While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
Bought football game tickets for the Eagles and Rams yesterday (11/24/24), tickets were sent and available in my seat geek app. We get to the stadium and the tickets are invalid. We talk to box office and someone has already used the tickets earlier so we're SOL. We waste the entire first quarter waiting in line to resolve the issue and the first half chatting with customer service. I contacted seat geek and they say they'll investigate but it'll take 5 days. Completely unacceptable. Because we'd traveled and were already at the stadium, we bought separate tickets at the box office but the only ones left were at the very top row in a corner section. What was supposed to be a fun night at the game turned into a nightmare and the entire night was ruined. Buying with seat geek is not worth the risk, you could end up out of money with no tickets.
Paid for Kane Brown tickets for my daughters birthday. $121.53 per ticket. Printed them out, they are $50 tickets.
Four tickets through SeatGeek =$486.12
Four tickets at the gate =$200.00
Scalpers!

I love using SeatGeek and I often find the lowest prices there. Unfortunately, the Cyber Monday promo code did not work with the tickets I wanted to purchase which was disappointing.

I bought simply because your fees were lower than everywhere else so it was a no brainer! You guys should crush your comp so long as you have the lower fees

I ordered these tickets and they were easy to download. I wasn't sure if they would be readable at the stadium, but they were. Everything worked as it was supposed to.

Got NCAA tickets two different days and both days the tickets wouldn't scan so we had to go to the box office we did get our tickets exact seats and they re-printed tickets for us so I'm not sure if this is seat geek's fault or the BoK Center at Tulsa

I bought tickets to a Denver Nuggets game 4 hours before the event. SeetGeek charged my card and when I went to download my tickets, the website said the transaction was pending. After 3 hours and logging back in 10 times the website just kept saying pending. My whole family was waiting to go to the event because we still did not have tickets. After 2 calls to the customer service I was finally told 2 minutes before the game started that my purchase was declined and that it would take 3-5 days to give me my money back. I didnt know there was even a chance that I would not get my tickets, there was no disclaimer that clearly stated that this was even a possibility. My family's plans were ruined by this website after paying them over $400. After, we actually just drove to the game and got scalped tickets in front of the arena for less then half of what I was going to pay online through SeatGeek, if you want to know you are going to the event you are buying tickets for please don't use this website. You may think you are saving money, you are not you are literally wasting your time and your money. Worst online purchase I have ever made

SeatGeek is my Go too App. I always obtain my LA Kings ticket there. I love it. It is very easy to navigate, great prices, and number 1, you NEVER get scammed. Which is very important

Horrible experience. I was at a Toronto FC game already (My dad got me 2 tickets hours before the game from his work). I decided to look for "good" ticket apps so I can buy tickets for a future game and I stumbled upon SeetGeek. I purchase 2 tickets for the next game, everything is good right? Nope.
A couple of minutes later, I receive an email that I purchased 2 tickets for the game that I'm ALREADY watching. Seeing this, I called SeetGeek 7 times, I missed the first half of the game already and still got no help. On top of that, I didnt even get to sit at the newly and unwanted seats that I "purchased". I called again after the game and had no help, their customer support offered no help either. 4 of them literally said the same thing. I think they're reading from a script or something.
Today I received an email basically telling me that I'll never get a replacement or a credit for their app's mistake.
I basically gave seetgeek at least $100 for screwing me over. Don't trust these guys to help.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use SeetGeek, unless you want to give money away.

Hi Justin, thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We do see that the order referenced above was for the game on the night of the July 27th. Our site keeps event pages active for games that are ongoing to allow last-minute ticket orders for fans who decide they want to go to the game, so we always recommend making sure to double check which date you're submitting the purchase for. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we don't have the ability to cancel or reverse the order. If you'd got any other questions, please let us know via email at hi@seatgeek.com or visit our FAQ page at seatgeek.com/faq for details about cancellation and refund policies.
Ticket purchase was perfect as always but this time was the first I had to print.
When I came to the FedEx store I had a difficult time finding the printable PDF.
I wish that when I get the auth Email from SeatGeek it would have the tickets attached to it as a PDF
This way I'm able to save to Dropbox via mobile or easily forward to a 3rd party for printing

The application was very slow and when the booking went through in backend the application showed failure to book ticket.
Needs a lot of fine tuning and testing to make booking hustle free.

App is so easy to use. Pricing is reasonable and fees are included. This app is my go to for concert tix. Prices fall as concert gets closer. Highly recommend.

This was at least the tenth time I booked via Seat Geek. I really like the guarantee that the tix are real and verified. And the seat rating scheme is awesome

I ordered and paid for four expensive Bruins tickets for 3/31. When I clicked on a link, to receive the tickets from a third party, the link was no longer valid.

SeatGreek is a snap to use (much better than the Dodgers own ticket site), and the ticket availability is great. But the fees are higher than seem appropriate.

Be very careful with Seat Geek, in fact, I would recommend not exploring on their website. I have tickets I was trying to sell, and was visiting websites (Seat Geek, Ticketmaster and Stub Hub). Seat Geek was the only site you couldn't see the full price (with the Seek Geek commission included) without providing credit card information. I am confident I did not hit any button saying "Buy the Ticket" and there was no clear message from Seat Geek that I had done son. Within 15 minutes, I got a notice from my credit card that a charge had been made. I immediately went to the website to try to cancel the inadvertent charge but the website is careful not to provide any avenue to raise this question. Nor does the website show a phone number. But, despite Seat Geek attempt to avoid divulging a phone number, I found the number by doing a web search. Within an hour of the wrong charge, I was able to call Seat Geek and explain the problem. The person on the phone did not dispute my finding that I could not see the full price without divulging my credit card information and told me that in doing so, I gave them the right to charge me for the tickets I was looking at. Seat Geek carefully designs its website to rip-off those who want full information. Do not use Seat Geek.
Tip for consumers:
The site is cleverly designed to have you purchase a ticket when all you are doing is exploring full cost.

Hey There,
Thank so much for your feedback. We fully recognize fees associated with buying and selling tickets is the worst part of the experience. We work constantly to try to make sure our fees as comparable or better then our competitors when we can. We do use those fees to improve our platform and make sure we can keep providing excellent service.
Given your situation I will reach out directly here to see if we can't find a better resolution.
Warm Regards,
SeatGeek CX Team
SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi Jeremy,
SeatGeek is a secondary marketplace, which means it is a place people who have tickets to sell go to list them. Those sellers set their prices and we are a service that connects buyers to these sellers. Sometimes when an event is sold out or at least not available in desirable sections, sellers will price tickets at a level they feel will sell. The price you are seeing on the tickets is the price the ticket cost if bought on the primary market from the box office.
Warm Regards,
SeatGeek CX Team
