While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
Sold bogus tickets. Called company too get refund and only got answering machine, no call back and out $600. DO NOT USE... AWFUL

Easy to use and very competitive (often less) to the other sites. It also has more detailed maps of the venues. Highly recommended.

I love that all fees are in the price. Searching events is easy and it's so easy to look up and compare seats.

I trust when I get tickets that they will be real and the buying process is easy, but the fees were pretty outrageous.

Please someone please reach out to me. I called about IU/Michigan ticket that was not delivered by Seat Geek. I bought the ticket 45 minutes before game time (on purpose, Big Ten Tournament games tend to have lots of available seats.). They didn't deliver the ticket. When I called, they BLAMED ME. Seriously you can listen to the audio if you have it, SeatGeek. They said it was my fault for ordering the ticket 6 minutes before game time. That's not true. I bought it 40 minutes before. When I proved to them via email that it was 40 instead of 6 they just dug in their heels. And refused to admit they were wrong. I spoke to CHLOE by the way. She will definitely remember. Chloe kept giving me wrong information about when the game started, when I ordered, when ticket was delivered. She was WRONG on ALL of these things several times. Really. 100% I can prove all of this. Please contact me. Then she started blaming me again and saying well you have to order it earlier. Also said it was my fault for leaving the arena area because they EVENTUALLY did deliver (she's right. They did. After game time, and after I had been sent an email saying my ticket is expired. And after I had left). So Chloe keeps blaming me and not letting me talk to anyone that can actually help me. She eventually admits she was wrong about all the times and jsut about every other thing she said. But of course she said it didn't matter, it's my fault that I waited until 40 minutes before tip, and that they will not help me. She also said that SeatGeek has never in their history given more than $50 in site credit. Lisa, a rep I talked to after Chloe was finished making fun of me, said that the $50 thing was in no way true. I'll never ever buy from them again. Anyone who reads this please understand it's all 100% true. I'd love to speak with ANYONE from SeatGeek who can help me. *******@gmail.com.
Tip for consumers:
There customer service will belittle you.

None. They didn’t deliver.

Solid experience. The seller sent the tickets in a strange way, so I can't even get them on the seatgeek app, which would be 1000x easier.

Easy process. Seats were exactly what was ordered. Cheaper price than the professional teams online price

Update 11/23/16: I have received my refund. Maria and Roxanne were very quick to help and we came to an agreement. Thank you for your assistance you two.
Update 11/21/16: I have been contacted by a manager and will be getting a refund. Once this transaction happens on my card, I will update my review.
I should have read the reviews ahead of time...
I purchased Bruno Mars tickets through SeatGeek as a recommendation through Philly D on YouTube! I price checked through Stubhub and Ticketmaster and decided to try SeatGeek. After I placed my order, I THEN checked the reviews and went into panic mode. If the company has MORE 1 star reviews than 5, I tend to steer clear. Mistake on my part.
I emailed the company within 15 minutes of my purchase asking for a cancellation/refund. I got an email back explaining terms and conditions as per usual, but said I could sell them. Since the concert isn't until next August, I figure I have 8/9 months to resell on THEIR website, I just needed to wait until I got my PDF version of the tickets. That is when I found out I wont get my "PDF" version of my tickets until a WEEK before the concert. Why would a company take your money but not give you product for ten months? Without working with the customer on any other options?
If you press purchase, they are yours. The company wont work with you, and throw the excuse of their terms and conditions as well as blaming the venue. If you can't do anything but take my money from me? What is the point? I wont be happy until I get the option for a refund, or my PDF tickets early so I have a CHOICE to sell them. Expecting someone else to pay nearly 500$ for 2 tickets 5 days before the concert is insane.

Wasn't a fan of the expensive fees but received border quickly and it worked seamlessly at the event.
