I read every detail of ShoeDazzle and I am fully aware of how it works. Reading these reviews it is so obvious some people did not completely read everything. They do not steal money or just take your money without your knowledge. I receive an email every month and if I don't want anything I just skip the month. It takes like 2 minutes to log in and click on Skip this Month. READ EVERYTHING PEOPLE

I bought a pair of shoes from them about 4 months ago. When you checkout you're already signed up for the VIP membership which is $39 a month. It is an opt out choice. Though I understand that the shopper has the choice to not sign up, the way it is set up seems purposely not obvious to the user and comes off as a sneaky way to trap people. I found that I was being charged monthly and when I spoke to the ShoeDazzle rep "Madison Dazzle" who was unhelpful and rude, basically told me that it was my choice to be a VIP member and it was not her problem.
Beyond that the website does not work properly, you can't read reviews and often times links link to nothing. The one pair of shoes i purchased were cheaply made and it cost more to return them than keep them. I'm usually pretty thorough about checking shipping and return policies before purchasing but like the VIP membership, rules are hidden.
Long story short don't shop here.

BIG TIME RIP OFF! I ordered two pairs of shoes from Shoedazzle - I really can't tell you about the quality because I never received my order. I did receive an order for someone else. I attempted to return the order but they have to send a return mail label separately. (Why is it not automatically in the box - like most companies do). It took two days to find out they could not send a label (?). Additionally, because of the aggravation, they were suppose to give me an extra 10% discount. I didn't receive that either. Once you get a rep it takes along time to get anything done - also it is hard to understand because many of the reps do not speak English clearly. Finally, I asked for my order to be cancelled and the return of the $39.95 (fee/credit?) whatever. To this point I have not received anything (except someone else's order and a lot of aggravation. But Shoedazzle has made sure to debit my account - even though they have not given me anything. To alleviate this hassle go to Payless, Rack Room, Shoe Circus anywhere - it's cheaper, better service and there are no confusing membership fees or double talk. They don't have negative star ratings but if they did it would be negative -5.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SITE - Shoe Dazzle IS A RIP-OFF.

In general, I have had nothing but satisfaction with ShoeDazzle. However, when asking about the last purchase, they were beautiful boots, but missing numerous stones. I was very disappointed.

They were never clear about the whole monthly thing. You would think that after you sign up they'd send you an email in regards to the monthly fee only, but that's how they get you. My boyfriend and I gave them hell for charging us when I had no idea. I ordered once from the site in January and never signed on again because I'm not much of a shoe fanatic, but they continued to charge me for the month of February and March. When I called and asked why if I never received any kind of notice or bought anything, the rep said that it was stated in my order confirmation on the bottom. I got so pissed off and told her that this website is a complete scam by practically hiding it from people. And if it's something EVERYONE knew about why did they decide to take the monthly membership fee off? Because people complained the same way I did. It was completely unfair. Nevertheless I got refunded for the month of March and not February, but was given 2 credits. I don't care for it though, the site can go to hell.

I've been a Shoe Dazzle member for many years now. I have purchased some great boots and shoes and clothing from your site. Lately, I've noticed that the selection is lacking luster. It's the same styles in a variation of colors. The clothing line does not have great choices. At this point, if that is all you will carry for the plus size selection, then you may as well delete it. Your competition for plus-size clothing is definitely Shein. I have decided to cancel my membership multiple times, but I will lose my credits. I also don't understand why I am still coming out of pocket when I have credits for new shoes. I'm not finding enough selections to make purchases to use my shoe credits. If you changed buyers, they have failed you. Please get someone who is a plus size to make selections for plus-size women. We enjoy being sexy, but some of us would prefer a happy median. Right now its either look frumpy or like you are searching for a pole. Go back and look at some of the earlier days of business and compare it to what you are offering now.
