While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
I always find a ticket to concerts or sporting events for last minute plans at a reasonable price. So convenient.

For these tickets, they'll be coming through the Dallas Mavericks' ticket page directly, and not through SeatGeek.
You should have received an email from the Dallas Mavericks (if you can't find it, you should be able to just search “Dallas Mavericks" in your inbox/spam/etc.) to the email address provided at checkout with a link to accept the tickets. From there, you'll need to follow the link to establish a Dallas Mavericks account using the same email address that the order was placed with.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Ideally, all mobile tickets can be delivered directly through the SeatGeek platform, but we're doing our best to accommodate fans this season as more teams switch to mobile transfers!
