While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
In the process of making a purchase their website froze, I backed out of the site and purchased from another site I am more familiar with. Bought the only two tickets on the same row that these clowns ended up charging me for. Asked for a credit within minutes of the error and they have refused. Not sure how they can sell me tickets for seats I already purchased. Stay tuned!
Tip for consumers:
Use Stub Hub or Ticket Master, Seat Geek terms of service are for their benefit only even when there website crashes during a purchase attempt.

Good experience all around. The site was easy to use and the prices seemed in line with other sites I checked. However, I selected tickets, entered all of my information and then when I went to press purchase, I was prompted that the prices rose. I can appreciate a spike in ticket prices, but if you lock in tickets, the price should stay consistent while you're paying for them. It left me wondering if I had actually been charged the new price, or if I purchased the tickets at all... and then was worried I was purchasing a second set of tickets. Very confusing for the customer

This company cares more about their ticket brokers than their customers. If the broker screws up your ticket delivery do not expect seatgeek to help you out. They will hold you responsible for the financial burden instead of making the broker responsible for their mistakes. Does not matter how many times you call or email them in the end you will just lose your $500 dollars or however much you spent.

I purchased tickets through seatgeek in April for a concert at Red Rocks in July. A week before the concert, I still had no tickets in my account, and proceeded to send them numerous emails including screenshots of my account. I was finally told that the seller had 2 hours prior to the concert to produce the tickets. So 2 hours prior to the concert, I repeatedly asked for a refund, which I didn't get. At one hour 45 minutes before concert, the tickets were finally there. Extremely stressful! We'd flown to Colorado for this concert, and missed part of the show because the promised tickets were not there. I'm requesting a full refund. Ineffective customer service.

Worst customer experience ever! No direct # to call to talk to anybody! Have to communicate via chat or email and there are a bunch of idiots that work there that are no help at all! I wanted to exchange my tickets for another date due to Hurricane Ian and takes 3 days for them to look at it only not accommodate!

Easily found good seats at a good price. Even sold extra tickets easily.
An improvement would be a refund option if someone has bought the tickets and no longer needs them within a certain time frame. The original posting should just go back up. It is possible that someone could be stuck with extra tickets and lose money. Otherwise a good experience.

I bought 2 tickets with a face value of $64 ($32 each). The price listed was $128 ($59 each)-fine…but THEN they added another $40 more in service fees! I knew the Section & row but didn't even the seat numbers until they sent the tickets the day before the game. I felt completely taken advantage of!

We missed the VIP area completely after booking tickets that were supposed to include them. We reached out 4 days before the event to say we had received nothing indicating how to access VIP area. They didn't get is instructions until day of. When we arrived at event we were not on the list and had to argue with a manager for 20 minutes before she told us she found our tickets but the VIP area was closing in 15 min and we could not enter.

Beware! I got the tickets as advertised, but the next day there were fraudulent charges on my card. I have never had card number stollen till using SeatGeek. Stick with StubHub it's worth the extra money not to get your card stollen.

I heard about your website through the College Football podcast The Solid Verbal. I had looked at the site for some time and when I was looking to purchase tickets to my teams game I decided to try it out.
It was very easy to find the kind of tickets I was looking for. And I cannot praise enough the very open pricing structure with the fees. Being able to look at ticket prices with the fees included is a big point for me.
In this most recent purchase, I could have saved about 16 dollars using another ticket provider but they were not open about the fees so I made the decision to support your website because I favor how the business is being run.
You can bet that if I need tickets for an event SeatGeek will be the one i check first

Bought me tickets back in February for a Bulls/Magic game. The game was Cancelled when the first wave of the pandemic hit. I have not been able to get a refund or credit towards another game. Buy tickets from a reputable place not SEAT GEEK they are fraudulent

I am without my ticket which is on a FedEx truck a thousand miles from where I am for the event. They will not answer the phone so you have no choice but to email them. They eventually reply but did not do as requested so now I've spent hundreds on a ticket I don't have. Find another company to get your tickets through.

Me and my husband as well as his twin brother and his wife as well as their older brother could not get into the blink 182 concert last night because our tickets were scanned as fraud.
Apart from that we had the same exact fraud confirmation number and we did NOT buy them together nor at the same time
On top of that all 5 tickets were under someone elses name. How can that be possible when we bought them separate and all have different names?
We just want our money back given us having to spend even more money at the door buying the tickets they had left. Absolutely terrible the employees at houston rodeo couldnt believe it, they all tried different scanners, entering the numbers manually in various computers, and all that kept being repeated is fraud.

Hi Martha--we definitely want to follow-up on this. It sounds like the purchases all came from the same seller. If this issue hasn't been appropriately addressed yet, please send a request to our Customer Support team at hi@seatgeek.com with your Order ID(s) so we can make sure to investigate and compensate you for any tickets that were invalid. We're sorry for the trouble, but we'll keep an eye out for our incoming request so we can be sure this is addressed right away!
Bought tickets to FSU/LSU football game. Despite all the bots, could not speak toa live person, did not finally get my tickets until 2 hours or so before game time. Bots kept giving scripted answers to my questions. Main phone line went directly to a mail box that full for at least 3 days before my event. In calling the venue, Camping World, no one answered the phone. All this after accepting my payment. They did come through but not without creating high stress and anxiety as we were traveling from out of state.

They charged my card twice explaining that it was technical error. When I talked to customers service I hardly understood anything they were saying due to poor English of their staff.
Thee charged my card for 4 tickets instead of 2.They don't refund my money just gave me a promo code saying I can buy other tickets and sell them to get my cash back. Promo codes they gave me were not working when I was trying to buy any tickets just to sell them to get my money back. When I was trying to apply their promo code I just got messages that promo code was not valid.Their explanations are not clear because of staff poor English!
As a result I lost money and nobody is going to refund me….
I would not recommend anyone to use this site as I went through nightmares and still waiting for a phone call from management lol …. 2 weeks already and a supervisor was supposed to call me within few minutes…. 2 weeks ago.i had to change my credit card to prevent more charges
DON NOT USE THIS SITE

Used SeatGeek to purchase tickets to an NFL game this weekend. I was skeptical at first, since I saw negative reviews, but I'm glad I used them. Much better seats for a much better price than I found on StubHub. Received my tickets via email within the hour. Also really liked the way the site/app was set up so I could find the best seats in the price range I wanted. Will use them again.

I can't believe these people are in business. We purchased tickets only to find out that the exact tickets are not in their position and their response was we will get you others and split your group of 6 instead of all together. When we ask for a refund so we can reorder with a far more reputable ticket broker, there response was NO. They said we know owned the tickets that did not exist. They also said that if we forced the issue on a refund that they will make us very "frustrated". Incredible that actually put that in writing and think they can get away with it. This is fraud of the worst kind. Amazing there is not more regulation in this industry. Stay away!

I purchased tickets from Seat Geek on several occasions and they are inconsistent on delivery. I finally stopped using them when I did not receive any tickets at all and they would not provide any compensation. They instead chose to blame me and told me that I needed to ask a third party to figure it out. The third party told me to work with Seat Geek. Other devices such as Stub Hub are way better and simpler to use. Have a fun time at your concert!

I got my tickets within 24 hours, However, I did not realize that the fees were per-ticket so it was a bit of a shock to see the total. Explaining what the total price (and not per ticket) would have earned a perfect 5-star score.
However, I missed out on getting the seats when they went on sale so I am happy to have gotten them.

They took my money, then as I'm walking into the show with my daughter... they took the tickets away that they just sold me. You should have seen my daughters face.
Widespread fraud and this company should be shut down.

I ordered for the 1st time tickets from seat geek for monster jam.
The weird thing is they sent them from a random person's name dumb person's name see attached picture.
I spent days and hours trying to get my tickets put into the inbox. I also spent a lot of time with chat.
Also trying to get to a human person to talk about it. What a joke! I WORST CUSTOMER!
HORRIBLE APP.
I was going to cancel the tickets and dispute it with my credit card but it was for my 2 and a 1/2 year old boy who was looking forward to this event.
I would not recommend seat geek unless, you have no other alternative.

I bought Game 5 for NLDS series and the game never occurred. It has been a complete hassle to get the money back. Every other ticket seller automatically refunds for the games that were maybe games. Definitely avoid.

Quickest way to purchase tickets with way more options than Ticketmaster. User friendly app allows you to not only chose from thousands of different seats but automatically downloads your tickets on your smartphone instantly

The tickets sold are counterfeit sometimes. This leaves fans hanging at the gate. Seatgeek helped once and gave me good seats the day of, but what would happen in a sold out game? Fans should have this assurance.

Tickets were not valid due to being reprinted by the seller. Was lucky the venue reprinted them at the box office or I would have never have gotten in for the game. Disappointed this happened as I've never had an issue with any ticket seller.
