While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
First of all, I will not going to use this app ever again! Me and my friend we bought 2 tickets from Seatgeek. And then it turns out that the tickets were piggy back seats. However when we bought the tickets there wasn't anything saying that it's piggy back seats. And when we called the Seatgeek they insisted that it was written there and they didn't change our tickets. So, we sold the tickets. And we bought the tickets for 82$ and we solved for 33$. Don't use this app!

I have been using Seatgeek a lot since April since it is the official ticket service for LAFC. Everything about it is great and the way it works with the LAFC app is great. Only issues I have with it are the fees I have been using tickpick.com which charges no fees so to now have to pay the fees is pretty annoying. Now that I have a mini plan I plan on selling tickets on the site as well. Looks like the fees for the seller are higher than those on StubHub and tickpick so not sure if I will use Seatgeek. Outside of that everything is great! Keep up the good work.

I bought tickets to Pearl Jam at Fenway Park yesterday. The seats I bought were great for the price I paid, although I bought them at the last minute. Once I confirmed the transaction, I got an email telling me that my purchase was confirmed and just had to wait for the seller to release to tickets to me. That happened within 5 minutes and I had the tickets on my phone to enter the concert. Super easy - very satisfied!

Went to Seat Geek to get tickets for a Gwen Stefani concert in Houston, TX one month before the event was to take place. The tickets were never mailed to me and I was told by Seat Geek that the tickets would be waiting at Will Call for me. I showed up at the venue to learn that not only were my tickets not at Will Call as promised, but that such arrangements are never made between the venue box office and third party ticket sellers. According to the representative that I spoke with, the box office is actually contractually obligated to not engage in such arrangements.
I had to then purchase alternate seats at the last minute in a location that was not nearly as good of a location as what I had originally paid for.
My advice is to avoid this company unless you enjoy paying twice to go to one show.

Blake, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we are so sorry that you ran into an issue at the show. This is absolutely never what we wish for any of our customers and we'd love the chance to make it right. Please email us at hi@seatgeek.com so that we can help!
I buy many tix through SeatGeek. This is my first bad experience. But, I would probably not buy Prudential Center tix through your site again. I use SG and similar sites to avoid Ticket Master. Now, I am going to the game, and I'm not even sure where my tix are... Completely unacceptable! Bad for customers, bad for Prudential Center, bad for Seat Geek!

Hey there!
Really glad to hear that you have had many positive experiences in the past!
That said, very sorry to hear your recent ticket buying experience did not go as well. Sometimes certain events or venues have a set requirement for the platform used for electronic tickets. In situations like these the tickets end up being fulfilled via a transfer through the ticket service, in this case TicketMaster, that the venue is requiring.
Hopefully everything worked out and your tickets were delivered, but if for any reason you didn't get your tickets in time for the game please contact us at support@seatgeek.com or via phone at (888)506-4101.
In a nutshell - purchased tix from seatgeek for a out of town show. Paid for hotel and transportation Up until the show seatgeek guranteed the tix would arrive. 4 hours before the show NO TICKETS! Complete waste of money! If they wouldve informed several days prior I wouldve cancelled my room and transportation and saved money!
Although they are processing a refund - That still doesn't equate to the amount of money we spent overall. Dont, I mean dont buy from here.

I paid $50 for tix that were actually $30 and was not able to access the tix. Been dealing with the CS dept only to get the run around about a refund that they claim to "escalate" and do nothing. Seatgeek is a RIPOFF!

After reading the negative reviews, I was hesitant about the order I placed. However, my experience could not have been better. Before receiving my tickets, I had a questions which I sent to customer service. They litterally answered me withing 3 minutes and gave me the exact info I needed. I had no problems using my tickets and the price was very good. I will definetely use them again.

SeatGeek is amazing! Getting the tickets was an easy process and the price for the ticket I purchased was greater than I expected! I was so close to the floor I never expected to pay the price I paid for those seats. I will definitely use GeekSeat in the future.

Bought tickets to two Alabama Football Games. Miss St and Chattanooga. Nothing went wrong at all. Print At Home Tickets Were Fine! I was nervous because after I purchased them, I saw all the neg reviews, but it was all good. 4 tickets total, all scanned, all allowed entry to the games. I will use seatgeek again.

It scam my money :(( ((
You will lose money once you need to refund or exchange tickets
If you repurchase it with a promote code( they trade you from refund) it will become Ticketmaster ticket, you keep losing money whether keep it or sell it.
No phone agent to help you fix problem and no live chat or email
It is super scammy
I lost $274 for 2 tickets :(( (

If you like spending thousands of dollars while assuming the company on the other end (Seat Geek) would hold up their end of the purchase for the tickets you had just bought, and enjoy being told 2-days before your event they no longer have them available, THIS SITE IS FOR YOU... However, I had a absolute horrible experience when trying to purchase Super Bowl Tickets. Sure the prices were lower than the other sites, but it really is a "too good to be true" site. They will gladly collect your money with full intention of finding a higher buyer for your seats. This allows them to give you a 125% refund, but they are still making their money by selling your tickets for much more. There's no integrity with this site and they crush people's dreams by telling them 2-days before the Super Bowl that "they no longer had our tickets". Based on how much they advertise on the radio, I thought they were legit, but would NEVER trust this site again.

SeatGeeks misrepresented themselves in stating they would mail me tickets before I purchased them, but now refuses to mail them saying everything is digital saying I would have to take my phone to ballpark and download and ap, sign in yada yada yada. The only reason I ordered was to have tickets in hand as I don't like taking phones to events. I'm one of the few fans left who actually watches the game instead of being glued to a phone. You definitely can't trust SeatGeeks. My luck the app wouldn't work at the park.

Real returns are available at the box office. No hidden expensive fees and parking included. Also, Seatgeek disable the customer service phone number, they work like scams! Keep way from SeatGeek!

Terrible. I purchased tickets for a sporting event. My card was charged right away. 20 minutes later, after I thought I had secured my tickets, I got an email stating that the transaction was canceled, and that the tickets were no longer available. I checked back on the site to select a different seat, and saw that the seats were relisted but this time for more money. The site is a scam. I wrote them about how I felt it was not ethical for them to allow people to relist seats and they said it wasn't their problem. They suck

I have used seatgeek twice and loved it!
I recently purchased tickets to Bull v. Cavs basketball game using seatgeek. The vendor was ClassicTickets-they charged my credit card. I agreed to pay $569, but there was an additional fee of $27.00 for taxes from ClassicTickets. I called Seatgeek and told them my problem and they happily refunded me the difference of $27.
I also used them to buy tickets for a 76ers game. To my surprise, they gave a $20 food voucher at no additional cost for each ticket.
I love using seatgeek to by ticket!

Hi Chris, thanks for the feedback! It looks like the promo code you were trying to redeem was for a first-time purchase. Because you'd already placed a previous order with SeatGeek, this order unfortunately wasn't eligible for promo code redemption.
If you have reason to believe otherwise, please let us know so we can make sure this is looked into for you!

I bought tickets for a small concert on SeatGeek, they were average to Ticketmaster's selling, but check because sometime Ticketmaster is less when fees are not included. I purchased two tickets from Ticket Network, and they got me in the concert and no one was claiming our seats besides us. I do not recommend SeatGeek because I prayed a lot before the event, but heard a lot of negative reviews about UberSeat. I do not trust SeatGeek but if I had to, would buy from Ticket Network again.

Hi Karrah,
We're happy to hear that you found tickets at the price you wanted and that everything went smoothly for you at the concert! We're happy too that you noticed that we display the full price, including all fees, on our map so there aren't any surprises at checkout.
If you do decide to use SeatGeek again, you should know that we require all the websites whose tickets we display to have a money-back guarantee. In the rare case that something goes wrong with your order, you're guaranteed a full refund or better. However, if you prefer to buy from TicketNetwork or would like to avoid UberSeat, we display the logo of the seller next to every listing so you can do so.

I purchased tickets for the Diplo x Bad Bunny concert 8/13/22. I purchased 6 months before the event, (sent an email I will receive the tickets 48-24 hours before event) this wasn't the case. I spent over 8 hours between 6 different representatives and was hung up on, lied to, even sent a fake screenshot of a "transfer ticket" that never was sent to my email. They told me under their policy I couldn't be refunded because the seller sent proof of transfer (lies, lies, lies). This company had me outside the venue 30 mins before the start begging for new tickets, then I was hung up on and didn't get any further communication! I went and purchased new tickets through Ticketmaster. I decided to go to the seats I originally purchased from seat geek and found both seat I bought were taken, and sold to other people. They are a terrible company not backed by the BBB. They lie, steal, and cheat. A truly disgusting company! Stay away!

I ordered 4 tickets to game 5 of the Red Sox at Tampa Bay Rays on 10-1-2021 for over $380 to my credit card. The Rays were eliminated on 10-10-2021 and it took 31 days to receive my refund with several 'diversionary emails' seeking to swap those tickets for concerts or shows. It was rather tricky figuring out how to reply to their email question regarding the REFUND to my card. In other words, it was NOT STRAIGHT FORWARD. Also the was no customer service number to call. Rather only email, which I did on 10-19-21 and the reply did not expedite the refund. I will not use SeatGeek again for an event that might be cancelled!

Order No. JU******* was great. Order No. V2476n (above) was postponed until 8/25/18. Not really looking to drive another 7 hours (each way) Buffalo to Baltimore and back. And if I do go back, deathly afraid season ticket holder will have re-sold his season tickets. Any options?

Seatgeek apparently got the tix thru Fanxchange we had unusual circumstances gridlock in DC took us 3 hrs to go 57 miles so didnt get there till 5th inning then there was a 2.5 hour rain delay. Nats are issuing ticket exchanges for the game but Fanxchange said they cant do anything about it so we didnt get to see any of the game and pd $178 for 4 tix. My daughters were so dissapointed since this was the first chance we have had to see a game this year. Its disappointing that Seatgeek would not try to compensate us in some way. :(

This is the second time I purchased tickets from Seat Geek and the prices I paid were unbelievable!
First was for Katy Perry concert. Printed tickets at home and had no problem. Second were for Hello Dolly, couldn't print tickets at home but since they were etickets didn't think there would be a problem.
But when I got there they couldn't scan the tickets off phone and we had to wait till 5 minutes before the show for them to print. Gentleman told me the reason we have to wait is because the site sometimes sells the same tickets more than once.
We got out tickets and the show was Amazing! I will continue to buy tickets from Seat Geek! Love them!

SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi Asan, we apologize if there was any confusion surrounding this order. While the majority of our ticket sales are for seats that are consecutive, sellers do sometimes list piggy back seats, which is information that's required to be notated on the listing. It does sound as though this order was notated as such, and unfortunately in situations like those, we're unable to cancel the order. We do our best to make sure our users have the option to easily re-list tickets they cannot or do not want to use to aid in cost recoupment, and we're happy to hear that you were at least able to utilize the Marketplace to make sure that happened! If you have any other questions regarding sales, order cancellations, or listing requirements, please always feel free to refer to our Terms of Use which can be found here: (https://seatgeek.com/terms). Additionally, please also feel free to reach out to our customer support team at any time via email at (hi@seatgeek.com) with any questions or concerns you have, we're always happy to help.
