After pressing the buy option for 2 theater tickets, Seat Geek sent back an ambiguous message saying the transaction may not have gone through and that I should check my email. When I checked my email there was no confirmation from Seat Geek. Presuming that the transaction had failed, I ordered 2 more tickets. A minute later two email confirms arrived for 2 tickets each. I contacted Seat Geek's customer service immediately; they told me that all ticket sales were final, and that I should attempt to sell the tickets through their service. When I failed to get them to reconsider, I attempted to offer the 2 extra tickets for sale at a loss, but their service said they were ineligible! I don't often feel like a chump, but I did after dealing with them. 3 days later, Fernando from their customer service emailed to say they had secured a refund from the box office. After it was credited, I altered the review from 1 star to 4 stars. Walter Masterson
I purchased tickets from Seat Geek to Sabrina Carpenter two months prior to the show. I received the tickets via email and added them to my Ticketmaster account. Three hours prior to the concert I got a notification from Ticketmaster that the tickets were invalid. Seat Geek customer service was useless and we were unable to attend the show. I've now spent 18 days communicating with seat geek via email and phone in which I'm continually told their team is working on it. I'm out over $700 and this company has made no attempts to refund me despite their buyer guarantee. Horribly incompetent customer service, would never trust to buy from them again.
I like the ease of the app, and the speed at which I get tickets, but the fees are crazy and it makes me feel that I get ripped off for trying to purchase tickets and it makes me want to stick to Craigslist.
Purchased tickets for 10-16-2016 Gwen Stefani concert at the Forum in LA and was told tickets from Seatgeek were invalid. Went to the box office and was told my seats were sold twice and this happens all the time. I had to buy an additional set of tickets to get in, so wrong! I also tried calling for help and was told I had to go directly to scorebig for help with double sold tickets. I called the 800 number for help for scorebig *******324. The recording on the voicemail states they don't help with invalid tickets.
I DID Read the fine print on my ticket // paid over 500 for a pair to see Kendrick Lamar and Travis Scott. They would not let me in with the e ticket // made me go find a printer and print it out. Hence I missed the entire Travis Scott set (of the two I was more excited for him).

The reason I rated u guys like this was that I originally bought tickets that were advertised. Come to find out that my order was rejected because the tickets were longer available. On my second order, it said that my tickets were not going to be ready until 1 hr. Well I was nervous because the game was in an hour. I didnt know if I should drive and be left without tickets or wait and be late. I was worried that I probably wasnt going to get my tickets on time and also worried that I was not going to make the game. I did however get my tickets and was late cuz I waited prior to driving down to the stadium
I've used seat geek numerous times to purchase tickets and numerous times for the Sounders specifically and this was the most cumbersome and lengthy process to get to my actual tickets. I've always been able to get my tickets immediately in the seat geek app but when I bought tickets Sunday, I had to check my email numerous times to see if the order was processing, accepted, then confirmed, then a couple more before I finally got an email for my tickets. And they weren't able to be sent to the app. I was pretty disappointed in the service this weekend and hope that isn't the new standard for purchasing tickets through seat geek.
Hi there,
Apologies for any confusion with the mobile transfer process! This not the only process to which you can get tickets to games. When you're buying on SeatGeek, kindly click the tickets you're interested in and then scroll down before clicking checkout. If you see 'XFER', then this means they're mobile transfer. However, mobile transfer tickets are becoming more and more the safest way to receive tickets across the board.
I hope this help! Thanks for being a valued customer, and please feel free to reach out to us at hi@seatgeek.com if you have any questions.
Stay safe!

I attempted to purchase tickets for Remembering Pavarotti at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. They were $220 each and I got four tickets. I couldn't find the confirmation email since it was sent under the name of UberSeats. When I finally found the email and opened it, the tickets were for the wrong event, wrong day, wrong time and the tickets they sent me were for an event that had taken place earlier that evening. They will not refund my credit card for the $880 charge for the wrong tickets that were never used.
Hi Janet,
We're so sorry to hear about this terrible experience with one of our vendors! If you haven't already, please reach out to us at hi@seatgeek.com so we can follow up with UberSeat on your behalf. If the error was on SeatGeek or UberSeat's end, you will be due at least a 100% refund.
I was extremely skeptical of SeatGeek along with the Reseller Ticket Network Direct or TNDirect (including another subsidiary called Ticket Galaxy).
I was wrong-- the service was amazing. I ordered 2 VIP tickets for a show, and Ticket Galaxy was all over it. They reached out to the venue to setup the Will Call without problems.
I did run into an issue where our parking pass was not included at Will Call, however Ticket Galaxy immediately provided a refund for the cost of the parking.
I will absolutely use SeatGeek and TNDirect again in the future.

I had to go on several times while I was at the door of event trying to buy tickets. Didnt realize the tickets that were PENDING didnt clear, even though it said it would download in 30 min. Then when I was at door I pulled them up and it said the tickets I purchased were no longer available. This happened to me 3x. I was not happy and very late.
Seat Geek is the worst company in the history of commerce. I bought my tickets the day before the game and didn't find out until 10 minutes before opening pitch that the tickets weren't available. The lady on customer support then proceeded to tell me that Seat Geek wasn't responsible for the tickets that I bought. If they aren't responsible, then why did I pay Seat Geek for my tickets? I was very nice on the phone and customer support somehow managed to hang up on me 3 times. I will never buy from Seat Geek again they are a horrible company. Never buy tickets from this company if you want to be able to get into the game.
Hi Ross, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and it's definitely something we want to follow up on. For some context, any orders submitted prior to 24 hours before the start time of an event have a 24 hour pending period in which the seller is required to check their inventory and either confirm or reject an order. In the event they're unable to confirm the order, they're required to reject it.
However, it's incredibly unusual that a seller would reject an order within 10 minutes of the start time of the event. For that reason, we'd definitely like to make sure to follow-up directly about this issue to ensure it was handled correctly both by SeatGeek and the seller. If you could send an email to hi@seatgeek.com with the subject line "Attn: SJ - [Order Number]" we can ensure this gets investigated for you.
We look forward to hearing from you so we can do whatever we can to help!
I spent initially $7,000 for World Series tickets on the only day that five family members could attend together. SeekGeek's website advertised Game 3 tickets for sale. So I bought them. BUT I sadly found out they mislead me, and probably many others, by selling tickets that DO NOT REPRESENT the tickets I bought. These tickets were for the 3rd home game which is actually World Series game 5. Nobody in sports calls World Series Game 3 the bizarre name of Home Game 1. I spend several hours on the phone waiting to discuss how I was given Game 5 tickets instead of the Game 3 tickets I bought. They essentially told me it was my fault for not knowing the way they sell tickets. They lied to me and ruined an opportunity to see a World Series game. I will never buy anything from SeatGeek again and I highly encourage you to go elsewhere for tickets. SeatGeek lies and misleads.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use SeatGeek

Bought tickets that said, returnable by a certain day. However, I found cheaper tickets with a better view and when I called them to find out they said tickets were only exchangeable for credit
Found tickets for Washington wizards game the day of. Saw the same tickets on stub hub for$15 more. Purchased tickets at 3pm. Started calling and texting seller at 5:30pm. My order was canceled and seller said he only had one ticket and not the three he listed. I'm sure he sold the two for more money.
ALWAYS, the best prices and the easiest place to find tickets for any event. This is just the most recent example of SearGeek being far and away better than the competition. I couldnt be happier with all of the event tickets Ive purchased on SeatGeek.
My son-in-law spent 200$ US on four tickets to a Calgary Flames pre-season hockey game. After he and I spent many hours with their customer service reps; we still have no tickets.

I bought rockets tickets and it was sent to a axs account that didn't exist. Wasn't able to log on to the account and had no access to the tickets. No refund, no ticket swap. NOTHNG. Basically scammed out of the tickets never buying from seatgeek again. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed I always bought my tickets from here
Will not give refund. Scam. Resold my tickets and won't refund. Still out 560.00. Avoid these total $#*!s. Avoid Jack Grotzinger, this is a con with no accoutability. Please avoid and buy your tickets from a scalper, better deal.
Total mistake on my part to trust these $#*!s.

$#*!ty overpriced tickets for a $#*!ty show.
Terrible ticket company; not willing to help with postponed and/or switching for better seats (at a higher price). Try staying away from this company people.
I bought Morgan Wallen concert tickets during presale—they were quick to charge my card IMMEDIATELY. Months later when I realized I would not be able to go and wanted to sell them and just break even (which I did), they inform me I will have to WAIT on my money from the resale of my tickets for over 7 months until after the event has passed despite the tickets never leaving their hands from purchase to resale. They charge you immediately (including their ridiculous fees) when you purchase tickets but hold on to your money for a crazy amount of time when you resale tickets. Should be a crime! Will NEVER buy or sell tickets through their platform again!
Was not able to log in to the website while at the SF Giants game vs. Minn. Twins on Sat. June 10th to retreive my 6 tickets which cost me about $600.
I was trying to download the app unsuccessfully at the Will call window. All I had was my receipt and I knew the seat section, row and seat numbers but seat numbers did not appear on my receipt. It finally got resolved by the management office who confirmed the seats were not sold as a duplicate and only to me...
In short, i could not download the tickets at the time of the game, no WI-FI connection and I could not get internet service.
My receipt was barely enough to get the tickets after much deliberation and 45 minutes of negotiation.
SEction 106, row 7, seats 13, 14, 15, 16.
Row 9 seats 15 & 16.
Hi there Bradley, we're really sorry about this! We do our best to make tickets as accessible as possible, but unfortunately sometimes reception at venues can be extremely spotty. Therefore, we always recommend accessing your tickets prior to arriving to avoid any situation where they'll be inaccessible once you're at the gate. That being said, our team is working on introducing features that allow offline ticket access that will hopefully launch soon! For the future, please just make sure to print the tickets or download the app prior to arrival just to make sure you don't run into any issues like this!
While purchasing the tickets 3 times I was told the seats were no longer available. When I clicked back In to purchase seats the 3rd time I didn't realize I selected game 1 and Not Game 2 and I purchased seats to the wrong event... I didn't realize this until I got the event on 4-12-2019 that my seats were for the 1st game of the series on 4-10-2019 and my seats were no good cause that date already passed. I tried to call up and ask the night of the event but I was struggling to get through to receive assistance and I had to go to the ticket office and spend $1200 on 4 more tickets
We can understand the frustrations you faced with this order. We are generally available between 9 AM to 11 PM EST at 888.506.4101 or if you use the chat feature in the app itself.
In this case as the event you purchased the tickets for had already passed we would not be able to do anything. As our policy is that all sales are final and we are not the primary holder of inventory as a secondary market. While we have options had you contacted us prior to the event, once an event is over our hands are tied.
Warm Regards,
SeatGeek CX Team
Bought tickets 4 months before the event for my wife's birthday and anniversary. Never received tickets from them. Do not use them. Absolutely worthless.
Awesome way to seeing the layout and available seating, Always plenty of options to choose from.
I highly recommend seatgeek against other ticket sources.
I love being able to find great prices for any event. The customer service is amazing and enjoy doing business with SeatGeek. I got my friends now using this site.
I like the interface and prices. They offer some type of insurance at the end. Really didn't read that. Tickets came Fed Ex fast with tracking number.
Super easy. Fast and convenient download. Not always sure if I can use my phone alone as entry since the tickets I bought said it must be printed. Otherwise great
