While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
I purchased tickets twice in the past week from Seatgeek. Once, they canceled my tickets 10 hours later, right before game time. The second time they didn't deliver any tickets. Since they don't have a customer service number, there is no one to speak to. When they do finally answer an email, all they say is "sorry".

I enjoy the purchase process from Seatgeek, extremely lite and easy to use.
However, when buying from a 3rd party... such as using Fanxchange - it can be tough as Ticket master is extremely difficult to understand.

Bought tickets for The Final Four a week ago and still do not have my tickets... the games are tomorrow. Called several times and the story changes every time I call and I've been unable to get a refund. Please do not use Seat Geek.

Hi Richard, thanks for writing in and we apologize for the trouble. Most Final Four tickets were on a 24-hour delayed release, so the seller did not have them in-hand for delivery until 24 hours prior to the session that the tickets were purchased for.
If you did not receive your tickets for this order or otherwise weren't able to attend the game, please let us know via email at hi@seatgeek.com so we can make sure to look into what happened here. Be sure to reference your Order ID so we can get any problems sorted as quickly as possible!
Please do not send me junk commercial e-mail advertising your services. I already chose to use your service and was satisfied w/ my transaction. Your company's IMMEDIATE commercial e-mailing was intrusive and un-called for. I always un-check the boxes one should not have to un-check in the first place. You still sent me commercial e-mails.

I have used seat geek a number of times with a great deal of ease and have had success on those occasions. I find it to be very reliable option for finding tickets online, and will continue to use I the future

SeatGeek is my go to place to buy tickets! Easy to navigate website, app and best prices. My favorite feature is that it gives you the final price of your tickets taking in consideration the fees. Love to do business with them!

The best part of this app by far is the search function, allowing me to see what bands are coming to town without subscribing / making account / whatever on every 80's band website. And while the convienance fee isn't always a fresh breath of air I have no reason to believe it's significantly worse than any other price. On top of the fact that you can find some REALLY good deals here.

Actually bought this ticket on SeatGeek phone app right in lobby of coliseum. Outside scalpers were above "market" value & I was able to purchase & download a ticket much cheaper right on site. Can't get much better than that!

Hi Dan,
Apologies for the late response here and for the frustration we caused. Did you receive your tickets in time for your event or manage to get a hold of our customer service team? If not, please get in touch with us at hi@seatgeek.com and we'll make things right!
First and last experience with this laughable company. Purchased tickets 7 months before a concert that I would have to travel to. Mobile ticket transfer can't happen until the day before the concert (which was not told at the time of purchase and would have made me not buy since there was no chance of resale if plans changed). Fast forward with zero communication to the day before the concert. Even though it says on my account the tickets have finally been transferred to my email. They have not. And upon finally getting a hold of someone, they tell me the tickets went back to the seller ages ago and I can rebuy tickets. When it was THE NEXT DAY. What a joke. Never use this service.
Tip for consumers:
Never use SeatGeek, caused me over a half a year of anxiety and stress not knowing if anything was certain and fake polite customer service agents who are trying to get away from accountability for the company

Their guarentee says they will get you tickets if for some reason you don't get the ones you paid for well we bought tickets to Luke Bryan. They didn't come in then when we contacted them they emailed us back and said they would reimburse our money but their guarentee says they will get you your tickets or better ones. After I called the customer service and read them the guarentee they said let me get you a manager then left me on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes until I finally gave up. Still haven't been reimbursed and it will be 2 weeks on Friday. Really unhappy with this site also ruined my daughters birthday she was hoping for them for her birthday and we told her we got them. I plan on making reviews on social media and everywhere I can think until I get some satisfaction the worst company ever.

Hi Brandi, this is not the sort of experience we ever want our users to have. In the event that tickets are still available for purchase for an event, our goal is always to get replacements rather than send a refund, as it's our number one priority to get our users into the shows! More importantly, since it sounds like that wasn't an option here, we want to make sure you were reimbursed for your order appropriately.
If you have yet to receive the refund for this order, please send us an urgent request to hi@seatgeek.com and reference your order number so we can get this resolved. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, and we'll keep and eye out to make sure this is taken care of for you.
We had originally bought tickets that we were disappointed with when we got there. I looked online and found GROUND SEATS at very low. I instantly purchased them and was emailed them right away. We were showed our new seats and were in disbelief how close we ended up getting. It was the best impulsive buy Ive ever made!

It is a little frustrating that you have to print tickets to use them at certain venues/stadiums. I know the ticket clearly said I had to print it and that was my fault for not printing it but sometimes people use seatgeek when they are out of town and do not have access to a printer. Unfortunately I had to buy more tickets from the stadium to get in.

I sold my Elton John tickets over a year ago.
He canceled the concert again but seatgeek won't pay me my money? They supposedly don't have my money someone holds it.! So I sold the tickets they have that person's money and my money for 2 years? You gotta be kidding me do not buy tickets from this website

I am a broke college student just trying to buy tickets to see my college play their rivals. The tickets were on seat geek so I decided to purchase 4 tickets for me and friends. Turns out seat keep transfers my tickets to the box office of the team and know my tickets are gone and I spent a crap ton of money on nothing. Called to complain after spending and hour finding their number on the dark web and then waiting for a hour on hold just to be hung up on by one of the representatives. 100/10 DO NOT recommend getting tickets with this company.

Seat geek was going to charge me about $17 more per seat than the original website. After going through the original website I saved $45 more then I would have going through seat geek. I added screenshots of the ticket comparisons before service fees. What a scam.

Bought tickets to a sold out game, and was at the arena. Once we made it through security, the tickets disappeared from the app. Called customer service and was told that the seller pulled the tickets (even after I purchased them and my card was pending charged). I asked if there was anything that cust service could do - the rep said "no" and didn't offer an apology. We were literally stranded at the arena with no tickets to a sold out event. Luckily we found others after 30 mins of being stressed, but was not a great experience. Stubhub in my past experience would have given some sort of remedy. This is not the way you run a business, and especially not the way you run customer service.

Hi Devin, thanks for reaching out to leave this review of your experience. Sorry about the cancellation, but I can definitely shed some light on what’s going on.
Many orders go briefly into a pending state after they've been submitted to a seller. That way sellers can check their inventory to make sure they can fulfill the order. If for some reason they can’t, it’s cancelled and the pending charge is voided. This doesn’t happen very often. And when it does, it’s usually because a crazy amount of people are trying to buy tickets to the same event, especially right around the start time of the event. Your best bet is usually to get right back on SeatGeek and try again for some tickets.
Hopefully this helps, but please let me know if you’ve got any other questions.

Warning! Scam! They will sell your ticket without notification or refund. I received several emails with direction to download my tickets. After following the instruction, I was left with tickets that I paid for but were sold to another customer. SeatGeek never informed me that my order was canceled or sold. I had to buy new tickets at the stadium gate and was told SeatGeek does this often. Please be warned!

We saw the International Champions Cup game Bayern Munich vs Juventus and the game and stadium were very nice. The only problem I had was with their security at entrance of the Stadium making my wife throw away a small handbag. Their website said it was allowed, but either the security guard didn't know what she was doing or they need to update their website.

It was easy to select seats using the venue seating map provided. It makes it easy to balance cost vs. location and know where you are sitting in relation to the stage. The color coded "deal" rating indicator is a super helpful too in making a decision.

Bought NY Yankees' tickets on SeatGeek, but did not realize that the Yankees no longer accept printed e-tickets, only those on mobile devices. As I do not have this capability, first Matt helped to arrange having the actual tickets shipped to me. Then Miranda, in response to my question, clearly explained how I could order future Yankee tickets without experiencing the same problem. I then easily and successfully purchased Yankees' tickets for another game on SeatGeek. Both Miranda and Matt were outstanding and exceptionally helpful. SeatGeek is fortunate to have them as employees

I bought Chicago Blackhawks tickets from SeatGeek for the first time yesterday after a friend recommended it. I was a little skeptical purchasing tickets from my phone but really liked the app and it was a quick and painless process to purchase tickets. Got the confirmation within seconds and the e-tickets were available shortly thereafter. Did not even take an hour to have everything processed for me! Love it! I'm excited to go to my game now!

I made the terrible mistake of agreeing to use Seatgeek to reserve tickets for a show. A vey bad decision. It took over two hours and multiple emails (they do not have a phone service or a phone number) to get the tickets. I will NEVER use this service; I rather not attend an event than go through this nightmare again. Stay away from these guys.

It was easy to use, but the concert got postponed and then we couldn't make it to the new date so sold the tickets at Seat Geek's recommended price and lost $100 per ticket. Then, I had to buy new ones at another location that fit our schedule for even more money. There was no human that I could figure out a way to talk to.

Purchase $474.36 tickets to a concert for Row 1 (front row) seating. They sent me $30 lawn tickets. Refused to admit they sent me the wrong tickets even though I have the email receipt that states Row 1 seating. This company is notorious for doing this. Scam all the way everyday.
Tip for consumers:
Its a scam bait and switch site
