this company. I decided that I would start doing reviews for some of these companies that people claim are "scams". I couldn't understand how some had amazing experiences and others had horrifying experiences. From what I can see, you really need to do your research before ordering. Know that the items pictured are NOT the items being sent to you. They are a guide for the company to make a knock off. That being said, for $6, what do you expect? I ordered a distressed pink sweater for $6 and it looked exactly like the photo. I would have paid more for it at a store like Forever 21. (and that's about the quality of the clothing) The jewelry I ordered is exactly as pictured. Do not order the formal gowns as I ordered one for $12 and it looks more like a beach dress, which is fine, because I ended up loving it anyway. Again, what do you expect for $12?

Just to start of the worst experience ever, Tried using my American Express., Site kept bouncing back to PayPal. OK no problem. Insult is that they are requesting photos Credit card, Passport pictures, etc. First of all we as consumer are trusting that you are in good faith, Now I understand why your company by pass major credit cards. With in seven days I canceled this transaction with this company due to lack of customer service and fake Reviews. From Reading complaints and issues of quality I stand behind these complaints 100% ( *Note I am a Quality Control Tech here in NYC working for a women sportswear company and we do manufacture in Guangzhou China.) please stop selling defective merchandise, There are good people and factories out there)
