After pressing the buy option for 2 theater tickets, Seat Geek sent back an ambiguous message saying the transaction may not have gone through and that I should check my email. When I checked my email there was no confirmation from Seat Geek. Presuming that the transaction had failed, I ordered 2 more tickets. A minute later two email confirms arrived for 2 tickets each. I contacted Seat Geek's customer service immediately; they told me that all ticket sales were final, and that I should attempt to sell the tickets through their service. When I failed to get them to reconsider, I attempted to offer the 2 extra tickets for sale at a loss, but their service said they were ineligible! I don't often feel like a chump, but I did after dealing with them. 3 days later, Fernando from their customer service emailed to say they had secured a refund from the box office. After it was credited, I altered the review from 1 star to 4 stars. Walter Masterson
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
I've always know about seatgeek, just never got tickets from there, but I recently bought some tickets on here, and it came out go be the easiest and most adorable place to get tickets, you would never get a bad ticket when you order from seatgeek, you know what exally what you are getting
STAY AWAY. FanXChange accepted my order, charged my credit card, but then didn't deliver the tickets. When I called asking what the deal was, I was told they no longer had the tickets. They then offered me cheaper seats than what I originally purchased, but for the same price! Oh, and the hold times on their phone lines are outrageous. DO NO USE.
Once I purchased the ticket, I went to the gate he then cancelled the ticket with me being charged. I had to purchase another ticket at the door and then speak with my credit card company after I never received a refund
Ive used many sites for tickets. SeatGeek is now my go to for tickets. Its easy to find, purchase and the quickness of delivery is outstanding. I would and will recommend SeatGeek to anyone looking for tickets.
I purchased concert tickets to a concert that happened to be postponed for 2 years due to COVID. A week before the concert, which I still did not have my tickets, I reached out to check on the status. (I must admit, maybe I was a little impatient as the tickets were to be delivered a day or two before the concert).
Luckily I did. I was informed the seller could no longer fill my order?!?! I was given replacement tickets in the same section and a few rows closer, it did take multiple emails to secure the tickets.
I am not sure if I would have had the same results had I waited until I was due to receive the tickets, but I did receive tickets to the concert. It was a little bit of a headache because there is no customer service phone line and I was at the mercy of the customer service chat. Fortunately, I had a great customer service agent helping me.
Had to call to ensure that my tickets would get to me before I left town for the game as the original confirmation said that they would get the the day of the game. Talked to customer service who worked with the seller to change the shipping to two day. I will have my tickets today with four days to spare. Excellent experience.
I have purchased from this site multiple times but recently had trouble with tickets. The tickets I purchased and received in the mail were not the tickets requested. I have attempted multiple times to contact by phone and email and still have not received a reply.

Easily found great seats at a low price. The purchase was confirmed and tickets issued in minutes. A great experience, but a couple of minor gripes: 1) I'd like to see the total cost, including fees, up front; 2) I learned after I had bought the tickets that I needed to print them, and I didn't have access to a PC and printer (but was able to get a friend to print them).
I ordered Game 6 World Series tickets and received an email that my request had been accepted. My credit card was charged. I then received a phone call from a FanXchange employee who verbally confirmed my order details and reported to me that the tickets would be emailed to me shortly. I travelled to Los Angeles, informed my father, a lifelong Dodgers fan who has never been to a Dodgers World Series game, and was excited for the game. On the day of the game, I received an email from FanXchange that the tickets were no longer available and that my order was cancelled. I contacted the company and they reported that the order was NOT confirmed and thus in their rights to cancel it. Essentially, this company advertises seats at high prices with high fees, collects money from far more buyers than seats available, and then sends out cancel notices on the day of the event to fans that are no longer able to get tickets to the event they have prepared for.
David — thank you for providing insight to your experience with one of our vendors. We sincerely apologize that that was the experience you had — we never wish for anything comparable to this to happen with any order placed through our site. I do see a member of our team has emailed you to discuss this with you as of yesterday. We absolutely will be addressing this with FanXchange, as this experience is not acceptable for our customers.
Please feel free to continue speaking with our team via email should you like to discuss this further.

I wanted to purchase 7 tickets, not in a long row, but a few in front and a few in the row behind, so people from out of town can visit with each other. This proved to be impossible. The first 4 I could purchase, the second 3 I couldn't. There was a group of 4 behind the first purchase, and I couldn't select just 3 seats, only 1,2, or 4. So I bought an extra ticket hoping my daughter can bring a friend. It would be wonderful if there was an option to select seats as a group, not just in a long row, if you have a large party.
Hey Kristina,
We can fully understand your concern here. You want to be able to have the best options available to you when you buy tickets. In this case you couldn't quite get the rows and groupings you wanted. While this isn't something currently available in our app, it is something I will pass to our development team as we are always working hard to bring the best experience to the customer.
For now, if you should have a need like this in the future, please reach out to us at support@seatgeek.com or via phone at (888)506-4101 and one of our Event Experts will work hard to find seating that fits your groups needs!
Outstanding experience buying Super Bowl tickets on SeatGeek. The interactive maps were easy to use and their deal score functionality made it simple, and when I wanted to buy my tickets they made available a phone number where I could call in an talk to a real person to complete the deal. Awesome seats in Section 204 at Met Life to see my Hawks win it all!
Purchased 4 tickets in section 118. We received 4 tickets in section 116. Very bad business. This was a birthday present snd seven out of my family we're going. We are now sitting two sections apart from what I was given an order confirmation on. How can you do that? I was told they can give upgrades but they even admitted this was a downgrade. And has ruined the whole family outing. We might as well be going separate. Spent hours on the phone and was told they would get back with me. Instead of packing for our trip, I was trying to get this resolved. Only bonus was a $50 refund from seller and a $100 credit from Seat Geek. Which means I would have to deal with them again to get it. No thanks! They don't get back with you like they say they will and absolunothing was resolved. That did a lot of good. Ruint the whole family outing! And these tickets were not cheap! Thank you again for helping me with this issue! Never again!
We always enjoy looking for the best available seats and finding the best prices. SeatGeek makes that both easy and fun. Checking out the games and upcoming events is always exciting when we know we can find the best seats available.
Feel like i was robbed of my money from this company. HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE policies that trick you into signing that nothing is refundable or changeable once you purchase a ticket and realize the conditions that come with it are ridiculous! I bought two tickets to rolling loud without knowing it was for a "local pick up" AN HOUR before my concert started and i was meeting some random guy at a chilis restaurant. I said hell no give me my money back and I'll repurchase one that's not for pick up because that's so insane to me- sketchy and so inconvenient. They told me non refundable, not even an hour after i purchased them. Very $#*!ty company who doesn't know how to keep people coming back.
Seatgeek should be the number one place you go to to buy tickets. It shows you where the best seats are and where you are getting an amazing deal at. It also shows where tickets are over priced unlike at the box office.
A+ I love the deals. I love the map. I tell all of my friends. I cannot figure out how to benefit from that though. I love the Giants and with Seat Geek I can afford to see them from seats I love. Thank you.
Ordered tickets in the area I wanted, they came a week later, email and they are they wrong area. They highlighted the area the seats were to be in and they were not. Liars! False advertising! Do not use this site.
I recently purchased tickets to an NFL game. During the purchase process the Seat Geek app glitched and force closed. I reopened the app and checked my purchases, nothing showed up. I then purchased another group of tickets, assuming that the other tickets had been purchased by someone else. The result was two sets of tickets being purchased, and me being out $966 in the process. The extra tickets have been re-listed, but I'm certain that I will have to take a loss to move them at this point. I understand the "all sales are final" policy, but it's certainly a disappointing experience to lose money due to a malfunction in the software.
Finding tickets was not very easy. I had to search for tickets using different wording 3 times before I was able to find the tickets. My checkout was fine until i realized i didn't see my tickets. I logged out and back in and still didn't see my tickets until today.
Worst experience ever! They cheated on me at SeatGeek. In resume, 2 hours trying to get a tickets paided already. 40 minutes of the game lost. Had to buy another tickets. A torture trying to get a refund. Never never buying here again and never never will recommend this page, please make the World a favor and Disappear of the market.
I am not very good at online anything, in fact, I rarely buy anything, on my own, on line. This company and their web site and app are stupid proof. I think I've made four purchases in the last couple of months. When I buy tickets I always buy more expensive closer to the stage seats. I go to the site, get to my concert or show, and then I look for the best rated deal. The site rates the deal based on the amount being charged and where the seat is located. They also show the best deal on a seating chart. The greener the dot on the chart, the better the deal. The red, orange and yellow dots are not such great deals. I look for the closest seat to the stage that has a very green dot on and if the deal percentage is a 9 out of 10,10 being the best, that's where I will sit. Last night my deal percentage was 9.7. This was a great deal and I did it myself. I even forwarded the electronic ticket to my wife. It Couldn't Have Been Easier. I'll be back.
Hi I recently made an purchase for me and a friend to go to the braves game on June 29,2016 and I've been looking up the reviews and I've heard bad things. How do I truly know these tickets are good and safe for me to use?
Hi Desaree! Thanks for reaching out. We have strict agreements with all of the sellers on our site and we only work with vendors who have full guarantees protecting their tickets. We have a full CX team in the office here to help and if you ever have any questions, feel free to email us at hi@seatgeek.com
I have only looked up tickets in St. Louis and Denver. The recommended show was originally for st. Louis and when I checked later the price was the same but after i bought the tickets my email showed that I bought tickets for a show in Chicago. I'm very disappointed that the app recommended a show in Chicago.
The seat app is a very useful app and it is very easy to use I use it to buy every single one of my tickets to any event weather it is a sport event or a concert or a comedy show very good prices and it is never a scam and it always make your time perfect
