After pressing the buy option for 2 theater tickets, Seat Geek sent back an ambiguous message saying the transaction may not have gone through and that I should check my email. When I checked my email there was no confirmation from Seat Geek. Presuming that the transaction had failed, I ordered 2 more tickets. A minute later two email confirms arrived for 2 tickets each. I contacted Seat Geek's customer service immediately; they told me that all ticket sales were final, and that I should attempt to sell the tickets through their service. When I failed to get them to reconsider, I attempted to offer the 2 extra tickets for sale at a loss, but their service said they were ineligible! I don't often feel like a chump, but I did after dealing with them. 3 days later, Fernando from their customer service emailed to say they had secured a refund from the box office. After it was credited, I altered the review from 1 star to 4 stars. Walter Masterson
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
Wife and I used Seak Geek to acquire tickets to Hamilton in Fort Worth Texas last weekend. The tickets never arrived per the 24 hours prior to the event commitment. We contacted Seat Geet twice prior to the play and unfortunately the tickets still didn't arrive. My initial reaction was to write a bad review, but I didn't. Although disappointed we didn't get to see the play, the follow up service from Seat Geek was impeccable. They communicated frequently, refunded the cost of the tickets within 24 hours and took full accountability for the mistake. It would have been too easy to give Seat Geek a bad review. That said, I think they deserved better based on the follow up and how they addressed the issue.

I bought tickets for the Red Sox on the green monster, I expected no issues. Fast forward to just about 7 hours before the game starts and I still dont have my tickets (of which I spent ~$120 on) and Seatgeek DOES NOT give refunds. I'm livid; how can you take money for a service, not perform the service, then have the audacity to say "we don't give refunds." THAT'S NOT A REFUND IT'S GIVING ME BACK THE MONEY I SPENT FOR LITERALLY NOTHING. I wish I could give 0 stars - never using this service again
I bought two sets of LLORCH and LROCH tickets to see a live show but the seats I got were so far in the curved area of the theater that we you couldn't see everything on right and far left depending which side we sat on. I wish I would of known ahead of time about the seat numbers but I took a gamble. I dont think the tickets deserved such a high score which is why I bought them. They were rated a 9.5 I say more like an 8.
I bought tickets through Seat Geek thinking it was the official ticket retailer for the event because the band I was seeing had linked directly to them for tickets & that they probably had the best deal going directly to the source. Boy was I wrong. Better deal on other site and Seat Geek is not very transparent about the fact that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only written in tiny fine print in the terms and condition. You will not be able to cancel or refund, but a customer service representative will tell you that you can resell your tickets on Seat Geek to someone else. Guess what? You can only list for resale if you have the PDF file of the actual ticket. Which Seat Geek doesn't send you until about 3 days out from the event. Good luck with that. NEVER BUYING FROM SEAT GEEK AGAIN. EVER.

I bought Indian Wells Tennis Stadium 1 tickets from SeatGeek's website (for the night session on 3/13/23), SeatGeek charged my credit card, but the tickets were never delivered to me (they were supposed to show up in the AXS app, but they never did).
I purchased an E-Ticket to then find out the statement *special delivery means - It is NOT an e-ticket! No way for me to know this when purchasing. Extremely disappointed that seat geek was NOT able do ANYTHING but say "I'm sorry" several times!
I would not recommend using seat geek to purchase tickets as you many not get what you order if it says *special delivery (I was told I should have called them or started a chat to find out what this means)

We do understand your frustrations here with having the delivery method changed. When it comes to tickets the sellers put down the method they are initially told they will receive the tickets in. In most cases this stays the same. However, there are times when the event or venue will change ticket delivery method. This means the sellers get tickets as hard stock when they thought they would be e-tickets.
In cases like these we do our best to reach out and notify customers of this change as soon as we are made aware.

I got my tickets in a very smooth transaction. Even though the event wound up getting cancelled, I was informed by e-mail that I'm getting a refund. It's part of the Seat Geek buyer guarantee.
Great overall easy to use, prices are fair, but then the seller fees are becoming of concern. Those need to be addressed, it's starting to look like stubhub far as pricing goes with those added
Buying tickets was so quick and easy. I also really enjoyed the cool helpful things at the end of my ticket purchase like the lyft option, the snapchat filter, the weather for that day, etc.
They lied about the tickets I was receiving. Would not refund. Would not exchange. Urged me to try and resell tickets, I never received the tickets; therefore they could not be sold. Urged me to resell on StubHub, THEIR COMPETITOR. Load of crap, I will never recommend this company to anyone. Contacted BBB
My husband purchased tickets from SEATGEEK. TWICE! He has not received any confirmation but there are 2 pending transactions on our credit card statement for $145 each from SEATGEEK. The purchases are not showing in his history when we log on and we have no way of knowing who the seller is. SEATGEEK needs to remedy this situation since our credit card statement is showing that THEY are taking our money REGARDLESS of who the alleged "seller" is!

Using the platform was quick and easy. Next time I need tickets I will use again.
Fees could be a little lower, a $25 cap per ticket would be acceptable.
The process was easy, quick and prices were in the range of what I wanted to spend and we cheaper than stub hub. This was my second time using SeatGeek.
I was buying my public transportation tickets and I'm not sure if I got them or not? No email confirmation, nothing on how they were being delivered? Not too happy.

Just bought some Boston Red Sox tickets! The site was easy to navigate. Really liked being able to the view from seats and the ticket price with all fees included!
Quick delivery and I received exactly what I paid for. Will use this service again in the future. This completes my review of my ticket buying experience on Seat Geek.
I closed a browser without hitting submit and it executed the buy. No refunds but they are nice enough to say I can resell them. And take a $100 loss in the process due to fees. Never again.

Stub hub refunded money in 24 hrs
Hi Kevin! SeatGeek is a ticket aggregator, meaning we list tickets but do not own them. You are absolutely entitled to a refund for your tickets, but because SeatGeek did not charge you for the tickets, we therefore cannot provide you with a refund. You'll have to reach out to the vendor from whom you purchased the tickets to facilitate your refund.
To find the vendor that charged you for your tickets, please take a look at your bank statement and get in touch with them. If you need assistance getting their contact information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

I got my dad tickets to the Paul Mccartney concert tonight at metlife through seatgeek. Hes the biggest beatles fan & this was our bday gift for him. The tickets were fraudulent! I wasnt going to let seatgeek ruin the night & i ended up buying tickets at the box. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

When it comes to refunds, because we are a platform connecting buyers and sellers on the secondary market, we can only secure them for you if the seller has not fulfilled their end of the sales agreement. That agreement does not involve immediate delivery, but timely delivery from the point that those tickets are available. In this case, the venue had your tickets on a 24 hour delayed release, meaning that while the tickets were sold by the venue months and months ahead of time, they were not released to their original buyer until 24 hours before the event. When this happens, we expect sellers to deliver those tickets as soon as possible - for evening releases, it usually happens the following morning once the sellers are available to process that transfer.
In this case, it looks like your tickets were delivered as expected around 10:18 am EDT for a game at 7:10 pm EDT. Those tickets are available in your account now, but if you haven't seen those tickets, please let us know and we'll make sure they reach you.
