While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.

My seats for the cardinals game were directly behind the foul pole. My wife and I were miserable the entire game. Not once was there mention of obstruction of view. Terrible experience.
The game was fun but $120 in fees is insane. 500+ bucks to take myself, my son and father to a game is repulsive. The fees were a huge turnoff. Will look for alternatives in the future

Your adds are weird and awful they make people uncomfortable and it just overall is an awful add you need to get different adds I am never using your app because its weird so get different adds.
Ordered the tickets last minute and still got amazing seats and a killer deal!
For sure recommend utilizing the app as you can easily use the app to show your tickets and even GPS to the venue.
I ordered tickets to the Tennessee and Kentucky in a month advance when they were some what cheap and they proceed to seek my tickets to someone else for double the price
Prices are good when compared to other apps. Its easy to pick seats and the view we get of our seats is good. The green dots on the sections are very helpful.
I purchased Mariners tickets and I have not been able to accept them from my email. I have emailed twice to fix the issue and received no response back.

In July, my husband and I bought 4 tickets for the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New York Giants game in Pittsburgh. We drove 5 hours, got a hotel, and spent Saturday night and Sunday in Pittsburgh. We arrived to the gate only to find our tickets were not good and we could not get into the game. The tickets had cost us right around $600. We called SeatGeek and they did provide replacement tickets, which I am happy about, but the fact remains that the tickets were not good and SeatGeek knew this. The replacement tickets we received were of lesser value than our original tickets, we were not offered to receive the difference back. Also, when we called to get the replacement tickets it only took giving our order number for the seats to be replaced; this tells me that SeatGeek was aware there was an issue with the seats prior to the game, but we were not contacted to change seats or given the opportunity to cancel. After this experience I will not use SeatGeek because after more closely reading the terms and conditions, SeatGeek does not guarantee the tickets.

Found fees for purchasing tickets high. No other problems with my experience during the purchase of these tickets. Was able to print tickets with no problem.
The seats were good and reasonably priced. Service fees were fair and tickets were easy to print. Better prices for similar seats as other ticket vendors.
I purchased 2 tickets for my young kids in tow 22. I needed one ticket behind them in row 23. I was unable to purchase one ticket. Had to buy 2 more. Very frustrating.

When selling tickets on SeatGeek, sellers are able to adjust split settings by setting rules on what quantity of tickets out of the group can be sold together. This is typically done to avoid a situation where a seller is stuck with a single hard-to-sell ticket. So in this instance, if a seller has two tickets, they may change their settings so that those tickets can only be sold together and not separated, because the chances of them being able to sell both tickets together is much higher than if they allowed them to be sold singly.
As a buyer, the best way to avoid ordering from a listing that does not allow splits is to filter your search by Quantity before selecting a listing. This way, you will only see listings from sellers that can sell in the quantity you desire.

I don't think the fee you attach of almost 20 bucks is necessary. Why do you add that on the price of the ticket? Don't you think we pay enough to see concerts nowadays?
