While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
Great communication and tickets for 5 hours before the event. If you're a baseball fan don't miss the event in the future.

Everything was seamless from purchase to entry. E-tickets worked right at the entry line! The venue knew exactly what to do. TY!

Tried using the service. It was complicated and hard to use. I never got the tickets and paid close to@200.00.
NEVER AGAIN!

Once you get your tickets the process is quick. Waiting for then sometimes and going through 3rd party sites in order to get the tickets bothers me.

I like this app because the tickets are cheap for some events. But for the Dallas cowboys game they expensive but other than that the app is good.

SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi Greg — thanks for your feedback. SeatGeek does not own or price ticket inventory displayed on the website or set fees for buyers. Instead we display tickets available for sale from thousands of sellers who are able to price their tickets (and fees) at any price they'd like/what the market will allow for. Many popular events do end up going up in price from face value, but there's also good chances of finding a great deal or that one ticket that's still left for a sold out show. We encourage you to monitor pricing on events to see when might be best to buy tickets. We hope that you'll continue to look to SeatGeek during future ticket searches!
