While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.

My order was processed twice. There is no easily accessible number to call with questions, and my card was double charged for the same tickets.

Been using SeatGeek for 3 years and never had issues. Sharing the tickets via mobile is great. First place I go to look for tickets.
Went well until I was forced to type in this description at 50 characters which almost lead me to move from 5 stars to 1.
No problems got the tickets with on click of the mouse. At a great price too! I would use this service again in a heartbeat.
The process was easy and was very fast service. Bought several parking passes for friends meeting us at the Dallas Cowboy game. Will use again.
It needs to be made clear when tickets are sold in USD. Surprises on credit card statements are not fun! Will shop elsewhere in future
SEAK GEEK IS A HORRIBLE SCAM! Stay as far as possible from these scamming scalpers! That is all they are, scalpers. When you buy from them if your tickets are fake, no good, wrong venue from a glitch in their computer, they don't care, because all they do is take tickets from anyone selling them and if it goes wrong, it was the person they were selling tickets for fault and there is not a thing you can do about it. I have to say I can't stop crying because I lost 259 dollars from this fraudulent company. I bought a pair and it was left at my door but it was STOLEN! I set up a FedEx claim and instead of going through that thy Sent me another pair. FINE! I said thank you! Then my STUPID brother in law stayed over my house for a week and I guess called himself cleaning and he THREW AWAY THE FED EX ENVELOPE WITH MY TICKETS IN THEM! I cried and cried just ANGRY! So I called seat geek and FIRST told them to VOID the second pair of tickets and then pled with them that they give me another pair of tickets or to refund my money. And they SAID NO! In fact they said to CONTACT THE PERSON THAT HAS MY TICKETS AND ASK FOR THEM BACK! SERIOUSLY?! If I knew who had my tickets why would I be contacting you?!? Going back and forth again crying and pleading they said there was nothing they could do! I'm hurt and didn't get to see the concert and lost my money! All because they SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER!

In this situation, the tickets had been re-issued once for the lost package, but unfortunately the box office refused to re-issue the tickets the second time when they'd been thrown away. Very poor customer service experience. They make it so difficult to resell your tickets. Slow to respond customer support. Clearly under staffed.

There's no bad seating at the Smoothie King center... the price I paid for my last minute ticket was certainly worth it. I had a GREAT time!

I am sorry to hear of the confusion with the transfer process. MLB has started requiring the usage of their MLB Ballpark app as of this season, which is why these tickets are needing to be fulfilled in this way.
