While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
Gone are the days of waiting in line for hours to get any available seats... now just do a search, find seats, pay and your done in minutes!

Knowing processing fees before I get into the checkout process would be helpful. Other than that the site was easy to use and identify what I wanted.

Just wish all tickets had the E ticket option it is much easier than having to risk a ticket getting lost it will be in phone instantly

Other than the transfer fees and not having every event, SeatGeek is pretty damned nice. Buying or selling tickets is a piece of cake using the app.

I prefer paper tickets. Requiring people to have cell phones in order to attend events discriminates against the elderly.

I fully hear and understand your concern here. As more venues and teams move to require mobile ticketing, it can make it more difficult for those who don't have those devices to continue to attend events. Please know the decision a team, venue, or event makes to use mobile ticketing is fully theirs. We just provide tickets in the format the venue is requiring.
