While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.

“Total scam- they owe me $700 for invalid tickets”

I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.

SEAK GEEK IS A HORRIBLE SCAM! Stay as far as possible from these scamming scalpers! That is all they are, scalpers. When you buy from them if your tickets are fake, no good, wrong venue from a glitch in their computer, they don't care, because all they do is take tickets from anyone selling them and if it goes wrong, it was the person they were selling tickets for fault and there is not a thing you can do about it. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Tip for consumers:
RUN. SCAM SCAM. NEVER USE THIS, go DIRECT OR VIVID SEATS !!!!!

Their computer had a glitch and got the wrong tickets and they said they don’t care and will not do anything about it. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have to say I can't stop crying because I lost 259 dollars from this fraudulent company. I bought a pair and it was left at my door but it was STOLEN! I set up a FedEx claim and instead of going through that thy Sent me another pair. FINE! I said thank you! Then my STUPID brother in law stayed over my house for a week and I guess called himself cleaning and he THREW AWAY THE FED EX ENVELOPE WITH MY TICKETS IN THEM! I cried and cried just ANGRY! So I called seat geek and FIRST told them to VOID the second pair of tickets and then pled with them that they give me another pair of tickets or to refund my money. And they SAID NO! In fact they said to CONTACT THE PERSON THAT HAS MY TICKETS AND ASK FOR THEM BACK! SERIOUSLY?! If I knew who had my tickets why would I be contacting you?!? Going back and forth again crying and pleading they said there was nothing they could do! I'm hurt and didn't get to see the concert and lost my money! All because they SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER!
