While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.

It happen to me that I have to contstantly refresh the page because tickets weren't able anymore becuase people already purchased them, the website was really slow at updating ticket availablity which end up on a frustrating shooping experience.
Quick and easy... great seats! (That's all you really need to know. I'm typing more in to satisfy the survey's requirement, which is pretty silly, isn't it?)
The tickets I wanted eventually came down in price, and my purchase with SeatGeek was easy. Make sure you check back every so often as people will add more tickets daily.
SeatGeek is easy to use, gives views from the seats, provides map of section including rows, prices include all fees, no hidden costs. Used it for a few years now, usually has lowest prices.
Excellent deal on day of show! Fairly low fee price and great seats! Easy to receive from email. There is really nothing more I can say! Great experience.

No insurance option. Price drop days before event with no reimbursement. I called and spoke to "Pol" regarding the issue and he gave me a bogus phone number for "someone" who could "help". Whatever.
Navigating the website and app is super easy and consistently has outperformed other secondary market providers. Will be using SeatGeek exclusively from here on out
Experience was great and received prompt email and tickets shortly after payment. I have since done another transaction, fees seem fair compared to other outlets.

My experience with SeatGeek it terrible, we purchased very expansive tickets for US OPEN 2021 Men and Women finale before immunization requirements and we wrote SeatGeek immediately to have refund because our kid isn't vaccinated but they never respond or anything, such a shame of company like this… off course there is no phone to call. Do not buy through them any tickets…Even we wrote email to one of the founders and also he ignored us as well… Viktor Cakaric
Purchased tickets & received as promised. Delay in receiving caused some apprehension, but tickets were guaranteed to arrive before event and they did.

Got my tickets quickly without a problem. Prices were good compared to others. We enjoyed the fight immensely and would recommend catching a professional live fight if you have not done so.
Crazy how much they charge you in fees. $27 per ticket. Not impressed. It's not like my tickets had to be mailed to me, I got them immediately, no postage required.
I had the pleasure of e-tickets this time around and they were so worth it. Being able to scan into the stadium using only your phone is extremely pleasant and convenient.

Weather should make it possible to filter on rows though, and be more precise with were on each row the seats are located.
Dont see why I would ever go anywhere else. Being able to see value based on seat color is a cool feature. The stadium detail is amazing too. Highly recommend.

Pretty sure this app buys tickets and resells them at a premium. Awe well, nothing the be done about it until the industry becomes better regulated. Cant fight the current.
Recommended I sell my useless tickets that where for a non existent event anymore. Support is awful and took 45 mins to tell me there's no option for a refund

When games are relocated, we have to wait for an official announcement from the team regarding how tickets will be re-issued or honored for future games before we can process refunds for the game. As soon as the Marlins and Brewers make their announcement of how fans in Miami can refund or exchange tickets for this series, we'll be able to move forward with refunds, etc. as well.

Apologies for the initial confusion with the ticketing process! Seems that you were purchasing tickets for a pretty popular event. We're an online marketplace, so tons of orders go through at the same time. As a marketplace, we rely on sellers for certain inventory. Sellers get tons of orders throughout the day and it does take sometime for their inventory to update via the site. If an order went through earlier than yours, this could've been why the tickets weren't available. Truly sorry for any confusion there.
