While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
Purchasing our tickets went very smoothly. Very quick and clear. Was easy to go paperless with phone. Photos of seat views are somewhat helpful.
It was very easy to use on my phone. Made for a quick entry to the even. Did not have worry about forgetting tickets.
Quick and cheap. No issues at the stadium with tickets. They provide a receipt and records just in case there is an outstanding issue.
Dealing with Fanxchange is a nightmare. I bought bad tickets and they will not refund any money. It makes me not want to use seat geek in the future.
My experiences with seat geek have been limited, but Im happy so far. If all remains consistent, I will be happy to give five stars after more usage.
My only gripe is that my tickets were not available in the email link. I had to call and get them resent from. Operator.

Seat geek is a great way to get great seats, Ive used this site before and always found what I was looking for!
Site is intuitive and easy to use but fees came in at 33+% of the ticket price, that seems pretty steep to me.

Thank you for taking the time to write in. Fees are the worst part of buying tickets, there's no denying it. We try to keep our fees to no more than 20% whenever possible, but there are factors that can cause fees to end up higher. We use the fees we get to improve our platform, maintain our marketplace, employ our customer service team, and such.
While fees are always going to be necessary, we do try to make sure our prices are the best out there. That's why we offer a price match. If you find the tickets cheaper on another secondary marketplace, we will give you a promo code for 110% of the difference!

Prices were second to none. Fees are much less than competition. Tickets were on my phone in a matter of seconds after payment.
Sold me fraudulent tickets. Ruined my kids first baseball game experience. Buy your tickets from a trustworthy source. This is most definitely it.

It's super rare that tickets purchased from SeatGeek don't work, and we obviously take it very seriously when that's the case! We looked into the order number you referenced, and see that some of our agents were able to work with you, and refund this order at 120% of the purchase price. Whenever we can, if we hear from folks at the event, we do our best to source replacement tickets when something like this (rarely) occurs, but failing that, we definitely refund the order at 120%.
Again, we know it's totally unacceptable when there's an issue with the tickets at the gate, but we're really glad we were able to take care of and compensate you for this issue.
