While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.

Bought tickets for myself and two friends to a gator football game and it was easy to get the tickets and the seat were priced great and the seats were worth every penny!

Process was not smooth, tried several times to buy tickets together, confirmation was declined several times. Eventually bought 1 and 4 tickets separately.
I bought a parking pass for $118 I believe, when I got to the venue the same tickets were $45... for the exact same parking lot. Not sure why I had to pay double!

SCAMMMM! Website malfunctioned and charged me $70 more in fees than was stated in the checkout payment authorization page. After HOURS with the chat support and uploading pictures of the page actively showing the glitched dollar amount, they refused to refund me or even reduce the fees to the amount the website stated it would charge. They took zero responsibility and only offered the solution of telling me to "resell my tickets" instead of handling the overpricing by refund. Worst Customer Service in history. They will not refund under any circumstances. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I hate adding more apps to my phone to try and figure how to use one more thing! When I went to buy my tickets, it was easy to use and very convenient!

Look I get it you got the contract but a captive audience where the seller pays you a commission and you charge a 25-30% is lame for both the seller and the buyer

I can understand the frustration with fees! Unfortunately we need fees in order to stay in business, those go to maintain and update our platform and pay the team who works here at SeatGeek.
What I can say though is we try to make sure our fees are low and competitive, in fact, we offer price matching so if you can find the same tickets cheaper elsewhere we will give you a promo for 110% of the difference!

Its very easy to buy tickets with seatgeek. From the actual purchasing, to the receiving the tickets electronically to scanning the ticket directly from the phone. Simple and easy!
I bought tickets that were not labeled obstructed view. Once I bought the tickets it said it was obstructed view. I reached out to seatgeek and they never responded to me.

To recap: We can see that your order did have an obstructed view noted by the seller. This note would have displayed at ticket selection, at checkout, and should still be visible when you view your order in your past history. We've also just checked our records of your checkout process and can confirm that this note displayed as expected.
We definitely understand how disappointing it is to receive tickets that are not what you were expecting, but in this case, the seller did note the obstructed view on the listing and we do not have any basis to pursue a refund with them. That doesn't mean you're out of luck, though! The best way for you to recoup your money if you no longer want those tickets is simply to resell them. Process was fine but the fee per ticket was ridiculous. Ticket price shown with offer was deceptive when the fee per ticket is $200 and is not disclosed from the beginning.

SeatGeek is a secondary ticket market. So we connect buyers such as yourself with sellers. Those sellers are allowed to set their pricing however they wish. That means the price they set will vary depending on what they believe people will pay. In some cases the box office or venue still has tickets, which is why parking at the event was the base price of $45.
