While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
Bought football game tickets for the Eagles and Rams yesterday (11/24/24), tickets were sent and available in my seat geek app. We get to the stadium and the tickets are invalid. We talk to box office and someone has already used the tickets earlier so we're SOL. We waste the entire first quarter waiting in line to resolve the issue and the first half chatting with customer service. I contacted seat geek and they say they'll investigate but it'll take 5 days. Completely unacceptable. Because we'd traveled and were already at the stadium, we bought separate tickets at the box office but the only ones left were at the very top row in a corner section. What was supposed to be a fun night at the game turned into a nightmare and the entire night was ruined. Buying with seat geek is not worth the risk, you could end up out of money with no tickets.
Have used the app before, and its been by far the easiest and fastest way to get tickets. Prices have been the best too, when compared with other sites/apps.

I purchased Mariners tickets and I have not been able to accept them from my email. I have emailed twice to fix the issue and received no response back.

I purchased 2 tickets for my young kids in tow 22. I needed one ticket behind them in row 23. I was unable to purchase one ticket. Had to buy 2 more. Very frustrating.

When selling tickets on SeatGeek, sellers are able to adjust split settings by setting rules on what quantity of tickets out of the group can be sold together. This is typically done to avoid a situation where a seller is stuck with a single hard-to-sell ticket. So in this instance, if a seller has two tickets, they may change their settings so that those tickets can only be sold together and not separated, because the chances of them being able to sell both tickets together is much higher than if they allowed them to be sold singly.
As a buyer, the best way to avoid ordering from a listing that does not allow splits is to filter your search by Quantity before selecting a listing. This way, you will only see listings from sellers that can sell in the quantity you desire.

Buying process was simple. The fees were low. I shopped around for these tickets, and the SeatGeek prices were cheaper than other ticket resellers and even cheaper than the box office.

Very confusing. I ordered two tickets for Saturday, February 13 and ordered three tickets for February 14 for the PBR and AT&T Stadium. We got confirmation for the three seats on the 14th that something is wrong with the tickets for the 13th. But I just looked at my credit card statement and there are two different charges on there so I'm assuming I've got tickets for both those days But not quite sure.

It would be nice to be able to pick the seats. When buying tickets you are just give the row and a number. If we were able to see the seats we could have a better option and choices.
