While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
Seatgeek offered the best seats and convenient parking at Suntrust Park for the Nationals versus Braves key divisional matchup. I will use it again!
I've purchased so many tix from this app and sold a few. I've only had one not great experience but seat geek quickly rectified the problem.

Went to ER for health concerns and tested positive for COVID. Provided proof from USC Keck. Basically, SeatGeek could care less if I go and infect others. AVOID THEM!

My go to for tickets to any event! Easy process, simple interface, my only regret was taking KU +5 at home against KSU... but you live and you learn.
I use the app to check ticket prices for local events on a regular basis. I like how it shows the prices after fees so there are no surprises.
I bought two $50 tickets, and there was a $14 service charge on each one. Insane and an absolute ripoff.

I find Seat Geek quicker and easier to navigate than its competitors - I find the fees attached easier to manage and I like the added benefit of knowing what is a good deal and what is not.
After looking at every ticket site I came back to seat geek every time! They had the best prices, easy to use and lowest fees. Highly recomend!
Bought Tickets through the app easy peasy. Dont like the 20 dollars a ticket service fee. That's my gripe.
What an easy experience getting great seats 20 minutes before kickoff. Secure, legitimate tickets in minutes... would highly recommend.
Sold bogus tickets. Called company too get refund and only got answering machine, no call back and out $600. DO NOT USE... AWFUL
