While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
Our go to site for event tickets. Provides view from seats selected. I believe the fees are less than Stubhub as well... there ya go chief!

Thank you for taking the time to write in. Fees are the worst part of buying tickets, there's no denying it. We try to keep our fees to no more than 20% whenever possible, but there are factors that can cause fees to end up higher. We use the fees we get to improve our platform, maintain our marketplace, employ our customer service team, and such.
While fees are always going to be necessary, we do try to make sure our prices are the best out there. That's why we offer a price match. If you find the tickets cheaper on another secondary marketplace, we will give you a promo code for 110% of the difference!

We looked into the order number you referenced, and see that some of our agents were able to work with you, and refund this order at 120% of the purchase price. Whenever we can, if we hear from folks at the event, we do our best to source replacement tickets when something like this (rarely) occurs, but failing that, we definitely refund the order at 120%.
