While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
Ticket network do not buy from themOverall SEat geeks is good especially the seat geek marketplace but do not buy from ticket network I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong venue and they will do nothing for me absolutely nothing
I almost didn't buy because my fees were around $100 for three tickets. I bought them because my son wanted to go, but next time will probably buy elsewhere.
Disappointed. I never received a confirmation and I checked stubhub and the same tickets were $10 less each. I bought 4 so that's a $40 profit for Seat Geek.
Simple, easy to pick out what section you want, easy to see the prices for each section. Also received my tickets in the mail within 3 days of purchasing
Fast, easy to use, great delivery method of tickets! Finding the right tickets takes no effort and great values can be had to ones that know how to search!
As a follow up to my previous review, I spent over 4 hours on the phone with various customer service reps and supervisors and none of them provided a reasonable solution to my issue (paying me the $6 for the sale of my ticket or issuing me enough credit so that I could buy a ticket to a future event without having to pay any money - a $10 credit is essentially an obligation to buy something). Further, when I spoke with Nixon (a customer support supervisor), he assured me he would do two things for me: 1. Email me the information that I needed to try and get a refund from ticketmaster and 2. Provide a $20 credit to SeatGeek. He did neither of those things. After all the conversations on the phone, it took me placing a public review for the company to actually apologize for not following it's own protocols and consistently misinforming me. This is incredibly disingenuous. I was told by Nixon that there was absolutely no way that I could ever be paid and I was told by King, a different supervisor, to "Just let it go." But as soon as I start making my experience known to the public, the Company is very accomodating and apologetic. So disgusting. I won't ever buy or sell tickets with SeatGeek.
I sold two tickets to a concert where the headliner cancelled. I sent emails prior to the show asking if I needed to do anything, but I was assured that I would still be paid, and it was the ultimate buyer's responsibility to use the tickets for the rescheduled show. I was paid for one ticket, but then when I inquired about payment for the second ticket, I was told that I wouldn't be paid for the other one because the show was changed. I initiated all communication and they never reached out to let me know that I wouldn't be paid (not following their own policy) and everytime I called, they told me that they would look into it and they never got back to me. I had to keep calling. I'm still waiting for my payment.
For the first time ever I downloaded the tickets on the app and it was so easy to use I have already done it again sense. Everything went as expected couldn't be happier
$45 fee was shocking and over the top IMO. I couldn't see them till checkout and then my final invoice showed no fee and a higher ticket price. Consistency and straightforward pricing please!
It was a super easy experience and having my tickets on my phone awesome. Thanks y'all I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely come back to get my next tickets.
Purchasing and transferring the tickets to my friends was an absolute breeze. I really enjoyed the game and would highly encourage others to use SeatGeek.
I got nearly $100 tkts for $30 each with fees for the Mets Nats. Was able to get 10% off by downloading app & get mobile phone entry into the game! A+ experience!
Problems printing tickets out and get no help from seat geek I have 3 tickets and I need them printed so we all can get in the game we cant be there at the same time please help.
Hi there William,
Thanks so much for providing us with this feedback; we're really sorry to hear that you feel like you weren't getting help from us on this! I looked into your order, and I think I can explain everything for you.
The venue at which this event takes place exclusively uses a paperless ticketing system provided by Ticketmaster. All events at this venue require a Ticketmaster account to gain entry and what you have received are transfer invitations sent to your email address.
When you claim your tickets and create a TM account, you will associate a mobile device with the account. You can then simply scan the code from the mobile application to gain entry. This will be the method used by just about everyone at this event to get in.
Mobile transfers are one of the most secure forms of ticketing. It is also very convenient, because you just have to scan a QR code from your phone. No printing needed!
As you mentioned, since it sounds like you've got friends coming to this game with you and you want to get these tickets to them; it's easy! Just transfer their tickets over to them on the same TM platform where you can view your tickets-- the same way they were transferred over to you. All you need is their email address.
We hope that clears things up! Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any further questions on any part of this process.

Snagged to fantastic seats to a Tigers game at the last minute. Was the best price of any of the other ticket apps. Seats were transferred on time with no problems. A+
Thank you again - I use your service on a regular basis
Not much else to say - I find what I'm looking for and have multiple options to choose from. Thank you again
The process was easy all in all, but there was no picture of the arena seating sections on your site. I had to toggle back and forth on a different website to pick the section.
I loved the ability to use the app to purchase tickets, have them sent to my phone, and enjoy the show. I used Seat Geek 4 times this weekend and each time it was flawless.
Very nice. Very easy process. Simply the absolute pinnacle of ticket purchasing technology. I usually all stressed out when I must purchase a ticket to a social event but this was very easy and cool.
This was my first time buying from Seat Geek, and without a doubt it will be my last. My entire experience was absolutely infuriating. I urge whoever reads this to carefully consider buying elsewhere.
I bought tickets 2 months ago to an event I'm supposed to go to tonight. I spent over $2,000 for these tickets (which included hundreds of dollars in service fees paid to Seat Geek). The tickets were supposed to be mailed before the event by the seller. Originally, I wasn't too worried about the ticket delivery. Of course, as the event crept closer that would change. Here it is the day of the event and the status of my order shows the tickets will ship soon, support was unable to get the seller to release the tickets, and I now have to buy from another vendor... To an event that's prices are now through the roof. Oh yeah... And this is an event outside my home city that I bought plane tickets and accomodations for.
In the past 2-3 weeks I have reached out to the support team via phone and email 10+ separate times. Each time they promised they would get ahold of the seller to figure out what was going on. And each time I would be lucky if I ever heard from that same support rep again. It's clear that Seat Geek support doesn't actually have the ability to solve problems. They're their to field calls and carefully sweep problems under the rug until the buyer is left with no other options than to buy elsewhere.
I am still floored by what a bad experience this has been. Hopefully I get a refund, but given my experience so far, I doubt it.

Shopped online for tickets to the Steelers-Texans game in Houston and found great seats at a great price on SeatGeek. Best part was no need to print tickets out. Love SeatGeek!
Did not receive our tickets before our concert. The day of the concert I was told if the seller did not fulfill our order then I would have comparable tickets or upgraded tickets but had to wait 2 hours before the concert to give the seller time to fulfill the order. It was not fulfilled. They could not give me comparable tickets because they were sold out. At this time I was outside the stadium waiting to go in with tickets because they told me earlier that they would provide me with comparable or upgraded tickets. When I called back at 5 (because they never called me back) I was told I could get a refund or a "significant downgrade!" I was outside the stadium I had no tickets- I told them I will take the downgrade but I paid for better seats so I expect a refund of some sort. They refuse to give me one. I'm 6 months pregnant, and over the day accumulated almost 3 hours on the phone with them. It was very stressful and I will never use this company again. They just want your money they don't care about your consequences.
I was looking for tickets and compared other site's and their prices. SeatGeek was easy to use and compare. It turned out they had the most competitive prices.
On 10 January 2020 I purchased tickets to a concert scheduled for 7 February 2020. I received several emails stating that my purchase was "confirmed" and that the tickets would be delivered via the App the day prior to the show. When I opened the App, the confirmed tickets were identified in the tickets portion of the App.
On the day of the show, 7 February at 5:55pm, 2 hours prior to the start while I was at the venue, I received a phone call from SeatGeek that I did not hear. They left a voice mail and followed up with an email stating that the tickets were not released, but I would be reimbursed 120%. This really serves little purpose 2 hours prior to the start of the show while you are at the venue standing in line.
I called SeatGeek to try and understand what was happening and I was placed on hold for 17 minutes. When the representative came back on I asked to speak to a manager. I was placed on hold again for another 22 minutes before being told they were closing for the night and could not assist. The representative promised to have a manager call me the next day. No one ever called. It is now 5 days post incident and I have yet to speak to anyone or receive my refund.
In conclusion, my tickets are pulled 2 hours before the start of the show, customer service does not follow through with the promise to get a manager, no one calls the next day, or at all. There are too many other options for tickets. SeatGeek should not be one of them.
Buyer Beware.

SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi Bonnie,
If you haven't received your confirmation email we suggest getting into touch with the company you purchased the tickets from. Do you know what company you bought these tickets from? Your best bet is to get in touch with them directly. SeatGeek is a ticket search engine, so we do not process transactions and do not have information about transaction-specific details.
You can look at your credit card statement to see which company charged you for the tickets.
Hope that helps!
