I am satisfied with Sammy Dress. The clothes are of good quality for little money. My last order has arrived in 18 days, I think it's average. The customer support center is very good, they are kind and replied me fast when I have questions.

It was a great choice to order from Sammy Dress. Their prices are incredible and the item is just like the picture. I really hope the prices stay this low. The delivery services were wonderful. I can rely on them for all my shopping needs.

Yes, it does take a long time to receive your order since it is shipped from overseas. I'm very impatient and emailed customer support several times. They replied every time and told me my items would be there. They did arrive and I love them.

I ordered a dress 12/7/15 for my niece's senior snow daze dance. It was the dress of her dreams she said. We have written many emails wondering of the status of the order with written responses back being very vague. I get the dress is cheaper but when a business has no problem taking your money immediately and doesn't have the respect or dignity to answer their phone or respond with with more than a blanket statement email... I've had enough.

My poor niece now has to go shopping and buy a new dress. The dance is this Saturday! So upset with this "business"!

After submitting my negative review, they've contacted me first to send photo of damaged items so they might send back a refund which I highly refused cause I've used them already.
Then they've offered a commercial gesture of 40 USD compensation which is a good customers satisfaction service.
I really appreciate this attitude.

Live chat is horrible no one will help you. They wont even answer. For my advice never work with seller called JASON or DORIS from this website. I made my payment they wont process it. They wont answer question about previous order which i have not received until now. Even simple question like are these item available in stock wont get any replay.
What kind of bad service is this for customers?

Saw on Facebook, placed an order, was given false tracking number and info. Never received my order! No way to contact by phone and no one responds to email method! Don't do it! Should get zero stars! Reporting this company!

I have placed quite a few orders from this place. Their men clothing have very good selection. Great styles. Plus wonderful price to go with it. The cut and details on some of clothing, if you buy at your local stores, it would cost you dearly. You cannot go wrong with this place. Just make sure you know your measurement and check to size before you place orders.

Once in a while there are items that not quite measure up to their standard. The customer support are first class and always give me what was I asked before. Highly recommend.

I bought a pocket watch and they asked if I wanted to pay for tracking so I did. When I entered the tracking number it said somewhere in kentucky and hasn't been shipped yet. But the website says Ohio but that was almost a week ago and it still hasn't moved. I tried getting through to customer service but no response. I needed the watch and now they've ruined every thing I will NEVER buy from them again. I've ordered stuff from China off eBay all the time and it never took this long. I'm at a loss for what to do. But I know you should Never purchase from this company

I wear "S"mall in US, but their S was extremely small, even smaller than XS in US.

Plus when I tried for refund or exchange, the stupid customer guy is telling me to "sell" them to someone... What am I, a salesman for you guys?

They sent the wrong item. No paperwork. Refuse to give me a refund. Stuck for $60.00. No getting in touch with them; they are out of China! VERY UNHAPPY! I DO NOT recommend making a purchase with this disreputable company.

I have paid for my items off this site and im still waiting, yet nothing. I have tried to get in touch with no joy! I don't see or believe that the comments left by others (probably employees of sammy dress) can be all so positive. I feel I have been ripped off.

First off- Be smart- if you notice there are a lot of 5 star ratings, notice how they all happen on the exact same day with pic of random items, often with poor English. They are paying people to give good reviews. I wish I would have done my homework, I should know better that it was too good to be true.
I did fall victim to this scam of a site- too small, too long of a wait, nothing looked like the picture. Ended up giving a shirt to a middle school student, it didn't last through second washing. My big question is, where are these photos of clothes coming from? So many of them are so cute, I'd pay more to know that I was getting them from a reputable site!

I purchased 5 shirts. It took forever for the shirts to be delivered and they all looked like they were made by middle school kids. This stitching is coming out of every shirt and there were no tags. Horrible product.

I can't believe so many positive reviews here. My order came almost a month later which was fine but it didn't even fit my wife. It was for me. I measured everything the way they said on their website. I tried to get it exchange for the bigger size but received NO respond from customer service. I hate writing negative but be warned. Order at your own risk. If you get the wrong size, you'll never hear from them again.

I ordered from Sammy Dress last month with no problems! My three quarter sleeve V-neck cardigan came right on time as promised by the shipping. You definitely get what you pay for. The material is not as soft as I expected, but it's fine. The sleeves are a little tight around my forearms, but other than that, the fit is good. I am usually a US small/medium in women's shirt sizes. I prefer to wear it with the buttons in the back. It's a cute, simple shirt that will go nicely with a lot of outfits!

Cheap clothes, Cheaply made, with more than 40 days wait time for delivery. Its not worth the $5 they lure us in with. Save yourself the stress and headaches of dealing with Sammy Dress. Can not believe Yahoo still allows them to advertise on their website, shame on them.

I ordered two bathing suits and neither of them fit me. I would like a refund but number is always busy and they wont reply to my tickets. It took almost a month for one bathing suit, other one is still missing. Worst website, dont buy anything from here.

I bought a super cute long necklace recently and i was really surprised with the quality i thought that it would be super light but its not.and i already placed another order for more jewelry so now i'm just waiting for them to arrive. Super excited! Love this site

Never again will I spend my money here... finally got through to a service rep... they were rude and could tell me nothing. Stay away from these people. They r rude. Take your money. And send you nothing... I'm reporting every where if I don't get my stuff or money in the next 3 days! Paid for rush shipping! Don't waste your time it's a joke!

As long as you read reviews, read the product description, and choose your size accurately (all things a good shopper does anyways!) you can find some really great, cute, and cheap clothes! I've gotten a lot of compliments on the shirts i've purchased. Fast, good customer service - they're willing to work with you if you have an issue with your order. Interesting home items and accessories, too! Shipping takes a while, but that's expected from an Asian wholesale retailer to the US
