While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.

Our seats were in the sun for only a little bit. Great view of the field, scoreboards, and FIREWORKS show! Not crowded in our area. Amazing price! Plus, The Padres WON!

Very bad experience with the final four-tickets ended up not being the tickets I paid for-Seat Geek was no help in correcting the problem-keep pushing the problem to the supplier-Stubhub forever

I ordered tickets paid for them then after telling my kids that we are going to the game thy never sent tickets and never answered thy put money back in account after I called the bank. STAY AWAY

We can definitely understand the frustrations with needing to print the tickets. Our system defaults to that when we are unsure if a venue or event takes mobile entry, some artists/teams/venues still only take physical ticket copies.

We can definitely understand the frustrations that can come from needing to use other apps then the one you order from. Some venues/teams/events set a required app for entry. In cases like this, which is very common with MLB and their Ballpark app, our sellers need to fulfill using that app.
