I joined shoe dazzle and became a VIP member when it first started. Why did the VIP change to where I no longer receive the VIP member discount prices on merchandise? Check my account and you will see how long I have purchased from you. I am on a fixed income and feel like you all have just kicked my to the curb once you got so big. I am part of the reason you've grown so big by purchasing and referring my family and friends to purchase from you. Remember, you had to start somewhere, and I supported you in your endeavors. I feel like I should be "Grandfathered In" as a VIP member at the same amount I started with and ALL the benefits of a VIP member of Today. I've been loyal to you, and I'm not asking for too much, just some loyalty in return for the little people.

I love my boots cause they keep my feet warm abs I have a foot condition so the widened toe area helps with that as well.

I don't like that I can only use my money you take every month on just the shoes they pick out for me in the showcase room I have clicked tons of shoes that I liked and I might get maybe 2 pairs in my showcase it upsets me

The people writing these reviews are absolute morons! I have been using Shoedazzle and have ordered more than 15 pairs of shoes from them... and kept almost all of them. Anyone who claims Shoedazzle is run by thieves or that their card was charged unexpectedly is an idiot. The site clearly explains the whole VIP membership thing and if you purchased a pair of shoes without understanding how it works, then that is your own fault. They REMIND YOU every month via email to either select a shoe or skip the month- So I skip the month EVERY MONTH, without a problem. Then I wait for them to send me a $20 or $30 credit (which happens every month) and I buy what I want using that. I have not paid more than $35 for any shoe or boot. I will say that shoe quality and sizing is the only issue I have had so far. These are NOT designer quality shoes and the sizing is not always true (despite their "true to fit" claim). But Shoedazzle has always processed my returns/exchanges quickly and simply. Sounds to me like user error is to blame for most of these negative reviews.
Side Note: For all you idiots- If they keep charging your card after you have cancelled... why not call your bank and have the charges stopped from their end? If you explain to them that repeated cancellations have gotten you no where, they should block those charges. I'm amazed by the stupidity here.

With all the beautiful shoes at Shoe Dazzle, there is an EXTREMELY poor selection for my size, 11. When I search my size, I usually get sandals and a few pair of flats. For my daughter, age 23 and a size 10, the selection is stilettos and sandals. To be fair, I ordered a pair of sandals and a dress, but overall, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I never authorized for one of my cards to be used for my monthly membership I was simply using it to pay for the extra money I owed on my total bill Jen shoe dazzle took that card and started charging my monthly membership when I never gave them permission too.

I really don't recommend it. They stole my money and won't give it back. I tried to cancel my account yet they didn't and each time they would take out more. Sometimes 45.00 or more each week. I hope if your planning to purchase here you don't, bad service and they just plan of stealing lots of money. I MEAN LOTS. P. s i couldn't even pay my bills because they took the money I was going to use to pay it. IF THERE WERE 0 STARS TRUST ME I'D RATE IT THAT!

Do not waste your time. Everything is cheaply made. Customer service is awful if you want to cancel. They're so rude and how about instead of cancelling my membership they put it on a payment vacation AFTER SAYING THAT THEY CANCELLED IT. So, now I can't cancel it until that vacation is over. FOUR MONTHS FROM NOW. $#*! you, shoe dazzle. I don't know how your business is even legal.

First off they charged my card even though I skipped the month. Since I'm no longer with that specific bank, they say they have to mail a check out and it takes up to 12 weeks. I called in in May and they said it would be here by Aug 1st. It's now Aug 8th and still no check. I called in and now I'm in the "5th week" so they are basically lying. It shouldn't take 12 weeks to get $39.95 back when it took 5 seconds to take out of my bank account! Also, the quality of their shoes is trash. I ordered several pair and over the years the quality has went completely down. The fabric is horrible and I can't even wear my pair of heels I just ordered bc the heels aren't sturdy and are super painful! I wouldn't recommend especially for date night! Completely embarrassed
