While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
I recently had a disappointing experience with SeatGeek's password unlock process, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I needed to purchase tickets for an event that was happening at that very moment, but unfortunately, I couldn't access my SeatGeek account because I had forgotten my password.
Upon realizing my predicament, I immediately reached out to SeatGeek's customer support for assistance. To my dismay, they informed me that it would take approximately two hours to unlock my password and regain access to my account. This was highly inconvenient, as the event I wanted to attend was already underway, and I needed to secure my tickets promptly.
The fact that it would take such a significant amount of time to unlock my password was frustrating and seemed excessive, especially considering the urgency of my request. I understand that security measures are necessary, but I would have expected a more efficient and expedited process, especially from a ticketing platform like SeatGeek.
The lack of immediate access to my account put me in a difficult situation, and I was unable to purchase tickets for the event in a timely manner. This not only resulted in my disappointment but also meant missing out on an experience I was eagerly looking forward to.
While SeatGeek is generally known for its wide selection of tickets and user-friendly interface, this particular incident left me with a negative impression. I believe they should consider implementing a more streamlined process for unlocking passwords or provide alternative methods for urgent situations like mine.
I hope SeatGeek takes customer feedback into consideration and finds ways to improve their password unlock process, ensuring that users can quickly regain access to their accounts in situations where time is of the essence.

Need to login to 3rd party sites to then have to download the Ticketmaster app which doesn't show my tickets I bought And accepted on my computer and have to use my phone to get in no matter what.

My experience was good however I would like to know my SEAT NUMBER before I make a purchase and this does not happen on your website until after you purchase the tickets.

I purchased tickets for a show on July 31st. I got an email saying that the site didn't have my tickets yet but that they would be in touch with futher instructions on when and where I could pick these tickets up. Three hours before the concert and I still had not heard anything, I call back to ask for an update. Customer service gives me the run-around, saying that they are trying to get in touch with the seller and they will keep me informed. One hour before the show and I have still heard nothing. We ended up having to buy expensive tickets just to get in to the venue because we waited up to the last minute for the purchased seats from SEAT GEEK to actually be delivered. Halfway through the concert, I get an email with the electronic tickets (these were Ticketmaster E-Tickets purchased and sold through the third party Seat Geek site). HALFWAY THROUGH THE CONCERT. What am I expected to do with this? The site offers a "buyer guarantee" and assures that you will get into your purchased event no questions asked. I called to get a refund the next day and continued to get the run-around from customer service. I have the time-stamped email where the third-party seller sent the tickets well after showtime. I was hung up on twice and was told by one representative that he set up a scheduled call with his supervisor, which I have yet to receive. I'm having to go through my credit card company because SeatGeek refuses to assist me. Unethical business practice, false advertising, and fraudulent charges for services not rendered. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use seatgeek. EVER. Their "Buyer Guarantee" is a blatant lie. Their email specifically states that they guarantee you will get into the event, no problems. FALSE PROMISE

I paid over $650.00 for two tickets to a concert. I had to purchase additional tickets because the ones I bought from this site were not delivered in time. They still charged me full price and won't issue a refund.
