Sammy Dress

I ordered from the store only once for now, but overall I am satisfied with the experience.
The prices are very cheap and you have to remember that you get what you pay for. The Chinese sizes are smaller so always check the measurement before you buy any clothing! (and be prepared that it might not fit anyway)
Besides that, this site is also great for belts, bags, beauty supplies, anything that is unrelated to size.
Their service is nice, a few items were out of stock but they offered alternatives/refunds, and replied to my questions quickly.
The shipping took a while, as always with seller from China, so I understand.

I ordered some jewelry using China post. I waited two months before contacting customer service, informing them I had not received my package. They got back to me promptly but our exchange basically ended with "wait a few days" and it's been nearly 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from them. I have ordered often from other retail sites based in China and had relatively no problems, no matter how much or how little I ordered. The one time I did not receive a package, I simply contacted this other company and after they looked into it for a week, promptly sent me a new package (which I got). I don't know why this company is sending me in circles. What use is prompt response time when they don't actively address my situation. Never ordering from this site again, and encouraging my friends and all of you to shop elsewhere. There are many other better priced, more reliable sites. Don't risk it!

Ordered 2 items on 24/10/15. Finally got refund on 26/01/16 ( via Paypal) as items had not arrived.
Terrible customer service, who make numerous excuses and even try to blame delays on the fact it is winter.

I bought several products from which I am very happy, fast shipping, variety of goods, price per day, purchased cap is worth the money spent, good fabric, well finished, I recommend the shop, convenient payment methods

This was my second time ordering from Sammy Dress. Their prices are extremely affordable, the reviews are very helpful, and overall, incredibly happy with the two dresses I bought. They were great quality and arrived quickly.

By far Sammy dress is my favorite online store to shop at. It's great for many sizes especially for petite women as myself. They are so affordable and the customer service is great! Will be shopping there again in the near future.

I love Sammy Dress! As long as you order one size larger than you think you'll need, everything fits fairly well because their sizes run very small. Their clothes are extremely cheap, but I am always pleased with the quality when the items arrive. I have ordered from Sammy Dress multiple times now, and will probably do it again in the future! :)

Ordered my purchase about a month ago and the website said it will be here in a week or 2. Still haven't gotten anything. I've tried to call the number listed and it just says it's busy. Don't order from this site.

All the items I ordered were as described and they fit me perfectly. Their customer support is amazing and they really want to help you out if you have any questions or problems. I will definitely keep on ordering from them. Highly recommended site! I love it!

The low prices are awe inspiring. I just can't get over how affordable the items on Sammy Dress are. Needless to say, even my extended family will be enjoying christmas gifts from me this year now that I have found this site!

The items I have purchased is exactly what I wanted. The items are very fashionable for a great price. They are not up to quality but its better than many other cheap/fashionable clothing I've purchased online. It does talk a little longer to arrive, but they tell you that before purchase. Mine came in right on time. It looks good and I would definitely do business with them again.

Took over two months to finally receive package, despite leaving messages none were ever reciprocated. Clothing were send from China in small petite size whereas I ordered medium, quality of fabric cheap and sloppy.
Do not have the energy nor time in processing a refund.

I have generally positive experiences with Sammy Dress. I was initially worried about it, but it has definitely became one of my main shopping sites. The customer service does their best to help out whenever I need it. They also provide assistance with specific clothing and etc. They have cute clothes that are properly made, for a very low price! This makes me and my bank account extremely happy! The only downside is the shipping costs. However, Sammy Dress definitely makes me happy when the orders come in! Oh, they also have free shipping on jewelry generally, which is great too!

Sammy Dress is a fantastic website to do some online shopping. Not only does it provide a lot of variety, but the items they offer are very inexpensive. Which is amazing considering the level of quality you get. I was a first time shopper and the items that I received looked very much like I expected them to and fit really well. However, there was an item missing from the package I received. I contacted their online support center and the person that responded to me was very friendly and helpful and the missing item was shipped out right away. It should be noted that shipping does take some time, but the wait in my opinion, is completely worth it. Overall, my experience with Sammy Dress has been a positive one, and I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for affordable fashion!

Seriously, placed an order three months ago. Three. No tracking number provided, no refund, no empathy, nothing from this company. What a joke. I figured the items were probably coming from a different country, but this is ridiculous. I have sent letters & packages overseas to family members that are serving. They did NOT take this long to get there. Jack wagons.

Do i really need to repeat the same stuff everyone has already said? They lie, cheat, and steal. The clothing quality is like that of a cheap halloween costume. Of course i only got half my order even though i paid for an entire order and expedited shipping for the whole thing. No refunds when they screw you over so if you like throwing money away go for it!
Update: I opened a complaint with paypal and did get a refund for the items I never received. I'm glad to be done with this site.

Other than paying for a tracking number that doesn't work... It items arrived in just 2 weeks, in great condition and better quality than expected! With Great Prices and Kind Customer Care Service, there's no doubt in mind why i keep on coming back! <3 xD

I ordered a handbag on Oct 6,2013 and almost 3 months! The item has not arrived. After several inquiry through their site and twice my 70 year old mom went to post office to check (they said to check, so she did, and it was for my mom's birthday)...
How far is China from Singapore? I'm not asking a question. I know how far it is... Does it take 3 months to get the item shipped?

It's simply ridiculous. A few times I logged into the site and saw the same handbag available "item ship within 24 hours". If the item is out of stock say so and let us know when approximately it will arrive.

I want a refund. How Paypal even let you use them to make transaction is beyond me after all these complaints...

I have made several orders with Sammy Dress, they do not come in order but that's ok, it depends on where it's coming from. I made a mistake once and ordered something I already ordered, they cancelled my order and gave me my money back. Just make sure that you look at the size chart everything has a different size. Go shopping so much fun!

I only Received half my order and it was all wrong. I talked with customer service on the phone 3 times yesterday when i finally got through to them. And each person had a different excuse. They refused a refund on items i haven't received and to be honest. None of them spoke English very well... this place will take your money, send you crap and put more charges on your charge than you ordered. They are based out of Malaysia. Over seas scam!... and the order took nearly a month to get to me also!

I ordered 9 items totalling $132 which was cheap. It took them more than a month to process the order. Then I received the order, two out of nine were missing. Also all clothes are made of very cheap material and poor quality. Do not recommend.

I'm satisfied with the order I made: quality is much better then I expected, clothes and accessories I got look really good and just like the pictures on the site. My order was shipped in two parts. The only problem I had was sizes but they put measurements too, I'd also recommend reading member reviews when picking the size. Will definitely buy from them again.

I order on Feb 12,2015. We are now in march. I still haven't got my things 4 outfits. I've emailed several emails and several calls. I haven't got any return emails. When you call the customer service number it hangs up. People work to hard there money for this type of bull crap! Will be reporting in filing a complaint with the B. B. B
