While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.

My experience with SeatGeek it terrible, we purchased very expansive tickets for US OPEN 2021 Men and Women finale before immunization requirements and we wrote SeatGeek immediately to have refund because our kid isn't vaccinated but they never respond or anything, such a shame of company like this… off course there is no phone to call. Do not buy through them any tickets…Even we wrote email to one of the founders and also he ignored us as well… Viktor Cakaric

I like the interface and prices. They offer some type of insurance at the end. Really didn't read that. Tickets came Fed Ex fast with tracking number.

This app is amazing I've only used for 2 concerts, a why dont we show and that was the best day of my life and a 5sos show that I'm going to in 2 days and I'm super exited. This app is super easy to use, its the only app to get tickets that I find easy to use and the prices are so much cheaper. I heard about SeatGeek from David Dobrik, he's the best. Thank you SeatGeek for making my life super easy and fun.

No insurance option. Price drop days before event with no reimbursement. I called and spoke to "Pol" regarding the issue and he gave me a bogus phone number for "someone" who could "help". Whatever.

The tickets I wanted eventually came down in price, and my purchase with SeatGeek was easy. Make sure you check back every so often as people will add more tickets daily.

SeatGeek is easy to use, gives views from the seats, provides map of section including rows, prices include all fees, no hidden costs. Used it for a few years now, usually has lowest prices.

It happen to me that I have to contstantly refresh the page because tickets weren't able anymore becuase people already purchased them, the website was really slow at updating ticket availablity which end up on a frustrating shooping experience.

Crazy how much they charge you in fees. $27 per ticket. Not impressed. It's not like my tickets had to be mailed to me, I got them immediately, no postage required.

Apologies for the initial confusion with the ticketing process! Seems that you were purchasing tickets for a pretty popular event. We're an online marketplace, so tons of orders go through at the same time. As a marketplace, we rely on sellers for certain inventory. Sellers get tons of orders throughout the day and it does take sometime for their inventory to update via the site. If an order went through earlier than yours, this could've been why the tickets weren't available. Truly sorry for any confusion there.
