While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.

This is the only site I buy my tickets for any event. They have a great selection of seats. Convenient to print, or have tickets on phone.

Notified at 3:00 pm on December 8,2021, that my tickets were canceled for December 9,2021 game. Don't trust them!
Haven't received my tickets yet. Plus having to use other vendors and download another app make's to much work.

I prefer paper tickets. Requiring people to have cell phones in order to attend events discriminates against the elderly.

As more venues and teams move to require mobile ticketing, it can make it more difficult for those who don't have those devices to continue to attend events. Please know the decision a team, venue, or event makes to use mobile ticketing is fully theirs. We just provide tickets in the format the venue is requiring.

I recently had a disappointing experience with SeatGeek's password unlock process, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I needed to purchase tickets for an event that was happening at that very moment, but unfortunately, I couldn't access my SeatGeek account because I had forgotten my password.
Upon realizing my predicament, I immediately reached out to SeatGeek's customer support for assistance. To my dismay, they informed me that it would take approximately two hours to unlock my password and regain access to my account. This was highly inconvenient, as the event I wanted to attend was already underway, and I needed to secure my tickets promptly.
The fact that it would take such a significant amount of time to unlock my password was frustrating and seemed excessive, especially considering the urgency of my request. I understand that security measures are necessary, but I would have expected a more efficient and expedited process, especially from a ticketing platform like SeatGeek.
The lack of immediate access to my account put me in a difficult situation, and I was unable to purchase tickets for the event in a timely manner. This not only resulted in my disappointment but also meant missing out on an experience I was eagerly looking forward to.
While SeatGeek is generally known for its wide selection of tickets and user-friendly interface, this particular incident left me with a negative impression. I believe they should consider implementing a more streamlined process for unlocking passwords or provide alternative methods for urgent situations like mine.
I hope SeatGeek takes customer feedback into consideration and finds ways to improve their password unlock process, ensuring that users can quickly regain access to their accounts in situations where time is of the essence.
Need to login to 3rd party sites to then have to download the Ticketmaster app which doesn't show my tickets I bought And accepted on my computer and have to use my phone to get in no matter what.

Realize that using third party apps can be a frustrating experience. If we could keep all tickets through our service, we would! Some artists, teams, and venues only will use a certain app though. In those cases we need to have our sellers deliver tickets using the app that they require.

I inadvertently purchased two sets of tickets, immediately realizing my error, I contacted SeatGeek customer support, but was told I couldn't cancel an order.
Thieves! What a scam! How can they the charge both sides so much money just to be an intermediary? Rip-off!
My experience was good however I would like to know my SEAT NUMBER before I make a purchase and this does not happen on your website until after you purchase the tickets.
Love it because its easy and I can always find a seat wherever I want. Being able to see a picture to get an idea of my view is also very helpful
