While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
Every ticket you buy tells you printing required on the tickets page, even when they are e-tickets. Ive printed multiple e-tickets unnecessarily because I worry that they will not work if I do not. Also all of the promo codes I have entered for some reason do not work on my purchases, even on eligible for promo code tickets

Seatgeek is horrible. They just buy your tickets from Ticketmaster and then block you from re-selling the tickets on both sites.
Customer service lies. Total scam. Never buy from them. Just buy directly from Ticketmaster or box office.
Tip for consumers:
Buy directly from Ticketmaster

I like the straightforward process of buying tickets on SeatGeek. The ease of finding the seat that you want. Also the ability to resell your tickets if needed. I also find the prices fairly reasonable. I'm a fan!

Most of the time a great deal can be had, but this time it wasn't. We tried to get an additional ticket, and luckily none were available. I made an online purchase for the same single ticket for $16 less the morning of the event.

Purchasing ticket was fine but Heinz Field isnt set up to take E tickets very well. Long line to get in anyway then sent to a separate (and long) line to scan my phone. Tortuous! If I had known I would have printed my ticket.

Made my ticket purchase with ease and was a quick process. The site is user friendly and secure. I feel comfortable knowing that I have the ability to purchase event tickets and know that my information is safe.

I went to buy 4 tickets from this website and it gave me an error code saying i couldn't purchase the tickets because someone already bought them. I bought another set of tickets since I couldn't get the ones i originally wanted only to find out that the first order went through even though it gave me an error message. I have tried to contact them but haven't received a response.

Frustrating experience with SeatGeak. Ordered in late December for an event in February. Had to call them the night before the event (Monster Jam) and ask for the tickets to be delivered. The customer service person said he would call the broker and have them sent that night... nothing came that night. Next morning called again and again was told the broker would send them shortly... nothing came. I bought tickets from Ticketmaster instead and received electronic delivery right away. I wrote an email to SeatGeak requesting a refund and at that point the SeatGeak tickets were finally made available (although too late for me to actually print them out and use them).

I paid $107 on line for a F'ing parking spot at the US open. SpotHero gave me directions to go to a nearby location to pick up a parking pass. That location was blocked off by traffic cops. The called and told me to pick up the pass but wouldn't give me an alternate location. No cancellations no credit no way to even contact them. These guys are thieves

Great Site! Cheaper prices then stubhub! PLEASE USE! All tickets easy to find and it compares the prices on many different reliable websites! They don't sell tickets, like someone earlier mentioned they are like a KAYAK for tickets.
Use this site when looking for tickets!

Ticketmaster showed they were no longer selling tickets online, yet seats were available. Seat Geek was next option. Since it appeared Seat Geek was the only way to get tickets, I bought tickets for the 3 shows. The tickets including fees, were almost DOUBLE the Ticketmaster ticket price (before fees).
The shows were great, but not sold out!

Hi Jan,
It's awesome to hear that you had a great time at the shows, always great to hear people experiencing a good time at live events!
We can't speak to Ticketmaster and if tickets are or are not still available on their site, as we don't have access to their software. Sorry to hear you were looking for box office tickets and they appeared sold out. Happy you used our platform. We are a secondary ticket master meaning we pair buyers such as yourself with sellers. Those sellers do have freedom to set prices, which are often higher then what the box office price is.
That said we want you to have a good experience with our platform and will continue to strive to improve it for customers!
I purchased event tickets March 9,2020. It is now over 2 years since the date of purchase and my tickets have yet to be honored or refunded. The event I purchased the tickets for has now been rescheduled and seatgeek still refuses to honor the tickets that originally purchased or issue a full refund. This is theft of service and is an act of malice. I spoke with customer service on numerous occasions about this matter and I am continuously provided false information in an attempt to get me off of the phone. This has been a nightmare and I would never suggest or recommend anyone to use seatgeek to purchase tickets for any event.
Tip for consumers:
You will be scammed and robbed

After our event was canceled by the organization hosting it because they had a mass outbreak of covid the company refused to refund our money. I've never argued so hard for a company to do thr right thing. They obviously don't back their customers.

Worst experience selling my tickets. No customer service phone number listed on website. Had to google service for one. Then called customer service put on hold to await response from rep. They sold tickets that I delisted after the original date was canceled when the game was re-scheduled yesterday they automatically relisted the tickets with out my approval. Going back to Stubhub. Flyers never should of changed to Seat Geek from Stubhub. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I purchased tickets to the warrior vs grizzlies game for my sons birthday. I realized within an hour that we had my other sons graduation on the same day. I called and asked for a refund. Denied. I also asked for the tickets immediately where I could resell. Denied. I was told to call uber seats. They have also denied me. I will receive the tickets to sell two days before the game and now I log on today and it says the day before the game. This company is horrible. How am I suppose to sell tickets one day before the game! I will never purchase from this company again

The tickets listed on the SeatGeek app were cross listed from from Ticketnetwork. The tickets were supposed to electronically transfer once the order was confirmed. I did not receive any notification and after three days (the morning of the event) I finally called and inquired about the status of the transfer. They were quick to take my money for World Series tickets, but extremely slow to complete the transfer. I would highly recommend SeatGeek, but be careful when you see cross listed tickets.

Do not use this ticket platform! I bought a ticket for a concert that ended up getting rescheduled (which I did not know) and Seat Geeks website did not have the new date and will not give me a refund!

I use seat geek when there's a show I want to see but not sure if I can make it happen. If it works out I go to seat geek the day before to explore my options. I usually get great seats st a great price.

Our experience at AT&T Stadium could not have been easier! From parking to ticketing, Seat Geek handles everything seemlessly. We didn't waste a mi Ute worrying about parking or our seats - just focused on the game!

Ordered tickets for my son and friends for spring training. I was sent tickets for the wrong date, called then the promised to send the tickets I spent $180 they didn't send the correct ones and never received the refund! Scammers use Stub Hub they are legit

Holly, we're so grateful for this feedback and we sincerely apologize that this was your experience. Having checked in with your vendor, UberSeat, it looks like they have refunded your order total. We'd love another chance to make this right. We'll be reaching out to you via email with next steps.
I ordered tickets to be at the SRO section in section 104. I got Row N instead. I paid extra for these specific seats and did not get what I ordered. I'm still going to the game but I'm still not happy.
Date of experience: September 24, 2017
Hi there Cassandra, thanks for reaching out! It looks like the vendor supplied you with tickets in Row N as an upgrade, rather than Row O. We typically allow sellers to do this assuming their tickets are comparable to the initial set (but better), but we understand that's not always ideal!
In order to get this taken care of, we recommend reaching out to FanXchange directly so they can double check on that for you! They can be reached via phone at 1-866-970-3269 or via email to support@fanXchange.com

I purchase tickets through Uberseat via SeatGeek for a concert at Merriweather post. They seemed a great deal, but hey, sometimes you can get lucky. They were e-tickets, for which they say they will be delivered at least a day or two before the event - which had me worried. So I followed up with them and they assured me that I would get them ahead of the event. I also wanted them to confirm that I was in the proper section - they had mapped the seats to GA - floor (next to stage), but there was also a GA - lawn section much further away. The first response i received was only "they are GA". I asked a second time and they finally admitted they were GA lawn. They had listed 90 tickets as GA - floor... whoops. Thankfully I had followed up early.
They were responsive, but their compensation for my trouble was pathetic. Either they are incompetent enough that they cannot list things accurately, or they are willfully baiting and switching. Avoid this service.
Date of experience: June 13, 2015
Hi Nick,
Thanks for the detailed feedback. The good news is that we were definitely not willfully baiting and switching.
The bad news is that occasionally our system doesn't recognize sections correctly and as a result plots listings incorrectly. These instances are relatively rare, but unfortunately in cases like this where there were two GA sections it can happen. SeatGeek is a ticket search engine that maps thousands of tickets for thousands of events. In order to plot tickets on our venue maps, we use a system called "normalization" in which an algorithm will match our ticket listings with the appropriate spots on the map. Because we get all of our ticket info from the vendors/brokers, who don't always specify seat numbers or sections, we are sometimes unable to plot things perfectly.
We're so sorry for the mix up and glad you got in touch with us in time to resolve things before your event.
Easy search
Great price
Excellent events
Secure and quick download of tickets. My son turned me on to the site and I have repeatedly used them for events that I was interested in. I have also turned on my friends to the site and they love it.

We got there, app ready with my tickets only to find they had to be printed. We then had to get in another line. At the counter, because the tickets were not purchased in my name another individual had to check them. Had I known I would have printed them in the first place.

This seemed to be the only way to buy tickets. I never plan to use again unless forced to like I was this time. I needed 11 tickets and would have been easiest to just talk to someone. Site would only allow me to buy 8 at a time.

SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi Michell, thanks for the feedback! For further explanation, when a ticket is marked as "e-ticket", that simply means that the ticket will be delivered electronically rather than physically through the mail or at a box office. It doesn't necessarily mean that it will be able to be scanned from a mobile device. Whether or not that' the case is decided wholly by the venue. Ideally, all tickets can be scanned right from our app or the SeatGeek website, but some venues do require tickets to be printed.
In regards to the promo codes--some of our promo codes are only valid on a user's first purchase. So, if you're purchased tickets in the past on SeatGeek (even if it was on a different account), those promo codes won't be redeemable. However, if you're looking to redeem a different promo code and it's not allowing you to, that's definitely something we can look into! Just send our support team and email or give them a call and we'll look into what might be going on there.
