I received an empty package with no fragrance in it. And the website has NO link to cancel your subscription. I emailed support and never got a response. Nor was I reimbursed. Service was garbage, and customer support is non-existent. I DO NOT recommend using Scentbird.
I love everything about this company. Great scents for great prices. You get the chance to smell great and options to let your friends in on free scents with you. For sure a outstanding company. They ship fast so you never really go without. And the packaging is always so durable. I like have a variety of scents on hand because each day is a new one

Being able to try designer fragrances that I wouldn't go splurge for every month is a game changer. I have learned about new fragrances that I ever would have otherwise and really broadened the type of scents that I will wear also. It's simple and a no brainer!
The cute cases are very nice, I have six different colors which makes it easy to tell my fragrances apart at a glance and the colors are fun!
I also recently tried their lip balm. Also top quality. Try it out, you'll definitely love it.

It takes to long to process then ship, my payment goes in on the payment day then the package arrives 10 days later! I wish they would be more proactive or have a lock in feature a week before payment so that the process could get done faster or something of the sort. The little bottles for the subscription doesnt last doesnt last long enough for when the next bottle/bottles to come in.

They take forever to ship your order, waiting about days for my little scent, plus they charge $10 to subscribe then another $10 for your order plus shipping and handling.

The processing of the items takes an entire month, so by the time it gets to you, it's time to decide on something else. Also, offering a "skip this month" feature would help out a lot. The cologne only lasts about 3 weeks if you do 2 sprays a day, so that should give you an idea of how much is in the bottles. Overall, wouldn't recommend to someone.

Our vials have been trialed to last for 120-140 sprays, which should be enough for at least 4 sprays per day for 30 days. But, I'll definitely pass your feedback on to the rest of the team team. Kindly note that recurring subscribers can expect their package to leave our fulfillment center 10 business days after billing on the 5th of each month (please add shipping time from here). I would never recommend this company due to it's lack of customer service. I emailed them to stop my subscription and not to send me anymore perfume, they answered and acknowledged that but a month later, I got notice that my shipment was on it's way and they charged my PayPal. They are sending me a deletion that I don't know because I never selected anything. There is no phone number and they do not answer any email that I have been sending to support.

It is a great way to explore different companies before you decide to spend on full size products. They have a large collection of products to choose from. Overall their system to recommend products to you is spot on you will be able to find something that you are sure to enjoy.

Love love love the selection of niche and designer perfume. You can really explore a lot of higher end perfumes without paying exorbitant prices. I also love being able to manage via an app. The ONLY thing I would change is the inability to exchange perfume if you don't like it.

I select products, they send an entirely different product that smells horrible and honestly had me worried it would not wash off. The next month they charge me double and send me a vile of knock off product. If you have ever bought fragrance from a swap meet or a liquor store you would recognize the smell of a bootleg product like they sent me. The multi stage cancelation process that takes several days tells me they don't make there money off the quality of the product they provide. If you know anyone in the fragrance industry point them at these fruadsters. LOL

First off customer service was great. My order was sent to an old address and they sent it out again to my new address. Fast forward to end of January, I received an order but the site is still saying processing. Unfortunately, I dropped my purse and it shattered so I want be mad if that "processing" order ships again. Just saying. They send orders at the end of the month and it took weeks to receive my first order

I have been a customer with Scentbird for years. They sent me a defective product this month. I have written into support 3 times now (no customer service ph #) and I am told that they cannot find my account, then they ignore me. They ripped me off and will not resolve the issue. Do not use this service, they are crooks.

Since using your collection of scents, I have found a new sense of confidence. The aroma that the colognes give off is great and I have had many compliments on them. The scents lasts for hours and even into the next day. I recommend scent bird to anyone.

I've used Scentbird for over 3 years now, but I think I'm going to probably cancel. I do the two vial subscription and both vials usually each last a month. They have great scents, but there are always shipping issues. Even years prior to Covid-19. They charge me at the same time each month and then because of "shipping delays" I receive my cologne a month later. This happens almost every month. By the time I receive my cologne I'm being charged again for the next month.

Signed up in September 2020 and receive 3 perfumes a month. Excellent service only had one purfume that was not what I expected and did not like. Have had quite a few perfume choices become unavailable which was a little bit disappointing. But overall a very good experience and have found some new perfume favorites to add to my collection.

I have been trying for the past hour to get ahold of customer support in order to figure out why i was charged $47 out of the blue. There are phone numbers posted online that are supposedly their customer support, but when you call it says the number is not in service. I literally just want to cancel my subscription and I am completely dumbfounded with how difficult it is.

I started using this company a little over 3 months ago and let me tell you it has been an amazing experience to me.The website is so easy to use and the best part about them is that they break down every bottle on their site, tell you the ingredients and the notes and if it is a date kind of sent or a warm & cozy scent. They truly thought of everything putting this site together and you pick what scent you want for what month and if you want a guy scent for one month then that's OK too. I love that and customer service is absolutely great. I love how you can put in your own review of how you liked the scent to help others see if that is the scent for them. Never had any Credit card issues or shipping issues. I truly love scent bird and the best part the scent last all month long great value for the price :)
