I'm a big fan of sammy dress. If the item ships within 3 business days then place your order. If it ships 5-15 then it's most likely not in stock. Im 5'3" 135 and one size to medium fits very well. My shoe size is 6.5 US. A size 40 fits perfect. I've placed multiple orders and i am satisfied with the products. I'd recommend ordering items out of season bc its cheap and you'll be ready for that season in advance. I've ordered many summer dresses and they came promptly. Overall the shipping depends on the product availability.
Ordered several things from them. One for Xmas which didn't arrive until several weeks AFTER Christmas. Delivery was between 1-2 months. Size was also an issue. See pics of blouses. Dress ordered L got XL Bathing suit ordered ran big too. To return, even if it is their fault like the blouses is to China on you. Buyer beware. There are basically no returns and the product fabric is low quality. Sad for me.
Well. 3 items ordered only one has arrived. Left it a few more days until the full expected delivery time had expired. Tried contacting via the 'post sales' methods advised. No response so used the live chat option. Advisor gave me an expected date for stock arrival which I guess I'll need to add another 20 days onto for delivery. Not very hopeful having read tons of reviews on this site. Of more concern to me is the fact that I've never had issues with my credit card, but 5 days after placing this order my credit card has been accessed twice. I'm not saying it had anything to do with this company, it's just a very unusual coincidence... Waiting and seeing.
I ordered from Sammy dress one evening and requested a refund the very next morning. I was lied to and told my order had ship. I was also given a fake tracking number. I should have read real reviews before I ordered, because they have done this to several people. Most haven't even received their order like me. I have started the dispute process against this scam.

There is nothing good to say about this company. Poor quality clothing, horrible customer service and deceptive business practices. What company doesn't send an invoice or packing slip with your order? They over charged me by $35 and refused to allow a return authorization. Thank goodness I used PayPal. Ordered my top March 3,2015- took 40 days to receive order. Good quality, nice styling but is very small for an XL. I would suggest if ordering from this company, remember that clothing runs small! Probably will order again.
I knew it was too good to be true. Showed up fresh from a sweat shop in China where inexperienced children are sewing crap materials that sorta not really not even closely resemble the pictures they used on the site... In a much more see thru fabric. Just annoying. Never again.

The prices and seemingly adorable products are such a draw. DO NOT BE FOOLED. After placing an order for two men's coats on 11/20/2014, and paying USD 23.00 extra for expedited shipping I never received my items. No, the items were not lost by a carrier, because the website shows (as of 12/15/2014) that the order still hasn't even processed. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and they have quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. My sister has ordered from them before, though she received her merchandise, it was not at all what she purchased. Cheaply made, and in Asian sizing (the small she purchased ended up fitting our 4 year old niece.) I cannot implore you to turn away from this seller enough. They offer no customer service via phone, send no response via e-mail.

Very poor quality products! Their sizes are all over the place - I ordered two medium size t-shirts, one fits across my chest but has very big baggy sleeves, the other is too tight across the chest and under my arms and they both only just reach my waist. See their automated response below regarding sizes - how can they say to check the size chart when two items that are supposed to be the same size are so different! The material is horrible with both myself and my girlfriend commenting that it reminded us of those old replica Football t-shirts. I'm not going to bother returning them as it's not worth the hassle for the price paid - I'll stick them in a clothes recycling bin and maybe someone else will get some use out of them - but I'll never order from them ever again. It's a shame because they have good designs and if their products were up to the standard of their designs I would have ordered a lot more.

Most of the products sold are generally affordable and of acceptable quality. However, each order takes about 3 working days to process, which needs vast improvement. Free shipping will take at least 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on which country you are residing. Overall customer service is satisfactory.
Great experience shopping with Sammy Dress. Items were at a very reasonable price and shipping was timely considering the distance. Customer Support answered questions within time period stated on their site. Clothing fits well and I am very happy with my purchases. Would shop there again for sure!
Love the prices but I ordered a pair of pants back in April it now July and still have not received my order I'm getting very irritated... This is exactly why I hesitant on buying anything online... Ugh!

I thought it was too good to be true, I was right. I ordered $200 (17) articles worth of Men's shirts, button up long sleeves and a few polos. I used their chart to help determine what size I would need. I even changed from M to L according to how each shirt said it would fit. When the shirts arrived, it was as if they were little boy sizes. None of the shirts fit, and their website says NO RETURN POLICY. Besides them not fitting, they didn't look anything remotely close to the elegant photos of the product. I feel deceived, since the lady was so helpful in my purchase, yet vanished when I tried to get in touch with them to send these Barbie type thin cloth material back. Gave them to my little cousins, and all I can do now is write this post. The saying still holds true, you pay for what you get. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money in a local store or a reputable online store. Should have done my research, lesson learned.

I love shopping with Sammy Dress because they have great prices! I've never had a problem. It's important to be aware of shipping times and follow their sizing chart - but as long as you do that you'll get exactly what you want! I shopped with them for my Christmas party dress and it turned out stunning. It's a budget friendly way to spice up your wardrobe. :)
I seriously love shopping at Sammy dress because of its cute items, and also great prices. I have never had any bad experiences with their customer service, or about item inquiries. Every package I received was wrapped beautifully, and packaged with care. Nothing has broken on me and it pleases me so much. I really do 100% recommend the site to anyone looking for great deals and adorable clothing.
I made a big order to start an online boutique. First off, I spent well over $600 in items. The quality clothing is very poor and cut extremely small. The items I received were nowhere near close to the pictures advertised. Some items were defective with paint missing off of the letters of a few shirts. I immediately contacted Victoria who urged me to send everything back and guaranteed me a refund. This was over 60 days ago and I still have not received a refund at all. I am now emailing Victoria everyday begging for my money which now she claims she doesn't owe me. Total rip off. What's worse is I paid shipping both ways which was pretty expensive since they are located in China. Please do your research and invest in quality items, not these items that looked like a six year old made.

I ordered 6 items half the order showed up about a month later, still waiting on the rest. It was like someone forgot to finish the gray "sweater", that's basically made of T-shirt material. Long story short, never order from them! You think you're getting a deal but you're not!

Purchased over $100 in clothing from them. Paid with PayPal. Took forever to receive. Everything I got was cheaply made and way smaller than their sizing charts! Sent items back to China through USPS which can't give you a tracking number for China. They gave a customs number only. Paypal won't refund money due to no tracking and Sammy Dress hasn't sent refund either. So basically lost money and cheap clothing. So all I can do is warn others. Don't buy from this scam company! They will rip you off one way or another. Shipping costs were also outrageous. RUN!
