While purchasing tickets for Cabaret on Broadway, I accidentally purchased tics for the wrong date (had 2 windows open!). I immediately realized my mistake, found a customer service phone number and called. I explained what happened to 'Kate', and was told that it may be possible to exchange tickets for the date I actually wanted. About 4 hours later I received a call back with a confirmation that the exchange had gone through and that my new tics were available on the app. I know that SeatGeek policy is that all purchases are final, but because these tics were a few months out they were able to assist. I appreciated the customer service.
The seller pay 10% and buyers pay up to 40% and you don't see the break down unless you put in the search price without fees. Can't reach a human to speak with This is the official site of MLB contact you team to tell them that fans are being ripped off
SeatGeek was great however took me hours to get my tickets from ticket master. Kept giving omg me 401 error
Had to go through Ticketmaster after buying ticket and then the mlb website. Will now buy tickets from teams website.

Do not like having to print tickets. Other then that, assuming printed tickets work now a days, everything was fine

We can definitely understand the frustrations with needing to print the tickets. Our system defaults to that when we are unsure if a venue or event takes mobile entry, some artists/teams/venues still only take physical ticket copies.

Didn't like that tickets had to be printed. It was very inconvenient. Using a mobile ticket would be much better.

I still have not physically seen my tickets online or in an email. The App does not tell me how to get them. It is not user friendly.

For these tickets, they'll be coming through the Dallas Mavericks' ticket page directly, and not through SeatGeek.
You should have received an email from the Dallas Mavericks (if you can't find it, you should be able to just search “Dallas Mavericks" in your inbox/spam/etc.) to the email address provided at checkout with a link to accept the tickets. From there, you'll need to follow the link to establish a Dallas Mavericks account using the same email address that the order was placed with.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Ideally, all mobile tickets can be delivered directly through the SeatGeek platform, but we're doing our best to accommodate fans this season as more teams switch to mobile transfers!

I always use seat geek when getting MLB tickets, so easy and quick. I like being able to easily pick my seats and see the different prices.
Knowing processing fees before I get into the checkout process would be helpful. Other than that the site was easy to use and identify what I wanted.
Truly understand the advantage of knowing fees before checkout! The easiest way to avoid having sticker shock is by clicking to include fees in the listing price while searching for tickets.
