Zipper on one boot broken. Tried to contact cs for a partial refund however it was not allowed. Disappointed in that part of the transaction. The rest went smoothly

The boots I bought have no support in them, feels like walking in my bare feet. Not great for a rain/ snow boot. They are cute though.

I never received my package and instead of giving me a refund they gave me store credit 3 months later as if I'd ever want to make another purchase with them. Crazy.
