While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
Never having ordered from this website- (and never will again). Our seat value is 99.50 our daughter paid approximately 230 each for these tickets. A gift from our daughter who honestly didn't know better. I printed the tickets out tonight for our Saturday concert. Think there is a calculated reason you are not allowed to print them until 48 hours before? Despicable.
As for your reply Seat Geek of how you have little control, etc. The ticket prices were $165 and she was charged $230. Right, your additional fee is totally fair! No need to spend another minute on this -

Bought tickets that turned out to already be scanned by the time we attempted to enter the stadium. SeatGeek support did nothing to help us get in. Still working with them on getting my money refunded, but it was a complete disaster and I am certain that I will never trust their marketplace or their support system ever again.

Hi Samuel — thanks for your feedback. I apologize for the experience you had with your tickets at the recent Buckeyes game. Our CX team always aims to find replacements first when these scenarios occur, so it seems that there were none available at the start of the game when you called in to report your invalid tickets. I do wish we were able to get you into the venue, but in lieu of that, our Trust & Safety team is amidst their investigation into your invalid tickets. Upon completion of their investigation, your refund will be processed and the seller will be appropriately reprimanded for providing invalid tickets, as doing so is against our Terms of Service.
Again, I deeply apologize for what occurred last weekend. Our CX team will be following up with you via email once our Trust & Safety team has completed their investigation. Should we be able to assist in any way in the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out.

Prices very good. Lots of availability both as to events and ticket locations. Only problem is that a do not normally carry a cell phone, so the "easy" method of accessing tickets isn't easy for me - don't even have your app. Need to print tickets.

Ordered tickets to Bill Maher in Dallas and the show was cancelled and seatgeek refuses to return my money! Buy at your own risk, I'm out $270 don't make the same mistake that I did! Not a reputable company!

Purchased tickets to see Pretty Woman with my mom. Never received it nor my money back. Dozens of emails and phone calls leading up to the event all of which did nothing but run me around in circles and make excuses. Since then they will not respond to emails and have been left on hold with customer service for over 4 hours collectively. Am now having to dispute charges with my credit card company - worst customer service experience ever! This company is complete garbage - do not purchase from them!

I've been using Seatgeek for a while now and I don't think I'll ever use another site for tickets again. Very easy interface. Decently priced tickets and rating system. My favorite part is probably being able to see the whole price without the hidden fees.

I work in UX and SeatGeek has some of the best around. Love the quality of deal tags! Easy to make purchases. My feature request would be that you serve up cool events happening near me every now and again via email/notifications. Could probably get me to spend more money!

I have used SeatGeek on two occasions and have not been disappointed. Excellent seats for a great price and the concert tickets arrived within two days of me placing an order. Will continue to use this company whenever possible.

My tickets were never released —Hotel expense then sat in a nice restaurant on hold an hour for SG to answer. They gave lip service of apology but 6 weeks later still no refund after many attempts. No tickets plus travel hotel and restaurant expense
Will seek credit card resolution service
No one should be told they may not get tickets up to a few hours ahead Poor policy Consider the risks carefully. They don't respond to contacting.

Great app for purchasing tickets but it's been very difficult in selling tickets to a concert I can't attend now. Im not receiving the verification code to confirm my phone #. Multiple reps have made suggestions but nothing has worked. Still waiting for fix!

I purchased tickets ONCE on another site & was totally blown away when the final cost showed up!
Seat Geek gives ticket prices, including all fees, straight up; no surprises.
I also like that tickets are delivered, right away, to my email for printing.

Ive used seat geek for awhile now. The site is super easy to use, never had problems. Overall I use this site more then other sites because of the option to see ticket price with fees. You know what your paying before clicking purchase.

I had my doubts about whether the tickets would be legit but we were admitted to the ballpark and enjoyed the game. Will continue to experiment with this service on cheaper events before jumping into anything expensive.

Considering the recent event in America, I would expect a full refund for the $ spent. I will probably not be able to make it to St. Louis on another "make up" date. My only hope is that perhaps MLB and this ticket company come together and make it right. If it was just me, I would have not even bothered getting almost $900 in tickets, but it's for the 12 year boy who still loves baseball.

Did a return on tickets for a concert for $650.00. It was still in the time frame to do a return. I followed there instructions. They said within 24 hours you would get word. Nothing but crickets. Looking at my seatgeek i still have the tickets. Thanks Seat Geek. I will never spend any money with your company and will give a bad review on every site. This not how you do business. But since this is how you do business, you don't care for customers and the hard-earned money they have worked for. Stay away from this site, it is terrible.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away. Never will use or recommend them to anyone.

It was for tickets. If you return tickets, you don't get your money back. They will give you credit to be used on other tickets. Must be used in a year or you will lose the money.

Same ticket on Seatgeek was about $20 cheaper than stubhub so I gave it a try. After being billed for the 4 tickets on my AMEX i then get a note that the "tickets are not available". They will take 3-5 days to credit you back even though they didn't deliver. I can still see the tickets on their website and Stubhub, so I ended up buying on stubhub.
I tried contacting them through IM Support twice and no response after 10 min. I finally got an email response which was not helpful and a phone number that no one ever picked up.
Piece of sh. T company.

Purchased 6 months ahead of event, 5 months before found out would not be able to attend, should be no problem to get refund or credit right. WRONG! You can try to sell, most likely at a loss- this ticket broker sucks and I will be advising anyone and friends not to use this service - there's better ones out there with better return policies. Plus their CSR group is lame.

Hi Roy, we do apologize for this. However, it's stated in our Terms and Conditions that all sales are final, and therefore we're unable to refund or cancel orders once they've been submitted. This is common practice across the majority of the ticket market, and is a policy put into place in an effort to make sure all tickets are valid and secure. Again, we are sincerely sorry if there was any confusion about this at the time of purchase! Please feel free to visit our Terms of Use for further information at (seatgeek.com/terms) or follow up with our Customer Support team directly via email to hi@seatgeek.com if you have any further questions!
Terrible service. Sold tickets on here and was told it would process in 24 hours the. Could take 3-5 business days to process. Well today is day 6 and STILL nothing. Went to my bank and they have no signs of receiving anything from "seatgeek". Everyone just use "TickPick" there's no fees and cheaper prices! Don't use SeatGeek worst service!

I understand fees are apart of the business and how business make profit, but when researching ticket costs I think fees should be posted clearly or added in already. Other than that, great app, super easy!

Terrible company! I have a purchase fraud I'm fighting and I can't get anyone to answer anything. No emails, calls, nothing. Sit on hold for a CS rep that I don't believe actually exists. Save yourself time, misery and definitely your money!

They charge my credit card and told me the listed ticket is not available after the fact. Now I have to wait for 3 days to get my money back leaving me without enough funds to purchase other tickets. I contacted them via email (cause there is no customer service number available on their site) and they kept responding with general answers instead of looking up my specific order. Mean while the same tickets that I've tried to purchase is still showing on the app as available. They did not offer replacement ticket nor have they tried to expedite the refund so I can use the money to purchase other ticket. The worst experience I've had with online purchases.

Absolutely do not buy tickets from SeatGeek. Sold my tickets from underneath me twice and completely ruined my daughters birthday. Lied to me for two months straight right until the last minute. Concert is sold out had to cancel our entire trip because they wanted to make an extra buck. Teenage daughter is crying herself to sleep as I am writing this.

Do not use it for any reason

DO NOT use this service! We paid for tickets we never received. Seatgeek is really good at taking your money but terrible at actually giving you what you paid for. We have called everyday and all they tell us is that the tickets have been transferred and that they will "reach out to the seller and get an update. And then nothing. No call back, follow up, and NO tickets. Worst customer service ever. We will NEVER use seatgeek again. Use vivid or stub hub they are much safer.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE, use vivid seats or stub hub.

What could be easier than sitting at your computer and buying MLB tickets for a game thousands of miles away and have a service that rates the purchase as an "awesome" deal. Doesn't get much better than that in my opinion.

SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi Gina, thank you for the feedback. Since SeatGeek is a secondary ticket market, so listings you see on the site are made up of tickets that are being resold after they've been purchased from a box office/primary ticket source. In regards to the dollar amount listed on the ticket--secondary market ticket prices fluctuate far more than primary market ticket prices. They can often fall below face value, but on the flip side, if primary market tickets are underpriced or hard to get, secondary market tickets prices often cost more than face value.
SeatGeek doesn't control the pricing or demand of tickets over time, but we do our best to let our buyers know which deals are considered "Amazing," "Good," or in some cases "Bad," based on historical data. If you ever have questions about the pricing of your tickets, please let our support team know so they can clarify a bit more.
