My boots were great ONCE I got them! My email keep telling me that they were delivered but I checked EVERYWHERE around my house and they were NOT there! I sent an email to Shoe Dazzle to tell them I didn't receive them. They kept telling me that they were delivered. Four days later my neighbor down the street brought me my package! I emailed Shoe Dazzle back and told them what had happened. Very frustrating! My afdress is 1009, UPS brought it to 1090.

This company is the worst of the worst. They didn't cancel my membership and kept charging me. Then when I called they said they would mail me a check. When I called to find out when the check was coming they said it wasn't because I declined a gift card. They are thieves and moral parasites. THEY SUCK. STAY FAR AWAY!

Shoes came and did not look like the product pictured. This happened with the last 2 pairs of platform sneakers I purchase. They were misshapen and very stiff.

Bought one pair of shoes from there. Mediocre quality at best. They make a big deal that you are getting them for a great price when in reality you are not because they wack you with $39.95 a few months later. So I'm paying full price for a pair of shoes I would never spend that much on. I call customer service and am told it's only a one time fee. Never planned to order from them again. I check my account last week and what do I see another VIP membership charge of 39.95. I am not a rude person but I was so irate I lost it. I told them what kind of scam are these people pulling for shoes that look good online but then when you receive them they look like a kmart special. I use Ipsy and different online membership programs and never have I had a issue. What they say they will charge you they do. I can't believe anyone would order this crap, me included. So I have paid 100 dollars for one pair of strappy plain heels my daughter liked when I could of went to Macy's and got a real name brand. Disgusted. Such a scam.

I've been shopping w/ Shoe Dazzle for years now and I absolutely love everything that I have ever purchased from them. Their clothes/shoes are well made with quality materials. And I have not had a single complaint during my experience with them. They have so many different choices and styles and they have a wide variety of sizes to accommodate most women. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE their products, from purses and jewelry to shoes and clothes!

I am not reviewing the website, but the products I received. I went to a factory sale that shoe dazzle was having near my house and didn't end up buying any "shoedazzle" brand shoes. I did buy a pair of off name running shoes which I like and a shoe dazzle purse. It has been less than two months since I bought this purse and it's almost unusable. The first thing to break was the long strap it came with, luckily there were two ways to wear it so I was still able to use it. Then, every single buckle that attaches to the purse started getting little holes where it attaches. THEN, the black plastic that covers up the open edges started peeling off. And lastly, there is a huge hunk of the material GONE off the back. I would have to be putting this purse through HELL for it to look the way it does with only normal use! So disappointed because I really liked the way the purse looked. I felt bad I didn't find any shoes that I liked at the time but I'm probably better off. There were people coming out with bags full and I'd hate to see how they all look now!

I place an order on Saturday January-9-2016 I paid for 2-3 days shipping & its Saturday Jan-16-2016 it's been a WEEK & I still haven't received my shoes! I will NEVER order another shoe from them EVER again. Shipping is ridiculous! Customer service Is horrible. FedEx told me shoe dazzle use the slowest shipping methed they have which is 7-14 Business days! Such a huge inconvenience Customer service never apologize or nothing. I ended telling the rep on the phone I will send the shoes back & hung the phone up.

Ordered my first pair everything was fine until I wanted to exchange my shoes. Apparently there were none left in stock but I was never notified and my order was the. Jusy canceled. Had to call customer service and they couldn't tell me what happened so they just gave me store credit which I didn't want I wanted my money back and a coupon to use. When I try to go and redeem both my credit doesn't show and my coupon says I have to have a certain amount of points in order to even use it which just pissed me off more. I won't get my first pair for $10 and ill have to pay for shipping AGAIN. On top of that they should only be taking membership out the 1st through 6th of each month but they decided to suddenly take it out on the 30th of November. Im so over this company DONT DO IT especially because they won't refund you buy only give you store credit which you don't want trust me its not worth the trouble.

I'm a huge fan already, even though I'm a brand new member. The only Only ONLY thing I had an issue with was the Skip This Month feature. It could not be found on mobile, and when I found it on desktop it said that the feature wasn't available anymore! It was well before the cutoff date so I couldn't understand why! I messaged Shoedazzle on Facebook though, and it was resolved immediately! Aside from all that, I love my boots and am glad I joined.

I usually wear a size 7 1/2:or 8 but with heals I gotta go up a size because my feet are flat and wide
